Abstract

This study aims to determine how is the iinfluence of non-financial compensation to productivity of PT Krakatau Daya Listrik (KDL) Cilegon Banten employee . Non-financial compensation consist of the satisfaction that a person receives from the job itself, or from the physical and psychological environment in which the person works. The author uses a quantitative approach with the Equation Modeling Structure analysis (SEM), with a population of 239 employees using the Slovin formula, then a sample of 71 employees was taken. The results showed non-financial compensation gave an effect of 83.8% on employee work productivity at PT Krakatau Daya Listrik (KDL) Cilegon, and the remaining 16.2% was influenced by other factors. Abstract

Partisipasi masyarakat dalam penyelenggaraan pilkada sangat penting dalam turut mendukung penyelenggaraannya yang lebih berkualitas. Perguruan tinggi berkesempatan menjadi lembaga pemantau melalui proses akreditasi oleh penyelenggara pilkada sekaligus sebagai wujud pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Dalam tahapan pemungutan dan penghitungan suara di tingkat TPS serta rekapitulasi penghitungan suara di KPU Kabupaten Bandung tidak selamanya sesuai dengan ketentuan regulasi pilkada. Tujuan pemantauan adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang nyata tentang kedua tahapan pilkada tersebut, melalui observasi, wawancara terbatas dan dokumentasi. Secara umum, kegiatan di TPS dan KPU Kabupaten Bandung telah berjalan sesuai dengan ketentuan, termasuk mengenai protokol kesehatan. Terdapat beberapa ketidaksesuaian pelaksanaan di TPS dengan regulasi pilkada. Pelaksanaan pemungutan suara, penghitungan suara dan rekapitulasi penghitungan suara yang berjalan sesuai dengan regulasi pilkada, memberi arti penting bagi penguatan demokrasi di tingkat lokal. Perlu dilakukan penataan dan perbaikan oleh KPU Kabupaten Bandung terhadap beberapa aspek pelaksanaan di TPS.

Abstract

Covid 19 that has hit the Indonesian nation has had a multidimensional impact on people's lives. The formation of the Task Force for the Acceleration of Handling Covid 19 is a concrete step for the government in response to this problem. The Task Force has certainly faced various obstacles, challenges and problems in carrying out its duties and functions. One of them will be related to the arrangement of the various dimensions of the Task Force organization in several laws and regulations that govern it. The research method used is descriptive and juridical normative with the aim of obtaining a complete and comprehensive description and evaluation of the organizational dimensions of the Task Force that have been stipulated in several laws and regulations as a product of public policy. The results showed that the Task Force as the operating core of government policies / programs dealing with Covid 19 was an ad hoc institution that was a political organization. Regulations for several structural and contextual dimensions are contained in Presidential Decree No. 7/2020, Presidential Decree No. 9/2020, Presidential Regulation No. 82/2020, and Decree of the Chair of the Task Force No. 16/2020, namely formalization, specialization, hierarchy of authority, organizational goals and organizational size.

Abstract

Dalam rangka mewujudkan desa unggul dan mandiri pemerintahan desa perlu mempersiapkan sumber daya manusia yang unggul dari mulai pimpinan pemerintah desa, aparat desa dan seluruh masyarakat desa. Untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut diantaranya dapat dilakukan melalui proses komunikasi pembangunan. Komunikasi pembangunan merupakan proses penyampaian materi dalam rangka meningkatkan sesuatu agar menjadi lebih baik. Secara luas pengertian komunikasi pembangunan adalah sebagai aktivitas pertukaran pesan secara timbal balik diantara semua pihak yang terlibat dalam usaha pembangunan, terutama masyarakat dan pemerintah, sejak dari proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan penilaian terhadap pembangunan. Kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh Fakultas Ilmu Komunikasi dan Administrasi Bisnis (FIKA) dalam rangka pemberdayaan masyarakat menuju desa unggul dan mandiri diantaranya dengan pemberian materi yang di berikan oleh para dosen FIKA selaku narasumber dalam kegiatan tersebut. Kegiatan yang dilakukan merupakan bagian dari tridharma perguruan tinggi yaitu pengabdian kepada masyarakat atau PKM.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze how planning, controlling and project recommendations for making injection components for the New Model Pajero Sport 20 MY car at PT. Shin Sam Plus Industry in fulfilling customer demand Using a qualitative approach, data collection techniques through interviews and observations, compiling research instruments and conducting analysis and checking the validity of the data, the object of research is in the Division of Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) Sukaluyu, Telukjambe Timur, Kabupaten Karawang. The results of the research on project planning for the manufacture of injection components for the New Model Pajero Sport 20 MY car at PT. Shin Sam Plus Industry, in fulfilling customer requests, performs machine check sheets, for example 5 (five) minutes before starting the process is checked so that when production hours are running well there are no obstacles whatsoever that impact Stop production. Checking the raw materials, the plan has been distributed H-1 or according to company policy, all according to the plan that has been set, if there is a revision, it is not immediately revised. Control is carried out indirectly, meaning that the capacity is insufficient and a back up plan is needed, namely by subcontracting the product to the vendor and the need for a feasibility study with an audit so that it can meet the requirements requested by the customer. Control based on certain conditions is by means of the need for a contingency plan in all aspects so as to meet customer demand when there are internal or external abnormal conditions. PPC also monitors the materials required for production. Convey as detailed information as possible from internal and customers. Analyze the data obtained. Display data and discuss and then monitor production forecasts that have been made. Taken from the forest data sent by the customer and calculated for the Reject Ratio, Monitor consumption consumption, production and standard consumption data from engineering. Proposals related to solutions for fulfilling customer requests that can be provided to Management, so as to increase company profits, Request to the Dept. Engineering to be able to review consumption standards at least once a month to avoid differences in consumption usage. POs received from customers must enter the maximum AKR at the end of the month or on the 20-25th to carry out cost calculations and update production capacity, recommendations for employees of PT. Shin Sam Plus Industries. In order to be more intentional about checking raw materials, this is done to ensure that production does not stop due to waiting for material or not available so that productivity is constrained.

Abstract

With the growth of e-commerce, consumer trust has become a critical aspect in online transactions. However, increasing cases of online fraud, such as products that do not match the description, raise concerns about consumer trust. This raises the question of how trust affects purchasing decisions in marketplaces such as Shopee.The purpose of the research is to evaluate how consumers' trust in Shopee affects their purchasing decisions. This is important to understand in the context of increasing cases of online fraud, which could damage the reputation of e-commerce platforms.Quantitative methodology was used with data collection through a survey. Data processing was done using SPSS version 27 to analyze the relationship between consumer trust and purchasing decisions.The results showed a strong significant relationship between consumer trust and purchasing decisions at Shopee. It was found that 77.3% of the purchase decision variable could be explained through consumer trust, indicating that trust is the most important factor in e-commerce.The conclusion of this study is that in the competitive world of e-commerce, consumer trust in platforms like Shopee is very important. This means that Shopee and similar platforms must continuously strive to build and maintain consumer trust to ensure long-term success.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide practical and theoretical insights into how small and medium enterprises (SMEs) adjust and further develop entrepreneurial activities, product innovation and SME business performance in the city of Bandung. This study used quantitative methods by using questionnaires for data collection. The number of samples used was 119 respondents using purposive sampling techniques. Partial least Square (PLS) is used for data processing. Based on the results of data analysis, it is implied that entrepreneurial competence has a significant effect on business performance, entrepreneurial competence has a significant effect on product innovation. However, product innovation does not have a significant effect on SME business performance.

Abstract

The use of Instagram social media in implementing product promotion and sales strategies can provide significant convenience for business people. Baso Aci Ganteng uses the Instagram social media account @basoaciganteng as the main promotional media in marketing their products. The purpose of this study is to understand why Baso Aci Ganteng chose Instagram as a digital marketing communication strategy and to determine the advantages gained when using Instagram as a medium for digital marketing communication strategies. This study uses a qualitative research method approach with a case study approach.  Data collection techniques include interviews,  observations,  and documentation studies.  The research obtains data sources directly from business people,  where the key informants are the business owners themselves and other main business actors as primary data sources. Based on the results of the research, the researcher concludes that Baso Aci Ganteng practices digital marketing communication strategies online through Instagram, which connects to a wider reach of consumers and thus increases sales.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how training and development was provided to employees at Pizza Hut Restaurant, Riau Branch, Bandung City. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the training and development provided by trainers and managers at Pizza Hut, as well as the influence of training and development on employee performance at Pizza Hut Restaurant, Riau Branch, Bandung City. This research uses qualitative research methods with descriptive analysis research type. The sources obtained used data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. The data validity techniques used include credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability tests. The subject of qualitative research is the main instrument of the researcher. Meanwhile, the object of this research is Pizza Hut Restaurant, Riau Branch, Bandung City. The results of this research are (1) the training provided at Pizza Hut, Riau Branch, Bandung City is quite good, the training stages are in accordance with existing theories (2) Trainers always carry out training by reviewing it every month to test the extent of their abilities. employees (3) Performance assessment and evaluation for employees at Pizza Hut Restaurant Riau Branch, Bandung City is not going well (4) The development program carried out by managers at Pizza Hut Riau Branch is quite good, work performance increases with competition to get employee rewards , become motivated and enthusiastic at work (5) The employee accident rate has decreased where employees work in accordance with the work safety program. However, there are still tools and machines that need attention so that they can work more efficiently (6) Employee discipline shows a decreasing level, which can be caused by a lack of supervision and strict rules. Apart from that, the workforce used must be comprehensive (7) The development methods at Pizza Hut have been running in accordance with theory, but from the point of view the educational methods are still not in accordance with the theory applied. Training and development of employees at Pizza Hut must continue to be considered to improve employee performance and achieve company targets
