Abstract

This research aims to explore and understand the role of teachers in enhancing social support for children with special needs in the context of inclusive education. This study attempts to provide an overview of how teachers can contribute positively to creating an inclusive learning environment, particularly at TK Harsya Ceria in Banda Aceh City. The research employs a case study design along with qualitative methodology. Field notes, observations, and interviews are the strategies used in this study to gather data. According to the research findings, inclusive education is crucial for children, especially those with special needs. Due to a lack of resources, including staff members with knowledge of special needs, not all-inclusive schools can accommodate students with special needs. Teachers play a vital role in inclusive education, and some roles of teachers that can enhance social support for children with special needs in inclusive education include 1) Regular communication with the families of children with special needs; 2) Explaining the benefits and objectives of an inclusive learning-friendly environment to parents of students with special needs; 3) Preparing children to socially interact with the community as part of the curriculum; 4) Involving parents in the classroom with regular meetings; and 5) Collaborating with parents as educators to help them understand the concept of inclusion.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi: 1. Untuk mengidentifikasi strategi guru fikih dalam meningkatkan Self efficacy siswa pada pembelajaran fikih di MTs Adolina Perbaungan. 2. Untuk mengidentifikasi dampak penerapan strategi guru Fikih terhadap self-efficacy siswa pada pembelajaran Fikih di MTs Adolina Perbaungan. 3. Untuk mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan kendala penerapan strategi guru Fikih terhadap self-efficacy siswa pada pembelajaran Fikih di MTs Adolina.. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kulitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh dari observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1. Strategi guru fikih dalam meningkatkan Self efficacy siswa pada pembelajaran fikih di MTs Adolina Perbaungan adalah menggunakan metode pembelajaran yang interaktif dan berjenjang, pemberian penguatan positif, serta pendekatan personal bagi siswa yang mengalami kesulitan. Guru juga berperan dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung dengan memberikan motivasi, kesempatan untuk bertanya, dan memberikan contoh nyata yang relevan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari. Semua ini membantu siswa merasa lebih percaya diri dalam mengerjakan tugas dan memahami materi Fikih. 2. Dampak penerapan strategi guru Fikih terhadap self-efficacy siswa pada pembelajaran Fikih di MTs Adolina Perbaungan sangat positif. Hal ini terlihat dari siswa merasa lebih percaya diri dalam mengerjakan tugas, berani untuk mencoba menyelesaikan soal-soal yang lebih sulit, serta tidak ragu untuk bertanya atau berdiskusi di kelas. 3. Faktor pendukung penerapan strategi guru Fikih terhadap self-efficacy siswa pada pembelajaran Fikih di MTs Adolina adalah adanya dukungan penuh dari sekolah, suasana kelas yang kondusif, keterlibatan siswa yang tinggi, dan dukungan teman sebaya. Guru yang memberikan motivasi, tugas yang bertahap, serta metode pengajaran yang variatif juga sangat membantu meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa dalam memahami materi. Sedangkan kendala yang menghambat proses ini, seperti perbedaan latar belakang akademik dan motivasi siswa, keterbatasan waktu belajar di kelas, serta akses yang tidak merata terhadap teknologi dan bahan belajar di rumah The purpose of this study is to identify: 1. To identify the fiqh teacher strategy in improving students' self-efficacy in fiqh learning at MTs Adolina Perbaungan. 2. To identify the impact of implementing the fiqh teacher strategy on students' self-efficacy in fiqh learning at MTs Adolina Perbaungan. 3. To identify supporting factors and obstacles to implementing the fiqh teacher strategy on students' self-efficacy in fiqh learning at MTs Adolina. This type of research is qualitative. Research data were obtained from observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that: 1. The strategy of the fiqh teacher in improving students' self-efficacy in fiqh learning at MTs Adolina Perbaungan is to use interactive and tiered learning methods, provide positive reinforcement, and a personal approach for students who experience difficulties. The teacher also plays a role in creating a supportive learning environment by providing motivation, opportunities to ask questions, and providing real examples that are relevant to everyday life. All of this helps students feel more confident in doing assignments and understanding fiqh material. 2. The impact of implementing the fiqh teacher's strategy on students' self-efficacy in fiqh learning at MTs Adolina Perbaungan is very positive. This can be seen from students feeling more confident in doing assignments, daring to try to solve more difficult questions, and not hesitating to ask or discuss in class. 3. Supporting factors for implementing the fiqh teacher's strategy on students' self-efficacy in fiqh learning at MTs Adolina are full support from the school, a conducive classroom atmosphere, high student involvement, and peer support. Teachers who provide motivation, gradual assignments, and varied teaching methods also greatly help increase students' self-confidence in understanding the material. Meanwhile, obstacles that hinder this process, such as differences in academic background and student motivation, limited learning time in class, and unequal access to technology and learning materials at home

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the direct effect of permissive parenting on students' academic self-efficacy and to construct a model that is in accordance with the standard value of the fit index. This research method uses a quantitative method. The population in this study were all PAI students at Al-Washliyah University, Medan, totaling 488 students. The sampling technique used was the total sampling technique. This study uses a mediation model approach (Neuman, 2013). This study will look at the function of the social support variable (M) on the effect of permissive parenting on academic self-efficacy. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that permissive parenting has a significant negative effect on academic self-efficacy, with an estimated value of ? = -0.029 and p = 0.049. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that there is an effect of family support on academic self-efficacy with an estimated value of ? = 0.145 and p = 0.006. Next, there is an influence of friend support on academic self-efficacy with an estimated value of ? = 0.229 and p = <0.001. Then, there is no significant influence of someone's support on academic self-efficacy, with an estimated value of ? = -0.075 and p = 0.129. The determining factor for learning success is the students themselves, so based on the results of this research, advice that can be given to students is to always pay attention to their intelligence and personality.

Abstract

Early childhood is a child who is in the age range of 0-6 years who experiences very rapid development, so it is important to optimize the development aspects of early childhood in order to prepare themselves for the next level. The method used in this counseling is participatory-based counseling involving discussion, simulation, and direct practice. The results of this counseling show that the counseling has succeeded in increasing participants' understanding of the concept of the importance of optimizing aspects of early childhood development, as well as skills in stimulating the physical motor, language, social emotional, religious moral and cognitive development of early childhood. A 30% increase in the pre-test and post-test results shows that this counseling is very effective in improving participants' knowledge and skills. In addition, statistical analysis using the paired sample t-test shows that the difference between the pre-test and post-test scores is significant (p <0.05), which further strengthens the conclusion that the workshop has a positive impact on participants' skills.

Abstract

Early childhood education plays a crucial role in developing children's potential to prepare them for various life changes. One of the early childhood education institutions is Raudhatul Athfal (RA), which nurtures children aged 4-6 years in social-emotional, cognitive, language, physical-motor, religious, and artistic aspects. Moral and religious values are the primary focus before other developmental aspects, as children with noble character are more important than intelligence without morality. One of the teaching methods used to internalize moral and religious values is the storytelling method, which aims to encourage and guide children through questions that explore their ideas. Observations at RA Al Mukhlisin indicate that this method has successfully improved some children's moral and religious values, such as greeting others, apologizing, advising friends, and waiting in line. However, some children have yet to develop optimally despite receiving the same teaching methods.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the optimization of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) in fostering students' empathy at MTs Zakiyun Najah. Empathy is one of the essential values that should be instilled from an early age to shape students' social sensitivity and moral responsibility. In an era marked by growing individualism and the erosion of prosocial behavior among adolescents, the role of religious education becomes increasingly vital. Using a qualitative descriptive method, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the IRE learning process at MTs Zakiyun Najah is implemented not only through theoretical delivery of material but also through contextual learning, exemplary behavior by teachers, and involvement in social-religious activities such as charity, group discussions, and school-wide religious programs. Teachers integrate empathy values through reflective practices, character journals, and social engagement to strengthen students’ awareness of others’ feelings and needs. Furthermore, the school’s religious environment supports the internalization of Islamic values that promote care, altruism, and mutual assistance. This study concludes that optimizing Islamic Religious Education plays a significant role in developing empathetic behavior among students, helping them become morally conscious and socially responsible individuals.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman mmelalui sosialisasi pendidikan humanis dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan hasil yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan pemahaman guru dan orang tua, serta mendukung perkembangan sosial-emosional anak secara positif. Dibutuhkan program lanjutan berupa pelatihan berkala dan komunitas belajar guru agar pendekatan ini terus berkembang dan berkelanjutan.
