Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the correspondence management system in improving organizational performance. The research results show that the implementation of this system significantly increases the efficiency of the administrative process, reduces the time required for mail management, and increases the accuracy and precision of information distribution. Apart from that, the correspondence management system also contributes to increasing transparency and accountability in document management. These findings indicate that the use of information technology in correspondence management can be an effective tool in supporting overall organizational performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of lecture, discussion, and project-based learning methods on students' academic achievement at SMP Swasta Muhammadiyah 48 Medan. Using a quantitative approach and quasi-experimental method, the research involved 40 eighth-grade students divided into experimental and control groups. Data were collected through pre-test and post-test evaluations and analyzed using ANOVA. The results show that the discussion method significantly improves students' academic performance compared to lecture and project-based learning methods. The lecture method was found to be less effective, while project-based learning positively influenced students' practical skills. This study recommends using varied teaching methods to optimize students' learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the relationship between educational policies and student motivation and academic achievement. In this study, school principals as educational leaders play a central role in implementing policies that impact the welfare of students and teachers, as well as the learning environment. The research method used is a qualitative literature study, with a focus on policy analysis involving curriculum components, education funding, teacher development, and equitable access to education. The research results show that educational policies designed taking into account the social and economic context can increase student motivation and contribute to academic achievement. Reward-based policies, access to technology, and strengthening synergy between school principals, teachers and parents have proven effective in creating a conducive learning atmosphere.
