Kegiatan pelatihan peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia melalui market place pada produk kerajinan clay Bengkel Kreasi OR dilakukan agar dapat meningkatkan kapasitas sumber daya manusia Bengkel Kreasi OR. Hal ini penting dilakukan karena Bengkel Kreasi OR merupakan unit usaha yang terdampak dari adanya pandemi covid. Dampak tersebut mengakibatkan tidak diproduksikannya beberapa produk kerajinan clay dikarenakan metode pemasaran yang sudah dilakukan melalui metode konvensional yakni menitipkan beberapa produk ke toko cinderamata, serta melakukan pelatihan untuk anak-anak dalam bermain wood clay. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan yang dilakukan berfokus kepada peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia melalui manajemen jaringan berupa market place. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di Desa Sendangmulyo Kecamatan Minggir Kabupaten Sleman. Adapun, hasil kegiatan ini adalah pembuatan akun marketplace, pembuatan booklet, serta pembuatan poster kerajinan clay Bengkel Kreasi OR.

This study examines the success factors of organizational development in village governance. The targets of this research are government administration system innovation, community service system innovation, tourism economic innovation, education innovation in the Wukirsari Village Government, Sleman Regency. In understanding the innovation process, researchers use the theory of innovation implementation. The emphasis of the theory is individual factors, structural factors and cultural factors. This means that the innovation strategy of the development of the Wukirsari Village Government organization can be seen from how the individuals in the village government and the village community run well, so that it can affect the existing structure and culture. The results of the research are the implementation of electronic organizational development innovations can improve the skills of the village government and the community of Wukirsari Village. Meanwhile, several innovations in the public service program, namely government administration system innovation in the form of Population Administration Data System (Sidampak), community service system innovation in the form of the Lukadesi system, My Birthday and Sidanik, economic innovation and tourism in the form of owl conservation programs, Tyto Alba, innovation education in the form of smart school programs. Dusun Brajan terletak di wilayah sisi barat Kabupaten Sleman dan telah dikenal sebagai desa wisata kerajinan bambu. Hampir setiap rumah di Dusun Brajan memang memiliki tanaman bambu. Beberapa outlet souvenir dari kerajinan bambu juga bermunculan di dusun tersebut. Salah satunya yaitu Pring Gedhe yang didirikan oleh Bapak Supardi sejak 13 Maret 2010 silam. Berbagai hasil kerajinan bambu yang dihasilkan seperti tempat nasi, kap lampu, box serbaguna, dan pernak pernik lainnya. Namun, kapasitas produksi masih terbatas karena penggunaan peralatan yang masih sangat sederhana dan pengerjaannya pun manual sehingga membutuhkan waktu penyelesaian yang cukup lama. Pada masa pandemi Covid-19 ini pihaknya menuturkan jika mengalami kemacetan produksi, permintaan pasar pun menurun hingga pelatihan banyak yang dibatalkan. Atas dasar itu, maka diperlukan pelatihan manajemen jaringan usaha bagi UKM untuk memperluas akses pasar. Adapun diharapkan mampu membantu meningkatkan kualitas dan kapasitas sentra bambu Pring Gedhe dalam mendorong kerjasama berbagai pihak untuk membangun jaringan usaha yang semakin luas dengan produk yang berdaya saing sehingga pendapatan masyarakat bertambah. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan metode ceramah dan FGD dengan menerapkan protokol kesehatan Covid-19. Luaran dari kegiatan ini adalah membantu sentra bambu Pring Gedhe untuk dapat memiliki akses jaringan usaha dalam memasarkan hasil produk mereka.

Analysis of Sidampak Service Innovation as Glocalization of E-government In Wukirsari Village, Sleman Regency Hanantyo Sri Nugroho

The Population Data Utilization System (Sidampak) in Wukirsari Village, Sleman Regency is a population administration service program that has provided many benefits. The background lacks clear planning in developing services to the community and a low level of community participation in the administration of population documents which then becomes the basis for creating a population administration service system that can provide complete, accurate, fast, easy and integrated results. This then led to a commitment for the village government of Wukirsari in making public service innovations. This innovation is not only the value of fast, easy, inexpensive, but more on the value of services that can be adapted to the culture of the Wukirsari community. Related, this study found that there are public services that consist of the Population Data Utilization System (Sidampak) program in Wukirsari Village which can then change service policies to better suit the social conditions of the community. Meanwhile, the research method used by researchers is a qualitative descriptive research method

Bureaucratic capacity in controlling the public-private partnership scheme is inadequate, so that the scheme does not protect the public interest. This paper uses the perspective of institutional approach to the market based government to help explain menggejalanya unpreparedness of government bureaucracy when it should be involved in the scheme of privatization policy in the management of shared water resources. This perspective requires the organizers to run the country together with a logic state power market participants. It is important to note that, in her involvement in politics and the logic of the market running, simultaneously also ongoing political interaction. Therefore, bureaucracy as the parties involved in the privatization scheme is important to analyze the attitude, position and political struggles.

Joint movement for poverty and unemployment reduction through harmonization of the economy, education, ecosystems and community ethos, or abbreviated Gerbang Hebat of the Semarang City Government, which was pursued in Semarang City has achieved a significant poverty reduction effort of at least 1.5% per year in accordance with the RJMD target of Semarang City in 2016-2021. The Semarang City Government in implementing the Gerbang Hebat Program joins hands with all stakeholders, namely BUMN, BUMD, Banking, Business, Private Sector, State and Private Universities, NGOs and community organizations to jointly make efforts to improve community welfare. Based on this, this study analyzes the implementation of the Gerbang Hebat program by observing the phenomenon of the implementation of program policies, namely the driving and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the Gerbang Hebat program in an effort to create an intelligent community in the city of Semarang. The approach used is a descriptive qualitative method where data collection uses interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results of this study are the presentation of a valid, accurate, right on target, objective, and up to date database where name-based address and potential and area are still a challenge and monitoring and evaluation when the program is completed. In addition, community participation has an important role in realizing digital-based community governance. This is to ensure that activities are in accordance with the needs of the community, and ensure that these activities are sustainable activities and can lead the community towards independence.

Market restructuring in the form of bureaucratic entrepreneurship enables the government to achieve the results needed to solve the problem. However, such a dominant worldview proves unsuccessful in providing problem solving. On the one hand, the emergence of a new economic relations structure in the form of public-private partnerships should continue to contribute positively to the private sector in gaining advantage over the sustainability of cooperation, whereby market mechanisms become incentives that allow private parties to derive interest from their involvement. On the other hand, government-private cooperation results in the inability of the community to access the services provided. Therefore, there is a need for a breakthrough in a more innovative contracting system so that it can become a consensus on public-private partnerships related to water supply. This research is qualitative using desk-research method. The result of the research shows that the cooperation system which is more suitable with the condition of public-private cooperation in the provision of clean water in Indonesia is the contract wake system. In the wake contracting system the water utility right is an instrument in the licensing system used by the government to limit the volume of water obtained and used by the private sector. That is, the instrument becomes the press point of government control over the use of water rights by private parties. Therefore, there is no more ownership and control over the water resources.

The urban village Fund is channeled to the subdistrict and delegated to the urban village for the urban village's local infrastructure and community empowerment sector. The object of this research was carried out in the Cokrodiningratan urban village, Yogyakarta City using descriptive qualitative methods. The results of the research on the implementation of the policy on managing funds from Permendagri number 130 of 2018 in Cokrodiningratan Village in 2019 were generally good, in managing urban village funds the government of Cokrodinigratan and community institutions could provide public understanding to adjust to the budget ceiling following regulations, needs, and regional potential. In the community empowerment sector, the supporting and inhibiting factors are from the target group of policies and urban village funds which causes the outcomes of programs and policies to be not optimal.

Artikel ini mengkaji tentang paradigma pembangunan yang ber respektif gender pa a pemerintah daerah. Masalah ini menarik untuk diteliti karena terdapat bias ketidakadilan pada proses maupun hasil pembangunan, dimana menempatkan perempuan bukan sebagai sasaran dan aset pembangunan, melainkan sebagai beban pembangunan. Setidaknya penelitian ini menggunakan prespektif Women in Development (WID) dalam menganalisis di Pemerintah Daerah. Selanjutnya, metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Pada metode deskriptif kualitatif harus memperhatikan validasi data. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi data. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kebijakan Pemerintah Kabupaten Sleman dalam mewujudkan peran produktif bagi perempuan dalam pembangunan. Temuan hasil penelitian ini yaitu adanya kebijakan dan program yang berspektif gender di Pemerintah K bupaten Sleman seperti pembentukan daerah PUG, pembentukan Kabupaten Layak Anak (KLA) serta capaian apresiasi APE tingkat mentor.

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang tata kelola keuangan pemerintah desa. Permasalahan ini menjadi menarik untuk diteliti dikarenakan desa telah memiliki ruang yang lebih dari adanya kebijakan dana desa yang dianggarkan oleh pemerintah pusat. Setidaknya terdapat perspektif yang dapat digunakan untuk menganalisis permasalahan tersebut yakni penganggaran transformatif. Oleh karena itu, perspektif ini memunculkan konsekuensi pada penggunaan teori manajemen strategik. Lebih lanjut, metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Pada metode kualitatif deskriptif, faktor yang harus diperhatikan adalah validitas data dimana penelitian ini menggunakan model triangulasi data. Adapun, penelitian ini dilakukan pada beberapa desa di Kabupaten Sleman, yakni Pemerintah Desa Purwomartani dan Pemerintah Desa Selomartani.
