Abstract

Artikel ini mengkaji implementasi dan persepsi masyarakat terhadap Pasal 29 Undang-Undang Dasar 1945 di Indonesia, yang menjamin kebebasan beragama. Pasal ini menegaskan hak setiap warga negara untuk memeluk dan menjalankan keyakinan agamanya tanpa diskriminasi. Selama periode "Orde Baru" dan "Reformasi", perhatian terhadap kebebasan beragama mengalami perubahan signifikan, dari pembatasan ketat hingga meningkatnya konflik etnis dan agama. Melalui pendekatan yuridis dan sosiologis, penelitian ini mendiskusikan tantangan dalam implementasi hukum tersebut dan dampaknya terhadap dinamika sosial di Indonesia. Studi ini juga menyoroti pentingnya toleransi antaragama dalam menjaga kerukunan sosial. Kesimpulan artikel menekankan perlunya pendekatan komprehensif untuk memastikan perlindungan yang adil bagi semua penganut agama dan kepercayaan di Indonesia.

Abstract

Konsep konstruksi sosial teknologi menganggap perkembangan teknologi sebagai proses interaksi dan hubungannya dengan kelompok social. Seiring waktu, konsep konstruksi sosial teknologi mendapat ketertarikan dan atensi dari akademisi lain serta mengalami perubahan progresif. Pada artikel ini penulis mengidentifikasi dan menemukan kesenjangan penelitian sebelumnya tentang konsep sosial teknologi melalui kajian literatur. Hasil perbandingan konsep konstruksi sosial teknologi pada penelitian sebelumnya memuat perbedaan dan pergeseran kebutuhan antara organisasi, kelompok atau anggota masyarakat terhadap konstruksi sosial teknologi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah tinjauan literature sistematis melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Kerangka konseptual menjelaskan hubungan antara teknologi dan masyarakat serta menjawab pertanyaan tentang bagaimana proses kerja pembentukan teknologi dan perilaku sosial dalam masyarakat. Situasi mengatakan bahwa teknologi seperti sains dan konstruksi sosial adalah lintasannya. Teknologi dalam penciptaannya mengasilkan inovasi dan bergantung pada banyak faktor sosial serta hubungan antar kelompok sosial. Salah satu kebutuhan konstruksi sosial penyeimbangan ekonomi masyarakat dalam perkembangan teknologi yaitu memungkinkan individu serta kelompok mempermudah pengambilan keputusan dan memilih produk kosmetik dalam fitur try on.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) analyze the concept of Birrul Walidain (devotion to parents) in family education in Tualang Perbaungan Subdistrict, (2) explore the implementation of Wirid Yasin as a religious activity within the community, and (3) identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in the application of Birrul Walidain through Wirid Yasin activities. This study employed a qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that: (1) the concept of Birrul Walidain in family education serves as a foundational element in shaping the Islamic character of children. Teaching devotion and respect toward parents contributes not only to character development but also to family harmony and happiness; (2) Wirid Yasin activities are not only routine religious gatherings but also serve as a medium to strengthen social and familial ties within the community; (3) supporting factors in implementing Birrul Walidain through Wirid Yasin include strong community awareness of religious values and the proactive role of Wirid Yasin leaders in delivering religious messages. However, inhibiting factors include limited youth involvement, the influence of modern technology, and time constraints faced by families. This research emphasizes the importance of integrating religious traditions into family education and highlights the role of community-based religious activities in promoting core Islamic values.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the optimization of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) in fostering students' empathy at MTs Zakiyun Najah. Empathy is one of the essential values that should be instilled from an early age to shape students' social sensitivity and moral responsibility. In an era marked by growing individualism and the erosion of prosocial behavior among adolescents, the role of religious education becomes increasingly vital. Using a qualitative descriptive method, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the IRE learning process at MTs Zakiyun Najah is implemented not only through theoretical delivery of material but also through contextual learning, exemplary behavior by teachers, and involvement in social-religious activities such as charity, group discussions, and school-wide religious programs. Teachers integrate empathy values through reflective practices, character journals, and social engagement to strengthen students’ awareness of others’ feelings and needs. Furthermore, the school’s religious environment supports the internalization of Islamic values that promote care, altruism, and mutual assistance. This study concludes that optimizing Islamic Religious Education plays a significant role in developing empathetic behavior among students, helping them become morally conscious and socially responsible individuals.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan dengan metode pemberian pelatihan, pendampingan kepada peserta mengenai cara pengolahan ikan asin yang lebih efektif sehingga memberikan keuntungan yang lebih banyak sehingga dapat meningkat pendapatan UD. Melati dalam mensejahterakan seluruh pegawai yang terlibat dalam pengolahan ikan asin samapai dengan memasarkannya. Adapun Tujuan pelaksanaan PKM yaitu (1) Untuk meningkatkan pengolahan ikan asin pada UD. melati (2) Untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang cara pemasaran ikan asin di dunia pasar (3) Untuk meningkatkan hasil kualitas ikan asin yang lebih bermutu dan efektif kepada seluruh pegawai UD. Melati terutama pemilik usaha Usaha Dagang Melati. Wilayah Lokasi mitra berada di Kota Siboga di Desa Aek Habil Kecamatan Sibolga Sambas. Kegiatan Pelatihan dan worshop dilakasanakan di UD. Melati. Hasil yang diperoleh dari hasil kegiatana PKM yaitu : 1) meningkatnya pengetahuan mengenai Teknik pengolahan ikan asin, (2) Untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang cara pemasaran ikan asin di dunia pasar (3) meningkatkan hasil kualitas ikan asin yang lebih bermutu dan efektif setelah mendapatkan pelatihan dan workshop PKM yang . Hasil lain yang diperoleh yaitu meningkatnya pendapatan pemilik UsD. Melatia danTaraf hidup peserta pelatihan. Luaran/output kegiatan PKM yaitu (1) meningkatnya pengetahuan peserta mengenai materi-materi kegiatan, (2) artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasi pada jurnal OJS (3) publikasi pelaksanaan PKM pada media online.

Abstract

Adanya perkembangan teknologi seperti artificial intellegence telah memberikan perspektif baru dalam hal komunikasi antara manusia dengan mesin, yang di dalamnya termasuk menghadapi permasalahan pribadi. ChatGPT merupakan chatbot AI yang berbasis teks dan visual saat ini dimanfaatkan oleh banyaknya pengguna sebagai sarana mereka untuk membentuk relasi, tempat curhat dan sarana refleksi lebih personal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemanfaatan ChatGPT sebagai aspek relasi dalam menghadapi masalah pribadi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Communicative Artificial Intellegence dari Guzman & Lewis (2020) tentang pendekatan komunikasi yang dilihat dari aspek relasi antara manusia dengan AI. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan paradigma konstruktivis dan design penelitian netnografi serta menggunakan analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ChatGPT tidak hanya dimanfaatkan sebagai alat tetapi sebagai teman yang tidak menghakimi, responsif, ruang yang aman ketika ingin bercerita. Pengguna khususnya usia dewasa awal memiliki relasi dengan yang posisi yang sejajar atau menganggap AI sebagai komunikator. Selain itu, dengan curhat kepada ChatGPT, pengguna merasa adanya kepuasan emosi ketika menghadapi masalah-masalah pribadi.

Abstract

Emotional intelligence is the knowledge of self-knowledge, self-awareness, social sensitivity, empathy, and the ability to communicate effectively with others. Improving emotional intelligence is essential because it enables students to develop an awareness of how to manage their feelings, which then becomes a framework for behavior, socializing, and making informed decisions. However, to improve the emotional intelligence of students at MTs PAB 4 Patumbak II, a strategy of Akidah Akhlak teachers is needed. This study aims to determine the role of Akidah Akhlak teachers in developing the emotional intelligence of students at MTs PAB 4 Patumbak II and the level of emotional intelligence of students at MTs PAB 4 Patumbak II. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The subjects of this study are teachers of the subject of aqidah akhlak, the data collection methods in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the research that has been done the role of aqidah akhlak teachers in developing the emotional intelligence of students at MTs PAB 4 Patumbak II, namely: Teachers are able to understand the character of students, Teachers recognize the types of emotions of students, Provide guidance to students, Provide motivation in developing intelligence, emotional students, Development of emotional intelligence in Aqidah Akhlak lessons, and Giving punishment to students who violate the rules at school. The strategies used by Aqidah Akhlak teachers in developing the emotional intelligence of students include aspects of recognizing their own emotions, recognizing the emotions of others, building relationships with others, and motivating themselves. The level of emotional intelligence of students at MTs PAB 4 Patumbak II , namely: Some students have been able to manage their emotions well, are able to motivate themselves and are able to interact well. During the teaching and learning process, some students are motivated to study diligently so they can be smart like their friends, dare to express their opinions and understand differences of opinion with their friends, and are confident. Students also participate in extracurricular activities that connect them with other students who have the same interests , such as participating in religious or sports development activities. Students also communicate well with their teachers, both in the teaching and learning process and outside the classroom or school points.

Abstract

This research is entitled “The Contribution of Islamic Spirituality Organization (ROHIS) in Increasing the Love for the Qur'an at SMA Negeri 1 Medang Deras Batubara.” The objectives of this study are to (1) identify the programs of the Islamic Spirituality Organization (ROHIS) implemented at SMA Negeri 1 Medang Deras Batubara, (2) explore the forms of students’ love for the Qur’an within the school environment, and (3) examine the supporting and inhibiting factors of ROHIS in enhancing the students’ love for the Qur’an. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research subjects consist of the school principal, Islamic religion teacher, ROHIS supervisor, and ten active students. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the ROHIS programs are implemented routinely and systematically, including Qur’anic recitation (tadarus), memorization, tilawah training, tafsir studies, and young da’i coaching. Students’ love for the Qur’an is manifested in their habits of reading, memorizing, understanding, and applying Qur’anic values in daily life. Supporting factors in increasing students’ love for the Qur’an include institutional support, the role of teachers and mentors, and students’ intrinsic motivation. In contrast, inhibiting factors include tight academic schedules, lack of awareness among some students, and insufficient support from outside the school. In conclusion, ROHIS plays a significant role in fostering students’ religious attitudes, particularly in nurturing and enhancing their love for the Qur’an in a gradual and sustainable manner.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and analyze the organizational motivation of the Ash Shohibiy Mosque Youth Association (IRMAS) in shaping the Islamic character of young generations in Perumnas Mandala, Medan City, as well as to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors that influence such motivation. The background of this research stems from the importance of mosque-based youth organizations as platforms for religious, social, and leadership development rooted in Islamic values, particularly in fostering responsible, disciplined, and morally upright youth. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Interviews were conducted with the board of the Ash Shohibiy Mosque and the core IRMAS committee on May 16–17, 2025. Data analysis involved data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study reveal that the motivation of IRMAS Ash Shohibiy members is driven by spiritual awareness, a sense of togetherness, and an internal desire to contribute to mosque activities. The character of youth involved in IRMAS shows positive development in aspects of discipline, leadership, responsibility, politeness, and social concern. Supporting factors include the support of the mosque board (BKM), a conducive religious environment, and active peer participation. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors involve limited facilities, members' busy schedules, and a lack of leadership training. This study concludes that IRMAS plays a significant role in shaping Islamic character among youth through habituation, exemplary leadership, and experiential learning in religious and social activities.

Abstract

The study explores a new phenomenon in which digital agency workers express their emotions to ChatGPT, marking a shift in human–AI communication patterns. The purpose of this study is to understand how emotional interactions with AI are interpreted and experienced by users in the context of urban work. Using a phenomenological qualitative approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews with four informants who actively use ChatGPT in their professional and personal routines. The results show that ChatGPT is not only seen as a functional work tool, but also as an "emotional safe space", a "digital friend", and a medium for emotion regulation in the face of work pressure. The participants described an affective bond with ChatGPT, which is used as a place for reflection, self-validation, and emotional release. However, this proximity also gives rise to symptoms of emotional dependence as well as the blurring of the boundaries between human empathy and algorithmic responses. The study concludes that ChatGPT serves as a symbolic actor in the digital affection ecosystem—providing emotional support while posing new psychological risks. These findings highlight an important paradox: while AI can improve emotional well-being through expressive mediation, it also reconstructs the meaning of intimacy, empathy, and authenticity in human–technology relationships. The implications of this research extend to the fields of digital ethics, work psychology, and AI design, emphasizing the need to develop emotionally intelligent AI systems to support the well-being of users without creating over-dependence. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of emotional work in the era of artificial mentoring and the social-technological impact
