Abstract

This research has a case study in one of the cafes in the city of Bandung, namely 150 Coffee and Garden. This cafe is a gathering place for people who also provides internet or wifi networks that can be accessed by all visitors. The internet network will be connected to the server so it is necessary to apply a filter to restrict visitor access. In addition, to maintain the stability of internet access requires a bandwidth management. To solve this problem, this research uses a firewall feature using Mikrotik RB941 as access security. The test results show that the system can run well. The system can provide different bandwidth for staff, employees and visitors. Also the application of a firewall can block sites that network administrators want.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyse the influence of human resource management variables, and commitment to organisational performance. This research is a quantitative study to test the research hypothesis. The study took SMK Muhammadiyah 6 Jakarta teachers as the research site, with the determination of the sample using saturated sampling technique so that 50 respondents were used. Data were collected through distributing questionnaires and data were analysed using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis found that: 1) there is a positive and significant influence between human resource management variables on organisational performance, with the amount of influence 52.4%, 2) there is a positive and significant influence between commitment variables on organisational performance, with the amount of influence 57.1%, 3) there is a positive and significant influence between human resource management variables, commitment, and organisational performance, with the amount of influence 63.9%

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh likuiditas, leverage, dan aktivitas terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan sektor makanan dan minuman (food & beverage) yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Profitabilitas, sebagai indikator krusial kesehatan keuangan dan kinerja perusahaan, seringkali dipengaruhi oleh berbagai rasio keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan perusahaan-perusahaan food & beverage terpilih selama periode waktu tertentu. Likuiditas, yang diukur dengan Current Ratio, menunjukkan kemampuan perusahaan untuk memenuhi kewajiban jangka pendek. Leverage, yang umumnya dinilai dengan Debt to Equity Ratio, mencerminkan sejauh mana perusahaan menggunakan pembiayaan utang. Aktivitas, seringkali diwakili oleh Total Asset Turnover, mengukur seberapa efisien perusahaan memanfaatkan asetnya untuk menghasilkan penjualan. Profitabilitas terutama diukur dengan Return on Assets (ROA) atau Return on Equity (ROE). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, kemungkinan melibatkan analisis regresi data panel, untuk menentukan signifikansi statistik dan arah hubungan antara variabel-variabel ini. Temuan penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi investor, kreditor, dan manajemen perusahaan mengenai penentu keuangan utama profitabilitas dalam sektor makanan dan minuman di Indonesia, membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan dan perencanaan strategis yang lebih baik.

Abstract

TikTok is an application that is downloaded by many people nowadays, it is because the government policy pushes us to stay at home during this pandemic COVID-19. There are many content creators who made up their creative ideas on TikTok and also the netizens who watch them are entertained. Certainly, TikTok cannot be separated by a thing that is called hashtag. By using hashtag(s), the similar contents can be classified easily. Even the content can be added to FYP (For Your Page). If it is added to FYP, the content can go viral instantly. Of course, there are many pros and cons on the viral content. Sentiment analysist is a study of public judgement and opinion. This study uses Machine Learning method. It is a supervised learning on sentiment analysist of a video that is currently going viral, which is on that video there are positive, negative, and neutral opinion.
