Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi Cahaya dan Sifatnya dalam mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS). Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT) berbantuan Bamboozle terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik. Penelitian menggunakan metode pre-experimental design dengan bentuk one group pretest-posttest design. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas 20 peserta didik. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes hasil belajar yang diberikan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji Shapiro-Wilk untuk normalitas, uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test untuk hipotesis, serta uji N-Gain untuk mengukur efektivitas peningkatan hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata nilai pretest sebesar 47,50 meningkat menjadi 78,00 pada posttest. Uji Wilcoxon menghasilkan nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,000 < 0,05, menandakan adanya perbedaan signifikan antara hasil pretest dan posttest. Nilai rata-rata N-Gain sebesar 0,5696 atau 56,96% termasuk kategori sedang, yang berarti penerapan model TGT berbantuan Bamboozle cukup efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik. Model ini juga terbukti mampu menciptakan suasana belajar yang aktif, kompetitif, dan menyenangkan, sehingga berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran IPAS.

Abstract

Indonesia's economy developed better than the previous year and remained stable due to people's economic activity. With the development of the economy and community activities, there are more and more possibilities of risks that arise and threaten humans. From this, the insurance industry has also begun to become one of the supporting pillars in economic growth as one of the insurance solutions for goods, loans, and even their lives. So it requires every person who wants to do insurance to understand and know the performance of insurance companies as an option in investing to avoid losses. This study aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the performance of life insurance companies of sharia business units through their finances during the 2019-2023 period. The method used is financial ratio analysis with the Early Warning System (EWS) method which includes solvency ratios, profitability, liquidity, premium stability, and technical liabilities. The data used comes from the company's publicly available annual financial statements. The results of the analysis show that life insurance companies of sharia business units in Indonesia generally show poor corporate performance in the research period. Some ratios show negative trend results, which can be detrimental to the people who invest.This research provides valuable insights for stakeholders in the Islamic life insurance industry in understanding the factors that affect the company's financial performance. The implications of these findings can be used as a foundation for strategic decision-making, product development, and increased oversight of risk management

Abstract

Digital financial technology in Indonesia is now growing, one of which is through the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS). The ease of transactions leads to the emergence of opportunities for some organizations to maximize their benefits, one of which is philanthropic institutions. As an institution that collects funds from the community in the form of infaq so that the use of QRIS is expected to streamline the performance of the institution. Supported by the demographics of Indonesia as a country with the largest Muslim majority in the world so that the use of QRIS as a method of collecting infaq funds has great potential. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using QRIS on the interest of the people of Banjarmasin city in giving at the mosque. The research was conducted with a descriptive approach quantitative method with primary data sources from distributing questionnaires to the people of Banjarmasin city. This research was conducted to see the use of QRIS through indicators of benefits, convenience and risk of use against public interest in giving using indicators of internal motivation, social motives and emotional factors. The test results show that the use of QRIS has an effect in fostering public interest so that it has an impact on increasing infaq receipts at the Mosque.
