Abstract

This leadership is the art of influencing someone, either individually or in groups. According to Daniel Goleman, leadership styles are divided into 6: Commanding, Visionary, Affiliative, Democratic, Pacesetting, and Coaching. Basically, leadership can be formed and trained since school age. This is done so that when they are faced with a problem, they can easily find several alternative solutions to the problem In order to realize a young generation that has a leader's soul, community service activities are carried out at SMP Ma'arif Kota Batu. This socialization activity aims to introduce and increase knowledge about Goleman's 6 leadership styles. The method used in socialization is using the lecture method using power point media with material on 6 types of leadership according to Goleman. To measure the level of knowledge of students, a pre test was conducted before socialization and a post test was conducted after socialization. The result is an increase in knowledge of female students after socialization so that it is expected that students can recognize their own leadership style. As for the suggestions in this activity, namely the use of leadership material to direct female students in increasing their understanding and leadership skills in an organization.

Abstract

Shared vision is a concept of leadership in which a leader strives to build and share a clear vision with a team member or organization. This activity is carried out at Ma’arif Batu High School with the aim of raising the knowledge of students about shared vision, which can lead them to follow an organization or become its leader. The method used in this examination is the lecture method, which involves conducting a pre- and post-test session to measure the level of knowledge of the participants. The sampling of this dedication uses random sampling techniques in which student and student populations are taken randomly. The data analysis is carried out in the form of a frequency distribution table based on the characteristics of Ma’arif students as respondents and the results of the pre-test as well as the post-test. The success of this dedication can be seen from the increased values of the post-test, where the results are higher than pre-tests. With such results, it can be concluded that the educational activities on Shared Vision are successful. It is hoped that after implementing these educational activities, Ma’arif’s high school students will be able to implement a shared vision in their present and future organizations in order to have a successful and structured organization.

Abstract

A truly moral human means a quality human being who is involved in life, whether as a citizen, leader or being led. Because to become a complete human being, you must know yourself. In order to create a national generation that is superior and competitive and has the spirit of a good leader, the Community Health Science Service team has taken steps to carry out community service in the form of outreach regarding "SWOT Analysis" to students at Ma'arif Batu Middle School so that it is hoped that students will be able to know their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to himself The implementation method for the "Training Leadership and Critical Mind Through SWOT Analysis in 8th Grade Students at Ma’arif Middle School, Batu City " activity consists of three stages, there are pre-activity devotion, implementation of activity devotion, and post-activity devotion The pre-test and post-test questions consist of 5 questions with multiple choice options. The results of completing the pre-test and post-test for class 8D students at Ma'arif Batu Middle School about SWOT analysis. students'' knowledge increased 27.40% regarding SWOT analysis. This activity also provides benefits for them, namely to recognize internal strengths and weaknesses and understand the organization''s or individual''s external opportunities and threats, so that the organization or individual can anticipate changes in the future, according to their abilities and capacities to achieve their goals.

Abstract

In Indonesia, maternal and child health problems related to health culture are still very concerning. One community culture that can impact maternal and child health and is a difficult problem to solve is the many myths related to exclusive breastfeeding. The number of myths circulating is an obstacle to improving the quality of maternal and child health. Therefore, this study aims to determine the relationship of beliefs and socio-culture to exclusive breastfeeding in infants. The writing of the article uses the literature review method with the source of the article coming from the Google Scholar database. The articles obtained and in accordance with the criteria were 5 national articles which were then reviewed. The results showed that there was a relationship between beliefs and socio-culture towards exclusive breastfeeding in infants. There are several social and cultural factors that influence exclusive breastfeeding practices in Indonesia, including belief in myths, traditions, family support, education level, maternal knowledge, and employment status.
