Abstract

The title of this work is Management of Early Childhood Education Programs at PAUD Nurul Hikmah Suryalaya Bandung Post. The study began with observations on well-organized and orderly leadership at the Nurul Hikmah Suryalaya Bandung PAUD Post. This study explores information on the management of well-organized education programs at the Nurul Hikmah PAUD Post. What are the inhibiting supporting factors? This study used a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection, observation, interview, and documentation techniques: data analysis techniques, acquisition, reduction, presentation, and reasoning. The results of this study found that the answers about the Management of PAUD Nurul Hikmah Suryalaya Bandung Post were well organized due to supporting factors from the surrounding community, PKK, Yandu Post, and school residents. The external supporting factors include cooperation with PAUD Post partners. In the management of early childhood education at the Nurul Hikmah PAUD Post, there is also an inhibiting factor, namely the parents' lack of attention to their children. Program delays are due to conflicts with programs of other educational institutions at the same time. Efforts to overcome existing obstacles include communicating and contacting the parents of students. Meanwhile, late programs can be overcome by replacing them on another day or time. The flagship program of PAUD Nurul Hikmah Post is an extracurricular program that includes dance, pencak silat, and painting. Meanwhile, religious lessons have always been part of the daily education program, including memorizing short letters, daily prayers, and Asmaul Husna and Dhuha prayers.

Abstract

This study aims to de-research 1) ethical values instilled in early childhood in Ra Persis 3 Bandung City; 2) driving and inhibiting factors in the cultivation of ethical values in Ra Persis 3 Bandung City; 3) efforts to improve the quality of ethics in early childhood Ra Persis 3 Bandung City. In this study, a qualitative approach with a descriptive method is used. The subjects of this study are school principals, educators, and students. Data collection is carried out using observation, interview, and documentation methods. Based on the results of observation and the data collection process using interview techniques, the results of the research show that: 1) the ethical values instilled in early childhood at Ra Persis 3 Bandung City include religious values, the value of manners, the value of cleanliness, the value of social sensitivity and emotions, and the value of honesty and responsibility; 2) The driving factors are competent teachers in their fields, a neatly arranged organizational structure, complete facilities and infrastructure, and learning time that tends to be long when compared to other schools. The inhibiting factors are inadequate funds, students and parents who have various characteristics, and there is no harmony between the school and parents; 3) Efforts to improve the quality of ethics carried out by teachers in instilling ethical values, namely by encouraging children to save, providing good material delivery, providing good examples or examples, and providing parenting, education, and approaches to parents.

Abstract

Background. Teacher performance refers to the provision of high- or low-quality education by an individual in the execution of their duties. The leadership of the Principal is expected to have the ability to move, influence, motivate, invite, direct, guide, govern, and nurture teachers, so that a high work ethic, creativity, and productivity in achieving goals is born. Purpose. The purpose of this study is to discuss how the leadership of the principal in PAUD Tasdiiqul Insan improves teacher performance. Method. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection method involves interview techniques, observation, and documentation. Result. The results of the study show that the principal's role in improving teacher performance in PAUD Tasdiiqul Insan encompasses multiple aspects, including educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator, and motivator. The steps taken by the principal to improve teacher performance at PAUD Tasdiiqul Insan include motivating teachers, enhancing teacher discipline, creating a conducive work environment, improving teacher competence, and enhancing academic competence. Conclusion. This study concludes that the principal's leadership in improving teacher performance at PAUD Tasdiiqul Insan is effective in carrying out his role as a principal. One of the steps taken by the principal to improve teacher performance is increasing teacher discipline, providing motivation, and offering gifts, but not in the form of monetary compensation. This is done to show appreciation, so that teachers are more motivated to improve their work performance. Implementation. Staff and infrastructure, as well as expert and teacher discipline, are supported by the spirit of the teacher himself and the motivation from the principal to the teachers

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas dan daya saing pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kota Cimahi agar mampu naik kelas, baik dari segi manajerial, pemasaran, maupun pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Pelatihan difokuskan pada peningkatan pengetahuan tentang strategi bisnis, pencatatan keuangan sederhana, akses perizinan dan legalitas usaha, serta pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai sarana promosi dan branding. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi penyampaian materi melalui presentasi, diskusi interaktif, dan praktik langsung. Kegiatan pelatihan diikuti oleh 70 UMKM, lokasi kegiatan digedung Techno Park Cimahi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam mengelola usaha secara lebih profesional dan modern. Para peserta menyadari pentingnya penguasan teknologi terutama dalam melakukan pemasaran dan pembuatan legalitas usaha. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini, pelaku UMKM diharapkan mampu mengembangkan usahanya secara berkelanjutan dan siap bersaing di pasar yang lebih luas.

Abstract

Ki Hajar Dewantara argues that ethics education focuses on forming children's character, behavior, and personality through several good habits from early childhood to adulthood. This means that the moral education that Ki Hajar Dewantara refers to is not teaching theories about good and bad, along with their very complicated postulates. However, the habit of doing good that is practiced every day until the action becomes steady in the child's psyche so that the teaching of theory and postulates can be valuable as an affirmation and a means, not as an end. Community service activities are carried out at RA Persis Bandung City with the aim of gaining new knowledge or discoveries regarding the cultivation of ethical values. To develop knowledge from research findings regarding the cultivation of pre-existing ethical values. To test, prove, or validate the truth and knowledge from research on the cultivation of pre-existing ethical values. This activity instills to find out what ethical values are instilled in early childhood at RA Persis 3 Bandung City. To find out the driving factors and inhibiting factors in instilling ethical values in early childhood at RA Persis 3 Bandung City. Abstract

Early childhood is a fundamental period for cognitive development, but the reality in the field shows that children's problem-solving abilities and concentration in learning are still low. This study aims to improve the problem-solving abilities of early childhood through the implementation of unplugged coding learning at SPS Anugrah, Purwakarta Regency. Using a descriptive qualitative method with a case study design on 18 children in group B, this study explored the use of basic programming concepts without electronic devices. The intervention was carried out for four weeks using worksheet media that integrated visual code elements such as colors and shapes to train logic. The results showed a significant increase in problem-solving skills, where children were able to organize logical steps, recognize patterns, and find solutions to problems independently through physical activities and games. Improvements were seen in aspects of observation, data processing, and communication, as well as the growth of active attitudes and focus in children. It was concluded that unplugged coding is an innovative approach that is effective and fun, because it is able to develop critical and computational thinking in a concrete way according to the characteristics of early childhood without dependence on devices. ABSTRAK Masa usia dini merupakan periode fundamental bagi perkembangan kognitif, namun realitas di lapangan menunjukkan masih rendahnya kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan konsentrasi anak dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan problem solving anak usia dini melalui penerapan pembelajaran unplugged coding di SPS Anugrah Kabupaten Purwakarta. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus pada 18 anak kelompok B, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penggunaan konsep pemrograman dasar tanpa perangkat elektronik. Intervensi dilakukan selama empat minggu menggunakan media worksheet yang mengintegrasikan elemen kode visual seperti warna dan bentuk untuk melatih logika. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada keterampilan problem solving, di mana anak mampu menyusun langkah logis, mengenali pola, dan mencari solusi masalah secara mandiri melalui aktivitas fisik dan permainan. Peningkatan terlihat pada aspek observasi, pengolahan data, dan komunikasi, serta tumbuhnya sikap aktif dan fokus pada anak. Disimpulkan bahwa unplugged coding merupakan pendekatan inovatif yang efektif dan menyenangkan, karena mampu mengembangkan berpikir kritis dan komputasional secara konkret sesuai karakteristik anak usia dini tanpa ketergantungan pada gawai.
