Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta menganalasis pendapatn dan gaya hidup secara langsung terhadap pengelolaan keuangan. penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan mengambil objek pada ibu rumah tangga sebanyak 60 responden di Dusun Pamotan Desa Pamotan Kecamatan Sambeng Kabupaten Lamongan, Propinsi Jawa Timur. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik random sampling sehingga yang dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini  adalah data primer dan data sekunder, metode analisis yang digunakan adalah adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS 20. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Pendapatan memiliki positif terhadap pengelolaan keuangan. (2) Gaya Hidup memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap pengelolaan keuangan.   This study aimed to determine and analyze income and lifestyle directly on financial management. This study used a quantitative method by taking objects from housewives in Pamotan Hamlet, Pamotan Village, Sambeng District, Lamongan Regency, Province East Java. The sample of this study used a random sampling technique so that 60 respondents were used as the sample in this study. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, the method of analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 20 software. The results from this research showed that: (1) Income has a positive influence on financial management. (2) Lifestyle has a positive influence on financial management.

Abstract

PPenelitian ini dilakukan di Universitas Muhammadiyah Lamongan dengan bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan pada dua variabel penelitian yaitu kepuasan kerja dan kesejahteraan karyawan sebelum dan setelah penyatuan dua Sekolah Tinggi Muhammadiyah di Lamongan yakni Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Muhammadiyah Lamongan and Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Muhammadiyah Paciran yang saat ini menjadi Universitas Muhammadiyah Lamongan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara langsung dan rinci mengenai tingkat kepuasan kerja dengan menggunakan teori kepuasan kerja Paul Spector. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Peneliti akan membandingkan hasil penilaian angket sebelum dan sesudah penyatuan dan perubahan bentuk lembaga menjadi Universitas Muhammadiyah Lamongan sehingga akan diperoleh hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa pegawai merasa puas sebelum atau sesudah perubahan bentuk lembaga. Peneliti memberikan kuisioner kepada 85 pegawai yang pernah bekerja sebelum dan sesudah penyatuan dan transformasi dua perguruan tinggi menjadi universitas guna mengetahui seberapa tinggi tingkat kepuasan kerja dan kesejahteraan pegawai yang bekerja. Setelah dilakukan analisis data dapat diketahui bahwa hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada variabel kepuasan kerja dan kesejahteraan pegawai sebelum dan sesudah penyatuan dan perubahan bentuk kelembagaan di Universitas Muhammadiyah Lamongan

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to empower PKK mothers in Klagensrampat Village, Maduran District, Lamongan Regency, through the "Income Acceleration Through ASMAN TOGA Management" program. This program aims to increase participants' knowledge regarding the classification and function of TOGA plants, as well as encourage product innovation using TOGA as raw materials. The stages of the activity include training and mentoring as well as monitoring and evaluation. This training is provided with materials on classifying types of toga and their properties, creating innovative products, packaging design materials and digital marketing. The results of this activity show an increase in participants' knowledge and skills, especially in creating new products that are innovative and have high selling value. This activity has succeeded in creating products that have the potential to be marketed internationally, including herbal medicine in the form of liquid drinks (temulawak and turmeric), herbal medicine powder (ginger and lemongrass), and gummy candy (temulawak and lime). In addition, participants also gain an understanding of how to design attractive packaging and logos, as well as effective digital marketing strategies. The target partners showed very active and enthusiastic participation during the mentoring process.

Abstract

Lamongan Regency's economic growth 2020 decreased from 5.5 percent to -2.26 percent, so the district government tried to boost the regional revenue growth rate through BUMDes (Village Owned Enterprises). The Village Community Empowerment Service (PMD) established LA Mart as a local retail business managed by BUMDes in 2018. The existence of LA Mart is a strategic step to accelerate the movement of the village economy. Among the many LA Marts that have been established since being initiated in 2018, there are only five LA Marts that have survived and exist throughout the Lamongan district today. This study aims to evaluate the current business strategy of LA Mart and provide solutions in the form of updating relevant strategies by LA Mart. Data collection methods used in this research include interviews, document analysis, and observation. The data analysis used is a qualitative descriptive analysis by evaluating and comparing the strategies used, using a business strategy approach including Business Model Canvas (BMC), Value Chain, and Porter's Five Generic Strategy at LA Mart in Lamongan. The results of this study showed that the current LA Mart business has used a combination strategy between low prices and differentiation strategies. LA Mart can indirectly increase the market share of the village economy and provide opportunities for the community and MSMEs to innovate and produce competitive products.

Abstract

PURPOSE The growth of retired customers is crucial to preserving the stability and profitability of Bank Mandiri Taspen's operations as a bank that caters to the pensioner segment. Introducing Ketaspenan and bank products to potential retirees is one of Bank Mandiri Taspen KCP Bojonegoro's tactics in achieving its customer growth goal. The primary issue is that potential customers low level of trust can be affected by their lack of comprehension of the relationship between Bank Mandiri Taspen and PT. Taspen (Persero), both as the holding company and as an institutional organization that oversees the funds of pension participants.METHODOLOGY - This study uses qualitative methods and a case study approach to analyze how effectively this socialization strategy builds trust while reaching customer growth goals. As evidenced by the existence of PT. Taspen (Persero) as a resource, the research findings indicate that this socialization has a significant effect on growing the number of retired customers.FINDING - This study suggests that this socializing approach be maintained going forward in order to enhance Bank Mandiri Taspen's reputation and help it meet optimum customer growth goals.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Faktor-Faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan MPS Brondong KUD Minatani. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan MPS Brondong KUD Minatani, khususnya divisi operation support dan staff. Dalam penelitian ini sampel berjumlah 112 responden yang dipilih dengan menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, teamwork berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, komitmen kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan secara simultan lingkungan kerja, teamwork, dan komitmen kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
