Abstract

Law students and students at IBLAM Jakarta College of Law, Carrying out Real Work Lecture Activities or KKN as a form of community service. Abstract

Penguatan Strategi Peningkatan Mutu Pendidikan di SMK IT Al Junaediyah ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan melalui pengembangan strategi pembelajaran dan manajemen sekolah yang efektif. Program ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan untuk menghadapi tantangan pendidikan di era digital serta meningkatkan daya saing lulusan SMK IT Al Junaediyah di dunia kerja dan pendidikan lanjutan. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini, diharapkan SMK IT Al Junaediyah dapat terus meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dan menghasilkan lulusan yang siap menghadapi tantangan di dunia kerja dan pendidikan tinggi. Kegiatan ini juga diharapkan dapat menjadi model bagi sekolah-sekolah lain dalam mengembangkan strategi peningkatan mutu pendidikan yang efektif dan berkelanjutan. Kegiatan pengabdian difokuskan pada strategi peningkatan mutu khas sekolah yaitu: 1) program sekolah peradaban sebagai sebuah program yang dilaksanakan secara terpadu mencakup peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia, sarana-prasarana, kegiatan akademik dan nonakademik; 2) Strategi untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, dilakukan melalui upaya peningkatan dalam aspek: 1) partisipasi orang tua; 2) pengelolaan kelas dan sekolah; 3) profesionalisme kepala sekolah dan guru; 4) insentif dan disinsentif; 5) keislaman; 6) keilmuan dan keterampilan; dan 7) kedisiplinan.

Abstract

This study aims to illustrate how the effectiveness of an integrated Islamic values-based curriculum conducted at the Sukabumi City Hayatan Thayyibah Integrated Islamic Boarding School. This study uses a qualitative approach and qualitative descriptive methods. The data analysis technique starts from data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The concept of an integrated curriculum developed in this school uses a correlated type of curriculum between the national curriculum (kurtilas) and the Islamic curriculum as the development of its Islamic values. 2) The implementation of an integrated curriculum carried out in this school is the integration of the national curriculum (kurtilas) towards the boarding curriculum with religious clusters whose references are taken from classical books, but in practice using separated subject curriculum with the development of character building programs as habituation of good character in the boarding school environment. 3) Integrated curriculum evaluation by involving the principal through continuous supervision of the implementation of curriculum development. 4) The supporting factors are good management and school facilities, the atmosphere of the pesantren-based school environment runs well. The inhibiting factor is the lack of communication between the school and parents, the structure of the school curriculum is fat because of the large number of subjects.

Abstract

In the process of teaching and learning, methods are much more important than materials. Such is the urgency of the method in the process of education and teaching. A teaching and learning process can be said to be unsuccessful if the process does not use the method. Similarly, in the activity of memorizing the Qur'an, the method serves to provide assistance and overcome difficulties in the process of memorizing and remembering memorization that has been memorized. Based on this, this study explains the effectiveness of the tikrar method on improving memorization in the Qur'an Memorization Lodge (PPQ) Ibn Hajar Sukabumi. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the tikrar method in the Ibn Hajar Sukabumi Qur'an Memorization Lodge and to determine the effectiveness of the tikrar method in improving the quality of Qur'an memorization of students in the Ibn Hajar Sukabumi Qur'an Memorization Hut. The type of research used in this study is descriptive research with a qualitative approach by taking the background of the Ibn Hajar Qur'an Memorization Lodge. The results of this study show that the implementation of the tikrar method is applied in four ways/techniques, namely joint tikrar, tikrar itself, tikrar in prayer and tikrar in front of the teacher. This is inseparable from tahfidz activities and tasmi activities'.

Abstract

The existence of Law Number 6 of 2023 concerning the Stipulation of Government Regulation in Lieu of Law Number 2 of 2022 concerning Job Creation, in Article 88A Paragraph (1) which states that the Rights of Workers/Laborers to Wages arise when an Employment Relationship occurs between the Worker/Laborer and the Employer and ends when the Employment Relationship is terminated, in the Lawsuit for Disputes over Rights to Wages filed with the Industrial Relations Court by workers Adi Priyanto and Yussak Andrian against PT Nippisun Indonesia because the Workers' Wages were not paid even though the Workers' employment relationship had not been terminated and the Panel of Judges who examined the lawsuit issued a Decision in the main case, namely Rejecting the Plaintiffs' lawsuit in its entirety, the legal considerations of which cannot be considered, because they are not legally based. so that it should be declared rejected, then the first problem is how the Payment of Wage Rights in Law Number 6 of 2023 concerning the Stipulation of Government Regulation in Lieu of Law Number 2 of 2022 concerning Job Creation and secondly, how the Legal Considerations of the Industrial Relations Court Panel in decision Number: 153/Pdt.Sus-PHI/2024/PN Bdg, concerning the Case of Payment of Wage Rights have been in accordance with applicable regulations, the research method used by the author is normative legal research, namely research on the application of law, and it was concluded that the Legal Considerations of the Industrial Relations Court were very ambiguous and wrong in applying the law.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana nilai-nilai, keyakinan, dan norma-norma yang dianut di SMA Plus Al Raihan membentuk perilaku individu dalam organisasi sekolah, serta dampaknya terhadap budaya organisasi dan kualitas pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pelatihan dengan mengacu pada berbagai literatur, jurnal, dan dokumen yang relevan tentang budaya organisasi, nilai-nilai pendidikan, serta implementasinya di SMA Plus Al Raihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SMA Plus Al Raihan memiliki nilai-nilai inti yang kuat, seperti integritas, disiplin, dan kepedulian sosial, yang diterapkan melalui berbagai kebijakan dan kegiatan. Nilai-nilai ini membentuk norma-norma perilaku yang dijadikan pedoman dalam kehidupan sehari-hari di sekolah, menciptakan budaya organisasi yang positif, dan mendukung tercapainya tujuan pendidikan. Penerapan nilai-nilai dan norma-norma yang konsisten di SMA Plus Al Raihan dapat menjadi model bagi sekolah lain dalam membangun budaya organisasi yang mendukung pembentukan karakter siswa serta peningkatan kualitas pendidikan.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis bagaimana pendampingan praktis dalam pembelajaran Al-Qur'an dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan agama Islam di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Al-Junaediyah Cisaat. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana metode pembelajaran berbasis Al-Qur'an dapat diterapkan dalam konteks sekolah kejuruan dan dampaknya terhadap pemahaman agama Islam siswa. Pengabdian ini menggunakan metode pelatihan dengan pembelajaran agama Islam, pendidikan berbasis Al-Qur'an, serta pendampingan praktis di pendidikan vokasi. Selain itu, data lapangan diperoleh melalui observasi kegiatan pembelajaran agama di SMK Al-Junaediyah Cisaat. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan praktis Al-Qur'an dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap nilai-nilai Islam. Program ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran agama Islam, tetapi juga memfasilitasi pengembangan karakter siswa. Pendekatan ini juga membantu siswa untuk menerapkan ajaran Al-Qur'an dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, khususnya dalam konteks kejuruan mereka. Implikasi dari pengabdian ini adalah bahwa pendampingan praktis Al-Qur'an dapat diterapkan secara luas di sekolah-sekolah kejuruan lainnya untuk memperbaiki kualitas pendidikan agama Islam dan karakter siswa. Selain itu, metode ini dapat berperan penting dalam memperkuat integritas moral dan etika siswa dalam dunia kerja.
