Abstract

This study aimed to determine the application of internal control in bai’ taqsith financing at Arrahmah Sharia Consumer Cooperative using COSO standards. This research was conducted using qualitative approach. Primary data was gathered by conducting interview, while secondary data was obtained by documenting some written information. The results showed that the internal control system implemented by the Arrahmah Sharia Consumer Cooperative was quite good and in accordance with the components of internal control according to COSO. The internal control environment is created through integrity and ethical values for all employees and management. There are organizational structure, policies related to human resources and financing risk mitigation. Control activities take place quite well. Information, communication, and monitoring have also been implemented by this cooperative. However, there are still some weaknesses, namely the existence of duplicate functions in the marketing and financing analysis sections, the absence of an integrated financing information system, and the potential for fraud

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh tipografi dan tata letak terhadap kejelasan informasi dalam media cetak, seperti brosur dan majalah. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari fenomena seringnya desain media cetak yang kurang efektif dalam menyampaikan pesan kepada audiens karena pemilihan tipografi dan tata letak yang kurang tepat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian studi pustaka (library research), dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari sampel media cetak yang mencakup berbagai kategori, seperti surat kabar, majalah, dan brosur. Sampel dipilih secara purposif untuk memastikan keberagaman dalam penggunaan tipografi dan tata letak. Hasil penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa tipografi dan tata letak adalah dua elemen yang saling bergantung dalam mempengaruhi kejelasan informasi dalam media cetak. Secara keseluruhan, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk mencapai desain media cetak yang efektif dan komunikatif, kedua elemen tipografi dan tata letak harus dipertimbangkan dengan hati-hati. Penataan elemen-elemen ini dalam kombinasi yang tepat dapat memperjelas informasi yang disampaikan dan meningkatkan pengalaman pembaca.

Abstract

Waste management is a significant challenge in Tanjung Serayan Village, Mesuji Regency, due to the community's habit of littering and lack of awareness about waste sorting. Despite efforts from the village government, including forming a Working Group (POKJA) and collaborating with UIN Raden Intan Lampung students, waste sorting remains a key issue. This research examines the effectiveness of waste management in the village, focusing on POKJA's challenges and potential solutions, such as the Sipitung program. The study uses observations, interviews, and participation in waste management activities to assess program success and identify obstacles. The lack of public awareness increases POKJA's workload and costs. The Sipitung innovation offers a potential solution by simplifying sorting and involving community participation. To improve waste management, increased education and awareness campaigns are necessary to encourage sustainable behavior.)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the meaning of KI Hajar Dewantara's three educational mottos, to understand how students as prospective teachers implement these mottos, and to measure teacher professionalism through these mottos. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with interviews as the data collection technique. The subjects in this study are Indonesian Language and Literature Education students as prospective teachers, selected through simple random sampling. The results of this study answer the researcher's curiosity, namely that these educational mottos are more than just slogans; they serve as concrete guidelines in building teacher professionalism, particularly in terms of personality. A teacher who can serve as a role model, motivator, and supporter for students will create a learning environment that is not only knowledge-oriented but also focused on character development. Therefore, it is important for prospective educators to familiarize themselves with these principles from an early stage, so that they can later deliver humanistic, inspiring education and produce a generation that is intelligent, competitive, and of noble character.
