Abstract

A study on the effect of the ethyl acetate fraction of binahong leaves ( Anredera cordifolia (Ten.) Steenis) on uric acid levels in hyperuricemia male mice has been carried out. A total of 25 male mice were first induced with chicken liver juice 25 g/kg orally for 14 days to get hyperuricemia test animals. The test animals were divided into six groups, namely those that received 12.5 mg/kg, 25 mg/kg and 50 mg/kg fractions, positive control, negative control and 10 mg/kg allopurinol as a comparison. Data analysis used two-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) followed by Duncan's Multiple Range T-test with 95% confidence intervals. This study stated that the fraction used lowered blood uric acid levels. The best reducing effect of the fractions was shown by a dose of 50 mg/kg. This study shows that the ethyl acetate fraction of A. cordifolia exhibits antihyperuricemia activity which has the potential for drug development in the future.

Abstract

Based on the correlation level, this research aims to determine the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable, namely looking at the influence of Brand Image and online reviews on interest in buying Samsung Smartphones . Meanwhile, the method used is a quantitative method that uses statistical data to explain/counteract research hypotheses. The unit of analysis refers to the level of unity of data collected during subsequent stages of data analysis. In this study, researchers used an organizational analysis unit, where the object of this research was aimed at Samsung smartphone enthusiasts . The following research was carried out using a field study, namely distributing questionnaires via Google form to 110 undergraduate students from the Faculty of Economics, Department of Management, Andalas University. The following research also aims to see how Brand Image and Online Reviews influence the Interest in Buying Samsung Smartphones among Undergraduate Students at the Faculty of Economics, Department of Management, Andalas University. In analyzing the relationship between variables, the following research uses SPSS version 25.0 software .

Abstract

Abstract: The background of this research is the low fine motor skills of children in PAUD Al-Hidayah, Tanjung Gadang District, Sijunjung Regency. This study aims to describe the improvement of children's fine motor skills in terms of the flexibility of the fingers, the speed of the fingers and the coordination between the eyes and the hands through the folding of coconut leaves. This type of research is classroom action research with 10 students as subjects in PAUD Al-Hidayah in the 2013/2014 academic year. The findings of the study were: there was an increase in children's fine motor skills by folding coconut leaves which included an increase in aspects of the flexibility of the fingers, the speed of the fingers and the coordination between the eyes and the hands. Based on the research findings, it can be suggested to teachers, parents and further researchers to use coconut leaf folding activities to stimulate children's fine motor skills. Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih rendahnya kemampuan motorik halus anak di PAUD Al-Hidayah Kecamatan Tanjung Gadang Kabupaten Sijunjung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan peningkatan kemampuan motorik halus anak dalam aspek kelenturan jari-jemari tangan, kecepatan jari-jemari tangan dan koordinasi antara mata dengan tangan melalui kegiatan melipat daun kelapa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan subjek penelitian murid yang ada di PAUD Al-Hidayah yang berjumlah 10 orang pada tahun ajaran 2013/2014. Temuan penelitian adalah : terdapat penigkatan motorik halus anak dengan kegiatan melipat daun kelapa yang meliputi peningkatan dalam aspek kelenturan jari-jemari tangan, kecepatan jari-jemari tangan dan koordinasi antara mata dengan tangan. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian dapat disarankan kepada guru, orang tua dan peneliti selanjutnya menggunakan kegiatan melipat daun kelapa dalam menstimulasi peningkatan motorik halus anak.
