Abstract

The basic concept of early childhood education that develops in modern society. Early childhood education is an effort to educate or provide guidance which is specifically for newborns up to the age of 6 years, which is carried out by stimulating basic education and focusing on the physical and psychological growth and development of a child to form mentality and readiness to enter education. which is further. In general, the purpose of establishing PAUD is to develop various potentials possessed by early childhood as preparation material to be able to adjust and adapt to the surrounding environment.Early childhood education is very important for children and determines the further development of children, because with early childhood education this becomes the foundation for the basis of the child's personality. In addition, early childhood education can also provide readiness for children to face the future, which is closest to the school period. Children who receive early childhood education are different from children who do not receive early childhood education. Children who get early childhood education will learn to be independent individuals, strong in socializing, confident in doing things, have high curiosity and quick to adapt.

Abstract

Not all Early Childhood Education schools utilise coconut shells as a learning medium, especially in increasing creativity and gross motoric early childhood, especially in Seluma Regency Institutions, this is one of the reasons for Dehasen University Bengkulu lecturers and students to carry out community service activities (PKM). Aiming to analyse how the use of coconut shells to improve creativity and gross motoric of early childhood in Seluma district. From the results obtained in this PKM activity, kindergarten teachers gain knowledge about the use of coconut shells to increase creativity and gross motoric of early childhood and kindergarten teachers become more creative in utilising teaching media so that children are not bored in the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

Not all Early Childhood Education schools Empowerment of Child-Friendly Classroom Management Based on Character for PAUD Teachers at PAUD Aisyah Pondok Kelapa, Central Bengkulu Regency, especially at PAUD Aisyah, Central Bengkulu, this is one of the reasons Lecturers and students of Dehasen University Bengkulu to carry out Community Service (PKM) activities. The aim is to analyze how to empower child-friendly class management based on character by PAUD teachers in Central Bengkulu Regency. From the results obtained in this PKM activity, Kindergarten teachers gain knowledge about child-friendly and character-based class management and Kindergarten teachers become more creative in managing child-friendly and character-based classes so that children do not get bored during the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

The transformation of Indonesian education through the Merdeka Curriculum has the consequence of the need to strengthen the competence of educators, including Early Childhood Education (ECED) teachers. Teachers are no longer just teachers, but also learning leaders who are required to be able to manage the learning process strategically. This strategic management workshop was organized as a form of community service to equip PAUD teachers with understanding and skills in developing, implementing, and evaluating learning in a planned and adaptive manner. The results of the activity show an increase in teacher competence in applying strategic management principles according to the characteristics of early childhood and the demands of the Merdeka Curriculum.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the efforts of teachers in addressing selective mutism disorders in children at TK Lembayung, Bengkulu City. The type of research used in this study is descriptive qualitative research. The methods of data collection used are interviews, observations, and documentation. The data sources are the teachers and the principal of TK Lembayung in Bengkulu City, as well as documentation in the form of photographs taken during interviews with the teachers and principal. The data reduction involved recording the results of the interviews with the teachers and principal, coding the data according to the information provided by the informants, data display involved explaining the results of the interviews with the teachers and principal, and data verification involved rethinking the interview results, reviewing field notes, reconsidering observation data, and findings in the field in order to draw conclusions from the research conducted. The results of this study describe the efforts of teachers in addressing disturbances.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the role of teachers in stimulating the development of prosocial behavior in children in group B at the Taman Ilmu Early Childhood Education in Rejang Lebong Regency. The type of research used in this study is descriptive qualitative research. The data collection methods used are interviews, observations, and documentation. The data sources are teachers and the headmaster at the Taman Ilmu Early Childhood Education in Rejang Lebong Regency, and the documentation includes photos taken during interviews with the teachers and headmaster. The data reduction involves recording the results of interviews with the teachers and headmaster, coding the data according to the information provided by the informants, displaying data by detailing the results of interviews with the teachers and headmaster, and verifying the data by reconsidering interview results, reviewing field notes, rethinking observational data, and field findings, in order to draw conclusions from the research results that have been conducted. The results of this study describe the role of teachers in stimulating the development of prosocial behavior in group B children at the Taman Ilmu Early Childhood Education in Rejang Lebong Regency. Teachers provide examples or role models in giving motivation and consistent stimuli, emphasize the importance of prosocial norms, provide opportunities for positive interaction, teach responsible behavior, and foster good relationships with students.

Abstract

Kemampuan dalam mengelola data dengan efektif adalah keterampilan yang sangat penting dalam dunia penelitian, namun tidak semua peneliti memiliki pengetahuan yang memadai dalam menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan Pelatihan Penggunaan Aplikasi Microsoft Excel Dalam Menyusun Master Tabel Data Penelitian Berbasis Teknologi diadakan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan praktis kepada peneliti dari berbagai kalangan. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan secara daring melalui aplikasi Zoom pada tanggal 17 Juni 2024 dan diikuti oleh 35 peserta. Metode pelatihan meliputi penyusunan materi, demonstrasi langsung, latihan interaktif, dan evaluasi tugas akhir. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan peserta dalam mengelola data penelitian menggunakan Excel. Peserta juga menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dan partisipasi aktif selama pelatihan. Forum diskusi daring yang disediakan pasca-pelatihan membantu peserta untuk terus mengembangkan keterampilan mereka dan mengatasi masalah yang dihadapi. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah pelatihan berhasil meningkatkan kualitas penelitian para peserta melalui peningkatan keterampilan teknis dan pemahaman dalam penggunaan Excel. Pentingnya hasil ini terletak pada kontribusinya terhadap peningkatan efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam penelitian ilmiah.
