Abstract

Tulisan sederhana ini mendeskripsikan tentang pemikiran dari seorang Hasbi Ash Shiddiqy dan A.Hassan tentang etos kerja. Pembahasan ini bersifat telaah deskriptif analitif dengan fokus pada karyanya,terutama pada karya tafsirnya Tafsir Annur dan Tafsir al-furqan. Tulisan ini menganalisa tentang ayat-ayat etos kerja dalam al-Qur’an serta bagaimana memahami ayat-ayat etos kerja dalam tafsirnya dengan metode komparatif. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa Hasan dan Hasbi dalam memahami ayat-ayat etos kerja tidak jauh berbeda. Hassan dan Hasbi memaknai etos kerja merupakan semangat kerja keras yang didasari niat ibadah sebagai bekal amal di akhirat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the learing of tahfidz al Qur’an in SD N 25 Talamaukampung Bateh Samuik. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with casestudy and observation techniques. The results obtained in this study that learning tahfidzthe koran includes three main activities, namely planning, implementation and assessment.Learning planning is carried out before the school year begins through teacherconsultation with the school principal. The learning process includes an initial activity(introduction) which begins with greetings, prayers and repetition of memorization thathas been memorized beforehand. Than the core activity, namely the delivery of tahfidz alQur’an material by the way the teacher reads and students follow and then repeat. Andfinally the closing activity which was closed whit a small evaluation and delivery ofmaterial to be studied at the next meeting. The assessment is divided into two categories,namely daily assessment and semester assessment. The assessment menthod used inlearning the koran tahfidz with the method of tasmi and musabaqah.

Abstract

Manusia di dalam kehidupannya harus berkomunikasi, artinyamemerlukan orang lain dan membutuhkan kelompok atau masyarakat untuksaling berinteraksi. Hal ini merupakan suatu hakekat bahwa sebagian besarpribadi manusia terbentuk dari hasil integrasi sosial dengan sesama dalamkelompok dan masyarakat. Di dalam kelompok ataupun organisasi, selaluterdapat bentuk kepemimpinan yang merupakan masalah penting untukkelangsungan hidup kelompok, yang terdiri dari atasan dan bawahannya.Proses komunikasi memungkinkan manajer untuk melaksanakan tugas-tugas mereka. Informasi harus dikomunikasikan kepada para manajer agarmereka mempunyai dasar perencanaan, rencana-rencana harusdikomunikasikan kepada pihak lain agar dilaksanakan. Pengorganisasianmemerlukan komunikasi dengan bawahan tentang penugasan jabatanmereka. Pengarahan mengharuskan manajer untuk berkomunikasi denganbawahannya agar tujuan kelompok dapat dicapai. Komunikasi tertulis danlisan adalah bagian esensi dari pengawasan. Jadi, manajer dapatmelaksanakan fungsi-fungsi manajemen mereka hannya melalui interaksi dankomunikasi dengan pihak lain.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Islam is the majority religion in Indonesia and plays a central role in shaping the country's social, cultural and political landscape. With more than 230 million adherents or about 87% of the total population, Indonesia has the largest Muslim community in the world. This phenomenon is often identified through the term Islam Nusantara, which describes a distinctly Indonesian form of Islam. The concept emphasizes harmony, mutual cooperation and tolerance, while adhering to the core teachings of Islam. This article aims to discuss the dynamics of thought between two groups of Muslims in Indonesia: visual Muslims (traditional) and virtual Muslims (modern). The study explores how these two groups understand Islam Nusantara and construct their identities. The research approach is conducted through a structured literature study and includes important methodological steps to achieve the objectives of the analysis. The research reveals significant differences between the two groups. Visual (traditional) Muslims are more inclined towards preserving local traditions as the core of religious practice, while virtual (modern) Muslims tend to accept global influences and focus on innovation and renewal in understanding religion.

Abstract

Kajian ini membahas transformasi gagasan pendidikan Islam melalui telaah kritis terhadap pemikiran Syekh Sulaiman Ar-Rasuli (Inyiak Canduang), seorang ulama terkemuka Minangkabau yang berperan besar dalam pembentukan sistem pendidikan Islam lokal pada abad ke-20. Dengan pendekatan historis-analitis, studi ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana Inyiak Canduang memformulasikan konsep pendidikan yang berlandaskan tauhid, memperkuat nilai-nilai akhlak, serta mengadaptasikan tradisi Islam dengan adat Minangkabau dalam merespons tantangan zaman kolonial dan modern. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemikiran pendidikan beliau mengalami transformasi dinamis: dari model tradisional berbasis surau menuju model pendidikan formal yang lebih terstruktur, tanpa melepaskan akar-akar budaya lokal. Telaah ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pemahaman perkembangan pendidikan Islam di Indonesia, khususnya mengenai peran inovatif ulama lokal dalam menghadirkan sintesis antara agama, adat, dan modernitas.

Abstract

This study examines in depth the dynamics of two main approaches in Islamic education: the normative-textual approach and the socio-contextual approach. The normative-textual approach focuses on a literal understanding of Islamic texts, such as the Qur'an and Hadith, as sources of teaching that are fixed and absolute. Meanwhile, the contextual approach emphasises the importance of understanding religious messages in relation to the social, cultural, and historical contexts that surround them. This research aims to explore the tensions and possibilities of integrating the two approaches in developing a framework for Islamic education that is responsive to contemporary challenges without losing its normative essence. The findings indicate that an integrative approach that combines the strengths of both approaches can produce a more dynamic and adaptive understanding of Islamic education that remains rooted in the fundamental values of Islam. This study recommends the importance of methodological renewal in formulating Islamic curricula and learning strategies to avoid being trapped in the conservative versus progressive dichotomy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the efforts of Quran memorization teachers in improving the Quran memorization skills of students at Cahaya Makkah Islamic Junior High School in West Pasaman Regency. This study used a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the efforts of Quran memorization teachers in improving the Quran memorization abilities of students at Cahaya Makkah Islamic Junior High School in West Pasaman Regency include: program development, guidance of male and female teachers in Quran memorization, Quran curriculum development, Quran group formation, motivation for students before memorizing the Quran, preparation of memorization control books, Quran muqayyam (introduction to the Quran), monitoring students during the Quran memorization program, ensuring students perform Tahajjud prayers regularly, impressively impressive. on students who do not achieve their targets, rewarding students who have achieved their targets, and conducting evaluations.
