Abstract

Economic development at this time has appeared many kinds of buying and selling including buying and selling in minimarkets where the contract is not spoken, buying and selling like this is called bai al-mu'athah. Buying and selling at Alfamart Sudirman 38 customers do not need to ask employees if they want to buy the goods needed. The problem in this study is: What is meant by buying and selling that does not match the price tag? How to determine a price at Alfamart? What is the view of Islamic Economic Law on buying and selling that does not match the price tag? This study aims to answer the problem of buying and selling goods that do not match the price tag. So, researchers hope that this research can be useful to be used as a reference for future researchers. This type of research is field research that covers the entirety of what happens in the field. The approach taken by this research uses qualitative research. The result of this study is the use of existing price tags that are in accordance with the provisions, but there is also deliberate use of price tags on inappropriate goods when consumers pay at the cashier. Price tags as a means of delivering information are naturally contained in price tags must be honest and not harmful. The pricing of Islamic Economic Law Analysis must meet the aspect of justice.  Keywords: Islamic Economic Law, Buying and Selling, Price Tag

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pembinaan generasi muda dalam meningkatkan kualitas Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di SMA Bukit Asam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan guru PAI dan peserta didik, serta dokumentasi kegiatan keagamaan. Teknik analisis data melalui tahapan pengumpulan data, penyajian data, verifikasi dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan bahwa strategi pembinaan dilakukan secara terintegrasi melalui kegiatan intrakurikuler, ekstrakurikuler, dan pembinaan nonformal, seperti mentoring rohani, program tahfidz, pesantren kilat, serta pemanfaatan media digital. Keteladanan guru, pendekatan persuasif, dan pelibatan aktif siswa menjadi kunci dalam membentuk kesadaran religius. Strategi ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan partisipasi dan pemahaman keagamaan siswa. Namun, keberhasilan pembinaan masih menghadapi tantangan seperti perbedaan latar belakang siswa dan kurangnya dukungan lingkungan luar sekolah. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya strategi pembinaan yang berkelanjutan, kolaboratif, dan kontekstual untuk memperkuat kualitas PAI di lingkungan sekolah menengah

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi pedagogik yang diterapkan oleh guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam meningkatkan partisipasi belajar siswa di SDN 01 Tanjung Enim. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data, yakni pengumpulan data, penyajian data, verifikasi dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PAI menerapkan berbagai strategi, seperti diskusi kelompok, simulasi ibadah, penggunaan media digital, pembelajaran berbasis proyek, dan pendekatan naratif melalui kisah-kisah nabi. Strategi ini mampu menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang kontekstual, menyenangkan, dan membangun keterlibatan siswa secara aktif. Selain itu, pendekatan humanis dan kolaborasi dengan orang tua turut memperkuat hasil pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, strategi pedagogik yang inovatif dan adaptif dapat meningkatkan partisipasi serta pemahaman keagamaan siswa secara menyeluruh

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana peran pembelajaran PAI dalam membentuk karakter religius siswa di SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Palembang. Jenis penelitian kualitatif, dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dann dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data melalui tahapan pengumpulan data, penyajian data, verifikasi serta penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan, pembelajaran PAI di SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Palembang memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk karakter religius siswa. Pembelajaran ini dirancang untuk tidak hanya meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang Islam, tetapi juga untuk mengamalkan ajaran Islam dalam kehidupan sehari-hari serta mendorong perilaku sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islami. Dengan pendekatan komprehensif dan terintegrasi, pembelajaran ini diharapkan dapat membentuk peserta didik yang memiliki keimanan yang kokoh, berakhlak mulia, dan mampu mengaplikasikan nilai-nilai Islam dalam tindakan mereka sehari-hari. Penggunaan strategi yang tepat dalam proses pembelajaran di sekolah diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap pencapaian tujuan pendidikan secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

This study was conducted at STIT Muaraenim, South Sumatra, Indonesia, specifically within the Islamic education setting of Madrasah Aliyah, where psychotheological learning practices were implemented. The research utilized a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design to explore the lived experiences of Muslim adolescents undergoing such learning. Data were sourced from purposively selected teachers and students actively engaged in faith-based character education programs. To ensure data richness, the study employed triangulated collection methods including in-depth semi-structured interviews, participatory classroom observations, and document analysis comprising lesson plans, student portfolios, and reflective teacher notes. Thematic analysis was used to interpret the data, enabling a deep understanding of the psychological and theological interactions occurring in the learning process. Findings reveal that integrating Islamic theological concepts with psychological reflections enhances students’ mental resilience, promotes religious optimism, and nurtures a stable self-concept. Teachers functioned as both spiritual facilitators and emotional companions, while a spiritually nourishing learning environment proved pivotal. The study contributes to the growing body of knowledge on Islamic educational innovation by proposing psychotheological learning as a transformative pedagogical model to foster psychological strength and spiritual depth among Muslim adolescents.

Abstract

The development of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) play a vital role in improving the local economy and expanding economic opportunities for the community. One effective strategy in supporting the growth of MSME is through creating business carts that can function as a mobile platform for selling products or services. This research aims to examine the process of making MSME carts with a focus on design innovation, materials used, and efficient and environmentally friendly production methods. Research methods involve literature analysis, field surveys, and interviews with relevant stakeholders. The research results show that the use of appropriate technology and materials can increase the durability, safety and aesthetics of MSME carts, while the use of efficient production methods can reduce production costs and speed up processing time. The practical implications of this research are to provide practical guidance for MSME in choosing designs, materials and production methods that suit their needs and to encourage the government and related institutions to provide adequate support and facilities for the development of MSMEs through the manufacture of business carts. Thus, this research has the potential to make a significant contribution to increasing the competitiveness of MSME and strengthening the local economy in a sustainable manner.
