Abstract

This narrative study aims to explain the role of faith teachersin improving students morals in the era of society5.0. the data in this research was obtained from the results of a semi structured interview with a teacher of moral beliefs. This study found three important data themes, namely the impact of technology on student morals, problems experienced by teachersin inimproving student morals, and efforts made by teachers to improve students moral. It it hoped that these findings will provide solution information students morals in this era of society.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of anxiety in the library on the information fulfillment of elementary school users at SD Sit Al Hijrah 2 Deli Serdang. The research focus covers three main aspects including academic anxiety, social anxiety, and environmental factors in libraries. The research results show that academic anxiety significantly influences library use by users. Apart from that, social anxiety also has an impact on library interactions with library staff. Environmental factors in libraries also contribute to the level of anxiety experienced by users. Furthermore, the use of technology in libraries can increase users' anxiety levels. The implications of these findings can help library managers in designing strategies to reduce user anxiety and increase comfort and effectiveness in using the library.

Abstract

Human resource (HR) development is a key element in realizing competency-based schools that are able to face the challenges of the globalization era. This study aims to analyze HR development strategies in educational environments with a systematic approach involving teachers, staff, and students. The research methods used are literature review and direct observation at several competency-based schools in Indonesia. The results of the study indicate that effective HR development includes three main aspects: strengthening teacher pedagogical competence, increasing staff managerial capacity, and forming a learning culture in students. The proposed strategies include ongoing training, empowering digital technology, and collaborating with external parties such as the business world and industry. The implementation of this strategy shows an increase in individual and institutional performance, especially in terms of adaptability to curriculum changes, the use of technology in learning, and student learning outcomes. In addition, it was found that visionary leadership support and adequate facilities are the main supporting factors for the success of HR development in competency-based schools. In conclusion, integrated and competency-oriented HR development not only strengthens school competitiveness but also supports the creation of a globally superior generation.

Abstract

Policy tools have an important role in shaping a quality, inclusive, and sustainable education system. This article aims to identify and analyze the various policy tools used in the education system, including regulations, economic instruments, and information instruments. Using an analytical-descriptive approach, this article explores how policy tools are applied to support the achievement of national education goals, such as improving access, quality, and equity in education. The findings show that the success of policy tools is greatly influenced by the effectiveness of implementation, the capacity of human resources, and synergies between various stakeholders. However, challenges such as access gaps in remote areas, technological limitations, and lack of transparency in policy management remain obstacles. To overcome these challenges, it is recommended that strategies in the form of strengthening human resource capacity, digitization of the education system, as well as increased collaboration between the government, the private sector, and the community. With the implementation of effective policy tools, the education system can become the main pillar in advancing the nation and creating a globally competitive generation.

Abstract

Correspondence is one of the most important formal communication media in an organization because it functions to convey information clearly, systematically, and well-documented so as to support smooth communication between departments. This study aims to determine the role of correspondence in improving the effectiveness of organizational communication, as well as identifying challenges and solutions applied in its management. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation studies in an organization. The results of the study indicate that correspondence is effective as a formal communication tool that supports coordination between departments, although there are several obstacles such as late delivery and incorrect letter formats. Solutions such as administrative training, use of electronic filing systems, letter writing guidelines, and supervision have been proven to help improve the quality of correspondence. With good management, correspondence contributes significantly to improving the effectiveness of organizational communication as a whole.
