Abstract

Salah satu dari perbuatan yang dianggap tercela oleh masyarakat adalah perbuatan prostitusi atau pelacuran, perbuatan tersebut dianggap bertentangan dengan nilai-nilai yang tumbuh di masyarakat karena tidak sesuai dengan ajaran agama dan kebiasaan masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif. Penelitian hukum normatif merupakan penelitian hukum yang menggunakan sumber data sekunder. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu Kebijakan Hukum Pidana (Penal) Terhadap Formulasi Pertanggungja-waban Pidana bagi Pengguna dan Pemberi Jasa Prostitusi dan Kebijakan Non Penal Terhadap Pengguna dan Pemberi Jasa Prostitusi Sebagai Upaya Penanggulangan Tindak Pidana Prostitusi. Kesimpulan bahwa Aturan hukum mengenai pertanggungjawaban pidana terhadap pengguna dan pemberi jasa prostitusi apabila dilihat dalam Pasal 296 dan Pasal 506 KUHP tidak ada mengatur mengenai pertanggungjawaban pidana terhadap pengguna dan pemberi jasa, Faktor penyebab adanya pengguna dan pemberi jasa prostitusi terdiri dari faktor ekternal dan internal, Undang-Undang Nomor 21 Tahun 2007 dan Undang-Undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2016 tidak ada yang mengatur pertanggungjawaban pemberi dan pengguna jasa prostitusi, sehingga hal ini berimbas dari praktik prostitusi yang terus berlangsung.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to investigate the impact of motivation and work discipline on teacher performance at MTI Canduang Islamic Boarding School. The study utilized a quantitative descriptive approach, with a sample size of 50 respondents selected through a questionnaire survey. The findings of the study revealed the following: 1) work motivation significantly influences teacher performance, 2) work discipline has a significant impact on teacher performance, and 3) there is a significant relationship between work motivation, work discipline, and teacher performance. The R2 analysis yielded a coefficient of determination (R2) value of 0.534 or 53.4%. This indicates that 53.4% of the variation in teacher performance at MTI Canduang can be explained by the independent variables of work discipline and work motivation. Furthermore, it was found that 33.1% of teacher performance at MTI Canduang is influenced by factors not considered in the research model.

Abstract

This research study was structured to describe and examine Buya Anas Khatib Bandaro's prophetic leadership at the Islamic Tarbiyah Islamic Boarding School (MTI) Canduang. The approach used is descriptive qualitative by collecting data in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. The research subject was Rais Al-Madrasah of the Islamic Tarbiyah Islamic Boarding School (MTI) Canduang. Based on the research results, the pesantren under the leadership of Buya Anas Khatib Bandaro has distinctive characteristics in accordance with the principles of the Prophet (Prophetic Leadership) in leading. This can be seen from the way he leads the MTI Canduang Islamic Boarding School, namely deciding policies based on Istiqamah, Mahabbah, Keshalehan, Siddiq, Amanah, Tabligh and Fathanah. In addition, there are supporting factors for this leadership, such as the support from the family of the founder of the Islamic boarding school, alumni and the local government. However, there is still a lack of support from the local community for the development of Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

This study examines the satisfaction index of Thai students on academic services at four state universities in West Sumatra during the COVID-19 pandemic. Using a quantitative descriptive survey approach, data were collected from 29 active students via an online Likert-scale questionnaire. The analysis focused on five dimensions of satisfaction: tangibles, reliability, empathy, responsiveness, and assurance. The findings indicate a high satisfaction level across the universities, with notable variations: Andalas University (4.14), UIN Bukittinggi (3.98), UIN Padang (3.97), and UIN Batusangkar (3.74). This study highlights areas for improvement in service comfort and responsiveness.
