Abstract

Salibu merupakan teknologi inovatif budidaya padi sawah dengan memanfaatkan batang bawah sisa panen, sebagai penghasil anakan yang dipelihara untuk menggantikan bibit pada sistim tanam pindah, sehingga dalam satu kali tanam petani bisa panen beberapa kali. Tujuan pengkajian ini adalah mengetahui kinerja dan sifat inovasi teknologi salibu yang diterapkan petani di lahan sawah irigasi. Pengkajian telah dilaksanakan di UPTD Perbanyak Benih Cihea, Kabupaten Cianjur, Jawa Barat pada bulan Januari s.d. Desember tahun 2017. Pengkajian menggunakan metode percobaan lapangan, dilaksanakan pada lahan petani dengan memanfaatkan tanaman padi yang sudah ada. Luas lahan yang digunakan sekitar 0,5 ha dan luas petakan disesuaikan dengan kondisi di lapangan. Data teknis kinerja teknologi yang dikumpulkan terdiri atas: komponen pertumbuhan, komponen hasil, dan hasil serta gangguan hama/penyakit. Untuk mengetahui sifat inovasi dilakukan melalui metode survei dengan memilih 15 responden secara acak. Kelayakan ekonomi dianalisis finansial (R/C, B/C, dan BEP), sedangkan sifat inovasi dianalisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sifat inovasi teknologi Salibu cukup efektif untuk dikembangkan, sehingga petani berpeluang untuk mengadopsi teknologi tersebut. Jika teknologi Salibu dikembangkan pada skala yang lebih luas maka Indeks Pertanaman (IP) akan meningkat sehingga indeks panen juga meningkat dan akan meningkatkan produksi beras untuk mendukung ketahanan pangan di Jawa Barat.

Abstract

Islamic education has a crucial role in building students' character and morals based on Qur'anic values. However, social changes and technological developments require the Islamic education curriculum to continue to adapt. This research aims to analyze the implementation of a sustainable Islamic education curriculum with a thematic interpretation approach to educational verses in the Qur'an. The method used is a literature review, focusing on the curriculum content component in the Qur'an. This curriculum includes the concept of teaching and learning, faith education (aqidah), Islam (shari’a), and ihsan (morals). The concept of teaching and learning is explained in Q.S. Al-'Alaq verses 1-5, which emphasizes the importance of knowledge. Faith education is found in Q.S. Al-Baqarah verse 133, which teaches tawhid. Islamic education is explained in Q.S. An-Nuur verses 56-57, which contains orders for prayer, zakat, and obedience to the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Meanwhile, moral education is found in Q.S. Al-Isra verses 23-24, which emphasizes doing good to parents. This Qur'an-based curriculum is expected to form a relevant and sustainable Islamic education. The results of the research show that the thematic interpretation-based curriculum can integrate intellectual, spiritual, moral, and social aspects in a balanced manner and is relevant to the challenges of the times. The implementation of this curriculum is expected to create Islamic education that not only teaches science but also instills character and moral values that are important in everyday life.

Abstract

Introduction to the Problem: Education plays a crucial role in enhancing human resource quality, in line with the national education goals aimed at advancing the nation's intellectual life. One organization that has made significant contributions to education in Indonesia is Muhammadiyah, through its active social enterprises in various educational activities. Purpose: This study aims to enhance the effectiveness of roleplaying as a learning model to improve students' understanding of Muhammadiyah's social enterprises in Grade XII at Muhammadiyah High School Bumiayu. Design/Methods/Approach: The research employs a qualitative approach, with data collected through observations, tests, and interviews. Findings: The study results indicate that role-playing is effective in helping students understand the material about Muhammadiyah's social enterprises. Students not only gain theoretical knowledge but also experience firsthand the values inherent in Muhammadiyah's work, such as hard work and sincerity. Despite challenges in implementation, such as doubts in playing characters, the method overall succeeded in increasing students' understanding and involvement in social activities. Research Implications/Limitations: Despite the challenges in its implementation, such as doubts in playing characters. Originality/Value: This research recommends using simpler materials to improve the effectiveness of learning in the future.

Abstract

Usia lanjut sering kali dipandang sebagai masa istirahat dan keterbatasan, tetapi fenomena di Pesantren Lansia Khusnul Khotimah Aisyiyah Kabupaten Tegal membuktikan sebaliknya. Di tengah usia senja, para lansia di pesantren ini menunjukkan semangat luar biasa untuk belajar agama Islam. Dengan penuh antusias, mereka mengikuti berbagai kegiatan pembelajaran yang tidak hanya memperdalam pemahaman agama, tetapi juga memberikan ketenangan batin dan persiapan spiritual menuju akhir kehidupan yang khusnul khotimah. Pesantren lansia ini menjadi jawaban atas berbagai tantangan yang dihadapi lansia, seperti perasaan kesepian, kecemasan, dan ketakutan akan kematian. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, penelitian ini menggali bagaimana pendidikan agama Islam di pesantren ini mampu menjadi solusi transformatif. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, yang kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pesantren lansia bukan hanya tempat belajar, tetapi juga ruang silaturahmi, aktualisasi diri, dan pencarian ketenangan jiwa. Pendidikan agama Islam di sini membantu lansia menghadapi transisi kehidupan dengan damai dan membangun harapan untuk mengakhiri perjalanan hidup dalam ridha Allah SWT. Pesantren Lansia Khusnul Khotimah Aisyiyah menjadi bukti nyata bahwa belajar dan bertumbuh tidak mengenal batas usia.

Abstract

Orphanages play an important role as a substitute for families in providing guidance and nurturing for children who have lost their parents. In this context, caregivers are required to instill religious values as the foundation for shaping the character of the children in their care. This study aims to describe the efforts of caregivers in improving the religious character of children in orphanages. The study uses a qualitative approach with an ethnographic type. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation to obtain in-depth data. The results show that caregivers emphasize three main values in shaping children's religious character, namely: (1) strengthening the individual's relationship with God through habitual worship, (2) building harmonious relationships with others through mutual respect and care, and (3) fostering awareness of caring for the universe through responsibility and environmental awareness. The conclusion of this study confirms that the role of caregivers is not limited to being a substitute for parents, but also as agents of comprehensive religious character building for children in orphanages. Abstrak Panti asuhan memiliki peran penting sebagai pengganti keluarga dalam memberikan bimbingan dan pembinaan bagi anak yang kehilangan orang tua. Dalam konteks tersebut, pengasuh dituntut untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai religius sebagai fondasi pembentukan karakter anak asuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan upaya pengasuh dalam meningkatkan karakter religius anak di panti asuhan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis etnografi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi untuk memperoleh data secara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengasuh menekankan tiga nilai utama dalam pembinaan karakter religius anak, yaitu: (1) memperkuat hubungan individu dengan Tuhan melalui pembiasaan ibadah, (2) membangun hubungan harmonis dengan sesama melalui sikap saling menghargai dan peduli, serta (3) menumbuhkan kesadaran menjaga alam semesta melalui sikap tanggung jawab dan kepedulian lingkungan. Simpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa peran pengasuh tidak hanya sebatas pengganti orang tua, melainkan juga agen pembentukan karakter religius yang komprehensif bagi anak asuh di panti asuhan.

Abstract

The quality of education is largely determined by the level of active participation of students in the learning process. Unfortunately, many conventional teaching methods still rely on one-way delivery of material, which makes students less interested and have difficulty understanding the material thoroughly. To answer this challenge, Augmented Reality (AR) technology comes as an innovation that can create a more lively and interactive learning atmosphere. AR presents learning content in the form of three-dimensional visuals that can be seen and explored directly by students, so that learning becomes more fun, immersive, and easy to understand. This research examines how the use of AR can increase student engagement in the digital era through a qualitative approach by reviewing various studies and scientific literature. The results show that AR can increase learning motivation, concept understanding, and cooperation skills. AR is also flexible in adjusting students' diverse learning styles and supporting inclusive learning. However, AR implementation faces obstacles such as limited devices, infrastructure, and teacher readiness. Therefore, integrative strategies and support from various parties are needed so that the implementation of AR can run effectively and become a sustainable educational transformation tool.
