Abstract

The research on determining Availability Path Planning for natural tourist attractions using Dijkstra and Ant Colony algorithms aims to identify the most efficient routes in terms of time, distance, and environmental conditions. This is achieved by combining the Dijkstra and Ant Colony Optimization algorithms, each with its respective advantages and disadvantages, to create a system for finding the shortest, fastest, and safest paths to natural tourist destinations in Bireuen Regency. The methodology employed in this study is the waterfall model, which encompasses stages from analysis to application development, integrating both Dijkstra and Ant Colony Optimization algorithms. The research findings reveal that the shortest route to the Ceuraceu Waterfall destination can be accessed via the Samagadeng Village road in Pandrah District, while the longest route can be accessed through the city center of Bireuen Regency. Furthermore, for the Krueng Simpo River Bathing Tourism, the shortest route is via the Gayo Bireuen road, while the longest route is through the KKA Aceh Utara road. Lastly, the shortest route to the Kuala Jangka Beach tourist attraction is via the Jangka road from the Matangglumpang Dua area, while the longest route can be accessed through the Kuala Bireuen road.

Abstract

Rapid restoration of clean water services, combined with strengthening community operational capacity, is essential to prevent further public health risks. This article aims to present an integrated model that combines the deployment of emergency water treatment technology with community-based technical training in a post-flash flood context in Aceh, Indonesia. The program was implemented through a participatory and phased approach, including rapid needs assessment, commissioning of a skid-mounted mobile water treatment unit, operator training, and routine monitoring. Water quality assessment results indicate a consistent reduction in physico-chemical parameters from raw water to treated water and final drinking water, demonstrating stable performance of the system under fluctuating field conditions. In addition, community satisfaction evaluation shows that most respondents expressed high satisfaction with service delivery, system performance, and program impact on health and basic water needs, particularly in terms of accessibility, system reliability, and operational ease at the local user level. The deployed unit successfully restored access to safer water for affected communities while maintaining operational stability under variable field conditions. Furthermore, the training program improved local operator competence and strengthened safe water handling practices at the household level. This integrated approach, combining non-chemical water treatment technology and community empowerment, provides a practical and replicable model for post-flood emergency drinking water supply, emphasizing recontamination risk control and community-based operational sustainability. Keywords: Flash Flood, Emergency Water Purification, Community Training, Safe Drinking Water, Disaster Response.

Abstract

This study examines the integration of deepfake technology in UMKM promotional practices by focusing on its strategic value, ethical dimensions, implementation risks, and economic utility. A qualitative approach with a naturalistic phenomenological design was employed to explore the experiences, perceptions, and readiness of UMKM actors, promotion teams, and consumers in using deepfake-based promotional content. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña with NVivo support. The findings indicate that deepfake is perceived as a promising promotional innovation because it can enhance visual appeal, extend promotional reach, and improve cost and time efficiency in content production. However, its adoption is shaped by important constraints, particularly content authenticity, ethical considerations, audience response, human resource capacity, and the risk of misleading consumers. The study also shows that the economic utility of deepfake in UMKM promotion is meaningful only when promotional efficiency is balanced with ethical control, digital literacy, and consumer trust. These findings suggest that deepfake adoption in UMKM should not be understood merely as a technological issue, but as a negotiation between economic value, digital capability, reputational risk, and moral legitimacy.Abstract is a brief summary of the paper to help readers quickly determine the main research problem, solutions to solving problems encountered, research objectives and temporary research results which can be in the form of numbers/percentages according to research needs.
