Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the improvement of children's physical motor development through sekatak playing activities at PAUD Pelita Hati Pematang Riding. This research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with the procedures used in the form of cycles. The subjects of this study were children in group B at PAUD Pelita Hati Pematang Riding, totaling 20 children. The research was conducted in two cycles of two meetings. Data analysis was carried out in qualitative and quantitative descriptions with the emphasis used to determine the improvement of the process expressed in a predicate, while quantitative analysis was used to determine the improvement of results using percentages. The results of improving physical motor development in children by sekatak playing activities at PAUD Pelita Hati in cycle 1 of meeting I with a percentage of 51.18%, in cycle I meeting to II with a percentage of 67.07%, then in cycle II meeting I with a percentage of 68.72% and cycle II in meeting II with a percentage of 93.49%. The conclusion of the study that sekatak playing activities can improve physical motor development in children at PAUD Pelita Hati Pematang Riding, as evidenced in cycle II of meeting II there is an increasing with the results of the achievement percentage is 93.49% with very good developing criteria.Key Words: Physical Motor Development, Sekatak PlayingAbstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan perkembangan fisik motorik anak melalui kegiatan bermain sekatak di PAUD Pelita Hati Pematang Riding.Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) atau disebut juga Classroom action research dengan prosedur yang digunakan berbentuk siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah anak kelompok B di PAUD Pelita Hati Pematang Riding yang berjumlah 20 orang anak. Penelitian dilaksanakan dua siklus dua pertemuan. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskripsi kualitatif dan kuantitaif dengan penekananya digunakan untuk menentukan peningkatan proses yang dinyatakan dalam sebuah predikat, sedangkan analisis kuantitatif dugunakan untuk menentukan peningkatan hasil dengan menggunakan presentase. Hasil peningkatan perkembangan fisik motorik pada anak dengan bermain sekatak di PAUD Pelita Hati pada siklus I pertemuan ke I dengan presentase 51,18%, di siklus ke I pertemuan ke IIĀ  dengan presentase 67,07%, siklus ke II pertemuan ke I dengan presentase 68,72% dan siklus II pertemuan ke II dengan presentase 93,49%. Kesimpulan penelitian bahwa kegiatan bermain sekatak dapat meningkatkan perkembangan fisik motorik pada anak di PAUD Pelita Hati Pematang Riding, terbukti pada siklus II pertemuan Ke II terjadi peningkatan dengan hasil presentase pencapaian sebesar 93,49% dengan kriteria berkembang sangat baik (BSB).Kata Kunci: Perkembangan Fisik Motorik, Bermain Sekatak

Abstract

Progressive learning is one of the schools of education that applies progressivism in the education system. This way of learning was born as a correction to the formal education system which was considered rigid and very traditional. This learning assumes that education must be based on the nature of humans as social creatures who learn best when they are in real life situations. The implementation of this PKM aims to educate PAUD teachers in the Alas Maras Seluma area to explore children's abilities through progressive learning.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan melalui pemanfaatan teknologi. Dengan judul "Pemanfaatan Teknologi dalam Menunjang Pembelajaran: Pelatihan Interaktif dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Pendidikan," kegiatan ini diadakan secara daring pada tanggal 22 November 2023, melibatkan 41 peserta dari berbagai kalangan, termasuk guru, mahasiswa, dan dosen. Pendekatan pelatihan interaktif digunakan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan keterampilan praktis dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini didasarkan pada urgensi adopsi teknologi dalam mendukung pembelajaran di era globalisasi. Melalui identifikasi kebutuhan peserta, disusun materi pelatihan yang relevan dengan konteks pendidikan. Platform daring dipilih sebagai medium pelaksanaan untuk mencakup peserta dari berbagai latar belakang. Hasilnya mencakup peningkatan pemahaman peserta terkait pemanfaatan teknologi, perubahan positif dalam paradigma pendidikan, dan terbentuknya jaringan kolaboratif di antara peserta.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether through the media puppet letters can improve children's literacy development in Group B at PAUD IKI PTPN 07 Seluma Regency. Classroom Action Research (PTK) which is focused on the classroom situation, or commonly known as classroom action research, the procedure used is in the form of a cycle. The main subject in this study was group B children totaling 15 children at PAUD IKI PTPN 07 Seluma Regency. This Classroom Action Research uses the Jhon Elliot model where each cycle consists of four main activities, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection carried out through two cycles, namely cycle I and II. Data collection techniques used observation and documentation methods. Data analysis was carried out descriptively qualitative-quantitative with the emphasis used to determine the improvement of the process expressed in a predicate, while quantitative data analysis was used to determine the improvement of results using percentages. The results of improving children's literacy development through letter puppet media in Group B at PAUD IKI PTPN 07 Seluma Regency in cycle I meeting I amounted to 56% and meeting II amounted to 75%. In cycle II meeting I found an increase of 90%. The conclusion of the research is that through letter puppet media, the development of children's literacy in Group B at PAUD IKI PTPN 07 Seluma Regency is improved. Evidently in cycle II there was a significant increase, the percentage of achievement was 90% with very good developing criteria (BSB).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of semantic abilities in children by using storybook media at PAUD Tunas Bangsa Napal Jungur. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) or also called Classroom action research with the procedures used in the form of cycles. The subjects of this study were group A children at PAUD Tunas Bangsa, totaling 12 children. The research was conducted in two cycles of two meetings. Data analysis was carried out in qualitative and quantitative descriptions with emphasis used to determine the improvement of the process expressed in a predicate, while quantitative analysis was used to determine the improvement of results using percentages. The results of improving semantic abilities in children by using storybooks at PAUD Tunas Bangsa in cycle I meeting to I with a percentage of 38.54%, in cycle I meeting to II with a percentage of 51.56%, cycle II meeting to I with a percentage of 66.14% and cycle II meeting to II with a percentage of 82.81%. The conclusion of the study that using storybook media can improve semantic abilities in children at PAUD Tunas Bangsa, as evidenced in cycle II meeting II there was an increase with the results of the achievement percentage of 82.81% with very good developing criteria (BSB).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of children's social emotional abilities with gotong royong activities at TK Negeri 1 Suoh, Lampung Regency. This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK) or also called Classroom action research with the procedures used in the form of cycles. The subjects of this study were group B children at TK Negeri 1 Suoh, Lampung Regency, totalling 22 children. The research was conducted in two cycles of two meetings. Data analysis was carried out in qualitative and quantitative descriptions with the emphasis used to determine the improvement of the process expressed in a predicate, while quantitative analysis was used to determine the improvement of results using percentages. The results of improving children's social-emotional abilities through gotong royong activities at State Kindergarten 1 Suoh in cycle I meeting to I with a percentage of 31.81%, in cycle I meeting to II with a percentage of 46.81%, cycle II meeting to I with a percentage of 57.27% and cycle II meeting to II with a percentage of 80.68%. The conclusion of the research is that using collage from dry leaf material can improve fine motor skills in children at TK Negeri 1 Souh, Lampung Regency, as evidenced in cycle II meeting II there was an increase with the results of the achievement percentage of 80.68% with very good developing criteria (BSB).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the role of teachers in developing children's self-confidence through the singing method with movements in group B at Lembayung Indah Kindergarten, Bengkulu City. This research is a qualitative research. Data were collected using interviews and documentation. The subject of this research is the role of teachers in developing children's self-confidence through the singing method with movements at Lembayung Indah Kindergarten, Bengkulu City. Data analysis was carried out by collecting data, agreeing data, and drawing conclusions. Data reduction is the process of determining, focusing, simplifying, and transforming data. While the presentation of data is a depiction of all information about how the presentation of data here is limited as a set of information that gives the possibility of drawing conclusions and taking action. The results of interviews obtained on the role of the teacher in developing self-confidence in children through the method of singing with movement found 3 Intovert children, 5 Extrovert children and 7 Ambivert children. The conclusion in this study is that there is an influence of the teacher's role in developing children's self-confidence through the method of singing with movement.

Abstract

Learning leadership is a crucial aspect in improving the quality of early childhood education (PAUD). However, in Seluma Regency, there are still many PAUD teachers who face limitations in implementing optimal learning leadership management. This community service activity aims to improve the capacity of PAUD teachers as learning leaders through training, workshops, and direct assistance. The method used is a participatory approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in teacher understanding and skills in designing, implementing, and evaluating child-based learning. Teachers began to apply a reflective, collaborative approach, and utilize the surrounding environment as a learning resource. As many as 82% of participants stated that they were more confident in leading learning, and 75% were able to identify weaknesses and make improvements. This activity also encouraged the formation of a teacher learning community that supports ongoing professionalism. Continuous support from various parties is needed so that the transformation of learning leadership in PAUD can take place consistently and have a broad impact.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the competence of PAUD educators in compiling formative and summative learning evaluations that are in accordance with the characteristics of early childhood. The training was carried out by lecturers of the PG-PAUD Study Program, Dehasen University, Bengkulu on May 10, 2025, at the HIMPAUDI Secretariat, Pondok Kelapa District, Central Bengkulu Regency. This activity was attended by 40 participants consisting of PAUD principals and teachers who are members of HIMPAUDI, Pondok Kelapa District. The training methods include interactive lectures, group discussions, evaluation instrument preparation practices, and reflection and question and answer sessions. The material was delivered by three speakers who are expert lecturers in the field of early childhood education evaluation, namely Dr. Mimpira Haryono, M.Pd., Ela Pebriani, M.Pd., and Ranny Fitria Imran, M.Pd. The results of the training showed that there was a significant increase in the participants' understanding and skills in compiling evaluation instruments such as observation sheets, development journals, and child portfolios. This training has a positive impact in building educators' awareness that evaluation is an important part of the learning process, as well as encouraging the implementation of authentic evaluation that supports children's holistic development. This activity recommends follow-up in the form of mentoring and further training to strengthen the implementation of learning evaluation in PAUD units.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the efforts of teachers in addressing selective mutism disorders in children at TK Lembayung, Bengkulu City. The type of research used in this study is descriptive qualitative research. The methods of data collection used are interviews, observations, and documentation. The data sources are the teachers and the principal of TK Lembayung in Bengkulu City, as well as documentation in the form of photographs taken during interviews with the teachers and principal. The data reduction involved recording the results of the interviews with the teachers and principal, coding the data according to the information provided by the informants, data display involved explaining the results of the interviews with the teachers and principal, and data verification involved rethinking the interview results, reviewing field notes, reconsidering observation data, and findings in the field in order to draw conclusions from the research conducted. The results of this study describe the efforts of teachers in addressing disturbances.
