Abstract

Scallops are one of the marine products that are usually caught by fishermen.Shellfish generally contain protein, minerals, vitamins, and omega 3 fatty acids. This highnutritional content makes shellfish processed into various types of food. Banjar KemuningVillage is one of the areas where the people work as fishermen where shellfish are acommon catch. The catch is sold to middlemen or to the people of Banjar KemuningVillage. In addition, the catch of shellfish is also managed to become a favorite culinaryform of shellfish satay by the community. Variations in the processing of shellfish are madeto add to the treasures of culinary diversity that is produced as a special food of BanjarKemuning Village. Scallops are used as additional ingredients for pentol and tempura toadd nutritional value and attractiveness. In addition, this food can add opportunities toimprove the community's economy.

Abstract

Financial management requires a wise attitude in choosing which needs must bemet first and which needs can be delayed. In Indonesia, family financial management is theresponsibility of a mother. Therefore, the target of the community service being carried outis PKK mothers, namely PKK mothers in Ngaban Village. The purpose of this communityservice is to provide insight into the importance and ways of good (simple) family financialmanagement so that it can meet family needs in the present and the future. Face-to-facemeetings using the lecture method are followed by demonstrations of making simplefinancial reports. Abstract

The Technical Audit is carried out to find out all the conditions andfunctions of the raw water sources in the BBWS Brantas Work Area from theTechnical Audit activities to have output reports that can be used by decision-makers to determine which ponds to maintain, including from a technical and costperspective. The legal basis used to follow up on these activities is contained in LawNo. 11 of 1974 concerning Irrigation as stated in the general explanation and Article12 regarding maintenance, besides that it is also contained in GovernmentRegulation No. 37 of 2010 concerning dams. So that BBWS Brantas as an extensionof the Central Government needs to carry out Technical Audit activities and thepreparation of AKNOP for Reservoirs in the Blitar, Tulungagung, and MalangRegions. The aims and objectives of carrying out the Technical Audit and thepreparation of the AKNOP of the Madura area dams are the availability of raw waterinventory data for the Blitar, Tulungagung, and Malang areas in the BBWS Brantaswork area, the availability of technical data, conditions and functions of thereservoirs for the Blitar, Tulungagung and Malang areas so that it can become atechnical reference in planning Operations and Maintenance in the future.Technically, the damage that generally occurs to raw water facilities andinfrastructure that is built is caused by a lack of maintenance carried out by thecaretaker of the raw water location.

Abstract

Sidoarjo has become one of the districts with the largest number of SMEs and milkfish processing SMEs being one of the superior in Sidoarjo District. However, the increasing number of milkfish processing industries even from outside Sidoarjo District has caused this industry has to be able to compete with various similar businesses from various regions. Therefore, a strategy is needed to improve SMEs competitiveness of processed milkfish. According to these problems, the design of increasing the competitiveness was carried out with the method of Quality Function Deployment (QFD). The QFD method was used because this method could be used to plan and develop products in a structured manner and allowed the development team to clearly define customer needs and expectations, and evaluate the ability of a product or service systematically to meet those needs and expectations. Customer needs and expectations based on the House of Quality matrix consisted of 4 indicators including products, prices, packaging, and marketing. While the criteria used were 14 criterias. Development priorities based on House of Quality were marketing, packaging design, quality of additional materials, quality of raw materials, content of additional materials, production equipment, and the use of packaging materials. Abstract

The global economic crisis led many companies especially manufacturing companies be through financial distress. Financial distress is a situation where firms in difficulty conditions before be through bankruptcy. Predictions on the financial conditionimportant by manager, auditors, and investors to make policy decisions. The more accurate the predictions were done, the risk are guaranteed getting smaller either by companies or investors. Therefore, this study aimed to design a prediction model offinancial distress companies listed on the stock exchange Indonesia. This study uses the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method. DEA method used to measure the efficiency of the company. The company that inefficient indicate that the company isthreatened with bankruptcy. Ratios of the company’s financial statements are used as data to be processed using the DEA method. Keywords: Financial distress, Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), Efficiency.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dalam menunjang perekonomian nasional. Keberhasilan suatu bisnis sangat dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan pelaku usaha dalam mengelolanya. Manajemen yang baik akan mempermudah produk atau layanan yang ditawarkan untuk diterima oleh pasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan Business Model Canvas (BMC) dan analisis SWOT dalam pengolahan datanya. Data diperoleh melalui teknik wawancara, observasi langsung, serta dokumentasi. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah menilai model bisnis UMKM di sektor jahit rumahan menggunakan kerangka BMC dan SWOT, sehingga dapat dirumuskan saran-saran perbaikan pada sembilan komponen utama model bisnis tersebut. Hasil analisis SWOT menunjukkan bahwa UMKM ini berada di kuadran 1 (strategi progresif), yang mengindikasikan bahwa perusahaan memiliki kekuatan serta peluang besar yang menguntungkan. Dalam situasi ini, strategi yang disarankan adalah strategi pertumbuhan agresif atau yang dikenal dengan istilah growth-oriented strategy. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a significant role in supporting the national economy. The success of a business is heavily influenced by the ability of its actors to manage it effectively. Good management facilitates the acceptance of products or services in the market. This study employs a descriptive method using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach and SWOT analysis for data processing. Data were collected through interviews, direct observation, and documentation. The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the business model of an MSME in the home sewing sector using the BMC and SWOT frameworks, to formulate improvement suggestions for the nine key components of the business model. The results of the SWOT analysis indicate that this MSME is positioned in Quadrant 1 (progressive strategy), suggesting that the business has substantial strengths and promising opportunities. In this context, the recommended strategy is an aggressive growth approach, commonly referred to as a growth-oriented strategy.

Abstract

Ready to serve food is food that has been cooked and stored, either using preservatives or by various storage methods. The object of this research is a producer of catfish frozen food in Sidoarjo. The limited yield of catfish from this business is due to the inadequate capacity of the pond and it only produces 2,000 catfish per harvest period. This organic catfish business still has not implemented a structured supply chain system; performance measurement has been focused on each business owner. The aim of this research was to measure the supply chain of organic catfish using the SCOR approach. It can be concluded that by selecting Supplier A will resolve the problem. Based on the 19 performance indicators, there were three marked red indicators in the Traffic Light System that were needed to be improved.

Abstract

A product defect is a product failure that does not meet the quality and standards that have been determined from a product. Product defects occur because of a problem in the production process. With a product defect in the coffee packing production process at PT. XYZ, one of which is unstable weight and the exp date is not printed, so the researcher analyzes the problem with one of the six sigma methods, namely using the FTA and FMEA methods. Failure Tree Analysis (FTA) is a graphical model containing the various parallels and various sample errors that lead to the occurrence of an undesired event. Meanwhile, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) is a structured procedure to identify and prevent possible failure modes. In this study, four types of defects occur in the packaging process including folded packaging, top leaking packaging, bottom leaking packaging, blurry exp date.

Abstract

Tawes fish is a freshwater fish that has a slightly flattened body shape, a relatively high body, and a short head. Tawes fish or java carp is a fish that is high in animal protein. Tawes has a high enough nutritional content for every 100 g of ingredients such as air (66 g), calories (198 cal), protein (19 g), fat (13 g), and contains calcium, phosphorus, iron, vitamin A and B1 which the human body needs. PT. XYZ is a company that participates in activities in the procurement of goods/services by ministries, institutions or regional apparatus. Suppliers are one of the business partners who play a very important role in ensuring the availability of goods needed by every company when shipping requires a support system, so it uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and the SCOR method to measure supplier performance. There are 20 key performance indicators (KPI) in this study. Of the 20 KPIs, there are 6 KPIs that get performance in the red category in the traffic light system. These six performances need to be a priority for improvement to improve supply chain performance.
