Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 has substantially changed human life, work and social interactions. The learning process experiences many innovations along with very fast digital developments and technological advances. At the beginning of the industrial revolution 4.0 there were many new innovations, especially in the education sector, one of which was the Ruangguru application. The progress of the country depends on good education. This research uses a qualitative approach and library research as methods, with researchers as the main tool. The data collection method is qualitative, and data analysis is inductive. Problems are discovered and explained through research. At first, the researcher only understood the problem in general, after that, the researcher concluded more specifically. By using the literature review method, the researcher diligently examined the required documents. The existence of "Ruangguru" changes the teacher's work to be more productive and positive.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengetahuan etnobotani dan potensi pemanfaatan bunga telang (Clitoria ternatea L.) yang tumbuh di sekitar Laboratorium Biologi Universitas Negeri Medan (UNIMED) sebagai minuman fungsional infused water bagi kesehatan. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh tingginya kandungan antosianin dalam bunga telang yang berfungsi sebagai antioksidan alami dan berpotensi menunjang gaya hidup sehat. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan survei dan observasi lapangan melalui wawancara kepada 10 responden dari mahasiswa Pendidikan Biologi angkatan 2023. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner mengenai tingkat pengetahuan, persepsi, dan praktik pemanfaatan bunga telang, serta dokumentasi proses pembuatan infused water. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan mahasiswa terhadap bunga telang masih rendah, namun meningkat signifikan setelah dilakukan edukasi dan praktik langsung. Sebagian besar responden menilai infused water bunga telang memiliki rasa menyegarkan, tampilan menarik, serta bermanfaat untuk kesehatan karena kandungan antioksidan alaminya. Secara etnobotani, bunga telang juga dianggap sebagai tanaman lokal yang berpotensi dikembangkan menjadi minuman herbal modern yang ramah lingkungan dan bernilai ekonomi. Dengan demikian, bunga telang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan dasar infused water yang efektif meningkatkan hidrasi tubuh sekaligus memberikan perlindungan terhadap stres oksidatif, sehingga layak dipromosikan sebagai alternatif minuman sehat di lingkungan kampus.

Abstract

The stunting prevalence in Simpasai Village, Dompu Regency, reaches 28.5%, driven by multidimensional factors such as limited understanding of nutrition, limited access to healthcare, and low income. This Student Creativity Program (Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa/PKM) aims to address these issues through an integrated approach that combines digital technology innovation and the empowerment of local food potential. The implementation method includes two main interventions. First, the introduction and implementation of the "Si-Cegah Stunting" Application, a digital platform for monitoring the nutritional status of toddlers in real-time by the cadres of the LILI Posyandu (Integrated Health Service Post), which accelerates early detection and intervention responses. Second, the empowerment of the "Mawar" Housewives Group through product innovation in the form of fortified moringa leaf cookies, rich in iron and protein, as a specific nutrition intervention strategy based on local wisdom. The implementation results show that the application successfully digitized anthropometric records, improved data accuracy, and facilitated cross-sectoral collaboration. Meanwhile, intensive training and mentoring for the housewives successfully enhanced production capacity and opened up business opportunities, contributing to increased income and access to nutritious food. This program concludes that the convergence between utilizing technology for health surveillance and optimizing local resources for nutritional intervention creates a comprehensive and sustainable stunting management model. This synergy not only addresses the root causes of nutritional problems but also empowers the community's economy, thus aligning with efforts to accelerate stunting reduction and achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
