Abstract

The process of transferring bengkok land ownership rights through land swap agreements is frequently done, but due to lack of understanding of the legislations, the transfer of land rights often experiences various problems. This study aims to find out the mechanism of transferring bengkok land ownership rights through land swap agreements based on the legislations as well as the process of certifying bengkok land into proprietary land. This descriptive-analytic study applied an empirical juridical approach. The results showed that the mechanism of transferring bengkok land ownership rights through land swap agreements in Kuningan District is regulated in Kuningan District Regulation No. 44 of 2017 concerning Management of Village Assets. Meanwhile, the process of certifying bengkok land into proprietary land is regulated in Article 17 of Government Regulation No. 27 of 2014 concerning Management of State/Regional Property. In conclusion, the process of transferring land ownership rights, especially state-owned land, shall to be done in a written form and is based on the applicable legislation. Peralihan Hak Milik Tanah Bengkok Melalui Perjanjian Tukar Guling Proses peralihan hak milik tanah bengkok melalui perjanjian tukar guling sering dilakukan namun karena ketidak pahaman terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan, peralihan hak milik atas tanah tersebut mengalami berbagai permasalahan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui mekanisme peralihan tanah bengkok melalui perjanjian tukar guling menurut perundang-undangan dan proses pensertifikatan tanah bengkok menjadi tanah hak milik. Jenis penelitian deskriptif-analistis dengan pendekatan yuridis empiris. Hasil penelitian mengemukakan bahwa Mekanisme peralihan tanah bengkok melalui perjanjian tukar guling di Kabupaten Kuningan diatur dalam Peraturan Bupati Kuningan Nomor 44 Tahun 2017 tentang Pengelolaan Aset Desa dan Proses pensertifikatan tanah bengkok menjadi tanah hak milik diatur dalam Pasal 17 Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 27 Tahun 2014 adalah pengalihan kepemilikan barang negara/daerah. Kesimpulannya Dalam proses perjanjian tukar menukar tanah terutama tanah milik negara perlunya dilakukan secara tertulis dan sesuai dengan peraturan perundangan yang berlaku.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of using e-learning in accounting education at SMK Tulungagung. The research method employed is qualitative, utilising in-depth interview techniques with teachers and students to collect data on experiences and challenges in implementing e-learning. The findings indicate that e-learning provides beneficial flexibility in time and place, especially during the pandemic. However, there are obstacles in understanding complex accounting concepts and technology access disparities among students. Student responses varied, with some feeling enthusiastic and others encountering difficulties. Teacher support, interactive materials, and regular feedback proved crucial in enhancing the effectiveness of e-learning. To maximise the benefits of e-learning, there needs to be improved technology access, integration of interactive teaching methods, and direct teacher support. This study suggests strategies to overcome challenges and leverage e-learning as an effective tool in accounting education

Abstract

Increasing global economic uncertainty, characterized by international market fluctuations, economic crises, and the effects of climate change, demands a search for a more stable and sustainable economic model. One attractive approach is Quranic economics, which is based on the teachings of the Qur'an and Islamic principles. This article explores how Quranic economics can contribute to maintaining economic stability amid global uncertainty. The research utilizes the content analysis method of relevant literature to identify the basic principles of Quranic economics and their applicability in the global context. The results show that the key principles of Quranic economics include social justice, prohibition of usury, transparency and honesty, and environmental responsibility. The implementation of these principles can be done through sharia-based financial systems, prudent risk management, sustainable economic development, microeconomic empowerment, and wealth redistribution. By applying these principles, economic stability and better welfare are expected. Despite the challenges, the potential benefits of a Quranic economy offer a significant alternative to global uncertainty.

Abstract

This study aims to illustrate how the effectiveness of an integrated Islamic values-based curriculum conducted at the Sukabumi City Hayatan Thayyibah Integrated Islamic Boarding School. This study uses a qualitative approach and qualitative descriptive methods. The data analysis technique starts from data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The concept of an integrated curriculum developed in this school uses a correlated type of curriculum between the national curriculum (kurtilas) and the Islamic curriculum as the development of its Islamic values. 2) The implementation of an integrated curriculum carried out in this school is the integration of the national curriculum (kurtilas) towards the boarding curriculum with religious clusters whose references are taken from classical books, but in practice using separated subject curriculum with the development of character building programs as habituation of good character in the boarding school environment. 3) Integrated curriculum evaluation by involving the principal through continuous supervision of the implementation of curriculum development. 4) The supporting factors are good management and school facilities, the atmosphere of the pesantren-based school environment runs well. The inhibiting factor is the lack of communication between the school and parents, the structure of the school curriculum is fat because of the large number of subjects.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya kekerasan yang dilakukan antar suporter sepakbola di Indonesia, supporter dianggap memperburuk citra sepakbola dan dianggap menjadi problematika bangsa. Tindakan kekerasan, kerusuhan, dan jatuhnya korban yang luka bahkan tewas, rusaknya fasilitas stadion, fasilitas umum, merupakan citra buruk supporter di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian dalam skripsi ini adalah (a). untuk mendeskripsikan faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi kekerasan. Untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang Pasal 170 KUHP yaitu, tentang tindak pidana kekerasan terhadap orang dimuka umum; (b). Mendeskripsikan pihak mana saja yang terlibat dalam perlindungan untuk memperoleh penjelasan tentang Bentuk Perlindungan Hukum terhadap korban kekerasan yang terjadi antar suporter sepakbola yang diatur didalam Pasal 351 – 358 KUHP;. Dalam skripsi ini, peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian Yuridis Normatif yakni Penelitian Yuridis Normatif adalah metode penelitian hukum yang dilakukan dengan cara meneliti hukum dalam perspektif internal dengan objek penelitiannya adalah Norma Hukum. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penulis memberikan kesimpulan dalam skripsi ini adalah (a). Pertanggungjawaban tindak pidana kekerasan menurut Hukum Pidana yang diatur didalam Pasal 170 KUHP tentang Tindak Pidana Kekerasan (pengeroyokan); (b). Perlindungan korban dapat mencakup bentuk perlindungan yang bersifat abstrak (tidak langsung) maupun yang konkret (langsung). Adanya Upaya Preventif dan Upaya Represif demi melindungi kejadian yang tidak akan terulang kembali.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kecerdasan numerik dan kemampuan berpikir kritis dalam pemecahan masalah matematika siswa sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Karawang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan melibatkan 96 responden siswa sekolah dasar yang dipilih secara purposive. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes dan lembar observasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan numerik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika, sedangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis berpengaruh signifikan meskipun arah pengaruhnya negatif. Secara simultan, kedua variabel memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi kecerdasan numerik dan kemampuan berpikir kritis sangat penting dalam pembelajaran matematika, sehingga guru perlu mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran berbasis logika dan refleksi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas belajar siswa.
