Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi jual beli mobil bekas berbasis website pada PT. Oto Multiartha yang selama ini masih menerapkan sistem pencatatan manual dalam pengelolaan data kendaraan, pelanggan, dan transaksi penjualan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara, ditemukan berbagai permasalahan, antara lain data yang mudah tercecer, kesulitan dalam pencarian informasi, keterbatasan promosi, serta proses penyusunan laporan penjualan yang tidak efisien dan tidak bersifat real-time. Kondisi tersebut berdampak pada rendahnya efektivitas operasional dan meningkatnya risiko kesalahan administrasi. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini mengusulkan perancangan sistem informasi berbasis website dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan Waterfall. Metode ini dipilih karena memiliki tahapan yang sistematis dan terstruktur, sehingga sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengembangan sistem yang telah terdefinisi dengan jelas. Tahapan penelitian meliputi observasi, wawancara, pengumpulan data, analisis kebutuhan sistem, serta perancangan sistem menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML), yang terdiri dari use case diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram, dan class diagram. Hasil perancangan menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang diusulkan mampu mengintegrasikan data kendaraan, data pelanggan, transaksi, serta laporan penjualan dalam satu basis data terpusat, sekaligus menyediakan fitur promosi digital melalui etalase mobil yang dapat diakses oleh pelanggan. Dengan adanya sistem informasi ini, diharapkan PT. Oto Multiartha dapat meningkatkan efisiensi kerja, akurasi pencatatan data, kualitas pelayanan kepada pelanggan, serta daya saing perusahaan dalam bisnis jual beli mobil bekas

Abstract

The high crime rate in Riau Province poses a serious threat to social stability and public safety, requiring accurate prediction strategies to support crime prevention efforts. Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), Riau ranked seventh among the provinces with the highest crime rates in Indonesia in 2022, indicating that conventional prevention efforts remain insufficient. However, studies applying statistical data-based prediction models to crime in Riau are still limited, creating a gap in data-driven decision making. This study aims to develop a crime rate prediction model in Riau Province using the Multiple Linear Regression (MLR) method with BPS crime data from 2019–2023. The independent variables include six types of crime: corruption, drug dealers, drug users, terrorism, illegal logging, and human trafficking, while the dependent variable is the total number of crimes per district or city. The research process involved data collection, understanding, preprocessing, application of linear regression algorithms, model training and testing, and evaluation using Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) and Root Mean Square Error (RMSE). The results show that Pekanbaru City recorded the highest number of cases, mostly related to drug crimes. The model predicts an increase in Pekanbaru’s cases from 3,331 in 2024 to 5,852 in 2027, while Dumai City is projected to decline from 543 to 397 cases. The model demonstrates high accuracy in most areas, particularly in Kampar (MAPE 0.28%), Siak (0.52%), and Rokan Hilir (0.94%), though less accurate in the Meranti Islands (565.99%) due to data instability. These findings prove that the Multiple Linear Regression method effectively predicts crime trends and can serve as a quantitative decision-making tool for law enforcement and local governments. Further research should include socioeconomic factors such as poverty and unemployment, and compare results with alternative forecasting methods like ARIMA and Exponential Smoothing to enhance prediction accuracy.

Abstract

In the growing digital era, website security is a critical aspect that must be considered. Vulnerabilities such as Cross-Site Scripting (XSS), Clickjacking, and Man-in-the-Middle can pose serious risks to data integrity and security. Therefore, effective tools are needed to identify and evaluate such vulnerabilities to prevent costly exploitation. This research aims to analyze security vulnerabilities on the website using OWASP ZAP (Zed Attack Proxy) as a penetration testing tool, and provide mitigation recommendations to improve system security. The method used is penetration testing by utilizing OWASP ZAP to identify security vulnerabilities on the website. The research stages include testing, analyzing the results, and preparing mitigation recommendations based on the findings of vulnerabilities such as A01, A03, and A04. The results showed that OWASP ZAP successfully identified various vulnerabilities, including XSS, Clickjacking, and Man-in-the-Middle. Recommended mitigation measures include configuring security headers and protecting sensitive data to prevent exploitation. OWASP ZAP proved to be effective in detecting and evaluating security vulnerabilities on websites. In addition, the tool also raises awareness of the importance of strong security policies. With the implementation of mitigation recommendations, website owners can better protect sensitive data, maintain user trust, and stay safe in an increasingly complex digital environment.

Abstract

PT Nusantara Aluminium merupakan perusahaan distribusi bahan konstruksi aluminium yang berlokasi di Pekanbaru dan melayani berbagai segmen pelanggan dari sektor ritel hingga proyek menengah. Dalam operasionalnya, perusahaan masih mengandalkan sistem manual untuk pencatatan persediaan, transaksi penjualan, pemesanan produk, dan pengelolaan data pelanggan yang menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sistem informasi pemesanan berbasis web guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pengelolaan bisnis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Rapid Application Development (RAD) yang mengutamakan kecepatan dalam proses pembuatan dan memungkinkan umpan balik langsung dari pengguna. Desain sistem dirancang menggunakan pendekatan Unified Modeling Language (UML) untuk mempermudah pengembangan dan pemahaman alur kerja sistem. Diagram UML yang digunakan meliputi use case diagram untuk menggambarkan interaksi antara aktor sistem, activity diagram untuk menjelaskan alur proses bisnis, sequence diagram untuk menunjukkan urutan interaksi antar objek, dan class diagram untuk merepresentasikan struktur data dan relasi antar entitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi yang dikembangkan mampu mengotomatisasi proses bisnis dan meningkatkan kinerja operasional perusahaan secara menyeluruh. Sistem ini berhasil mengatasi permasalahan keterlambatan dalam pengecekan persediaan, kesalahan pencatatan barang masuk dan keluar, serta ketidakefisienan dalam pengelolaan data pelanggan. Implementasi sistem informasi berbasis web ini memberikan solusi komprehensif untuk modernisasi proses bisnis di PT Nusantara Aluminium dan memperbaiki kualitas layanan kepada pelanggan.

Abstract

Automatic vehicle license plate detection is a crucial component in traffic monitoring and law enforcement. One of the primary challenges in Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) systems is the presence of impulsive noise, such as salt-and-pepper noise, which can disrupt the accuracy of character detection. This study serves as a baseline for ANPR research. The objective of this study is to optimize license plate detection by applying the Median Filtering method, while simultaneously comparing its performance on white and black license plates. Evaluation was conducted using 100 samples of Indonesian vehicle license plates, consisting of 50 white plates and 50 black plates, under consistent lighting conditions and angles. The testing results indicate that for white plates, the Mean Squared Error (MSE) ranged from 0.000018 to 0.000564, with an average Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR) of 38.38 dB and an average processing time of 1.105 seconds. For black plates, the MSE ranged from 0.000028 to 0.000592, with an average PSNR of 37.82 dB and an average processing time of 1.150 seconds. Comparative analysis shows that white plates produced slightly higher image quality than black plates, although both types of plates were processed efficiently. Overall, the Median Filtering method proved effective in reducing impulsive noise, preserving the sharpness of license plate characters, and maintaining processing speed. These findings demonstrate that Median Filtering is a reliable method for enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of ANPR systems under various license plate colors and lighting conditions.
