Abstract

Inventory turnover ratio has an important role for companies. Inventory turnover ratio is used to assess the efficiency of companies that can sell and replace inventory at a period. Inventory turnover ratio is needed to improve operational efficiency and corporate profitability. A high inventory turnover ratio indicates that the company is selling supplies quickly and inventory management is doing well. Meanwhile, if the inventory turnover ratio is low, it shows that the supply is not sold quickly, resulting in inventory buildup and high storage costs. This certainly affects the company's sales and profits. This study analyzed the effect of inventory turnover and sales on net profit in PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk from 2019 to 2023. The purpose of research on inventory turnover and sales analysis on net profit at PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk is to find out the effect of inventory turnover and sales on the company's net profit. This study analyzed the company's sales and profitability. This analysis study used a quantitative method by approaching financial ratios in the form of activity ratios. The data analyzed is the Annual Financial Report of PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk covering the Profit and Loss Report and the Financial Position Report from 2019 to 2023. The results of research on inventory turnover and sales analysis on net profit at PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk show that inventory turnover regarding the company's inventory management has an effect on sales. And the turnover of inventory against profit also affects the company's net profit. The increase in inventory turnover and the turnover of inventory to profit is in line with the increase in sales and net profit of the company. On the other hand, if the inventory turnover and inventory turnover against profit decrease, the company's sales and net profit also decrease.

Abstract

Katalog produk bukan saja bermanfaat bagi konsumen, tetapi juga sangat berguna bagi customer service (CS) dalam melayani konsumen dengan cepat. Ciri khas konsumen sekarang adalah ingin cepat dan akurat. Untuk itu diperlukan katalog produk yang lebih lengkap dan detail dibandingkan dengan katalog yang diberikan ke konsumen. PKM yang dilakukan ini menjembatani kebutuhan tersebut, dengan membuatkan katalog khusus untuk CS. Ada beberapa tahap yang dilakukan dalam membuatnya, seperti: mencari informasi produk, menyusun informasi produk, mendiskusikan draft katalog produk pada pihak karyawan, melakukan evaluasi dan revisi katalog serta fiksasi katalog. Sebelum katalog digunakan dilakukan uji coba. Hasilnya katalog yang dibuat lebih informatif dan mampu mempermudah karyawan CS dalam memberikan layanan pada konsumen.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of micro-influencers on consumer visit intentions to fine dining restaurants. Micro-influencers, with followers ranging from 500 to 5.000, are considered more authentic and trusted compared to larger influencers. The research uses a quantitative method with purposive sampling on 271 respondents who have viewed micro-influencer content related to fine dining restaurants. Data was collected through a 5-point Likert questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS and PLS-SEM. The results are expected to explain the impact of hedonic and utilitarian values of micro-influencers on consumer visit interest. These findings provide practical contributions for restaurant operators in formulating effective digital promotion strategies. The implications of this research are divided into three parts: theoretically, it strengthens digital marketing studies by showing that the hedonic aspect is more dominant than functional benefits in fine dining; practically, restaurants need to choose micro-influencers with high engagement that align with their brand image to emphasize emotional experiences; and from a policy perspective, this research could serve as input for regulators in formulating endorsement ethics by micro-influencers. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana orang tua yang tinggal di Panti Wredha Harapan Ibu memaknai stereotip yang ada di masyarakat dan bagaimana stereotip tersebut memengaruhi persepsi mereka tentang diri mereka sendiri. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur terhadap empat orang tua yang dipilih secara purposive, dan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orang tua memahami berbagai stereotip, baik positif maupun negatif. Stereotip positif, seperti kebijaksanaan dan tanggung jawab, diinternalisasi sejak kecil dan meningkatkan konsep diri. Stereotip negatif, seperti ketidak produktifan dan kelemahan fisik, diakui, tetapi sebagian orang tua menormalisasinya sebagai bagian dari proses penuaan untuk menghindari tekanan psikologis. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa, dalam hal konsep diri, orang tua menunjukkan kesadaran atas perubahan fisik dan sosial, tetapi mereka tetap mempertahankan nilai-nilai positif dalam hal moral, sosial, fisik, dan psikis. Penemuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman hidup dan dukungan sosial sangat penting untuk membangun dan mempertahankan konsep diri positif pada orang tua, dan bahwa pendekatan yang lebih inklusif harus digunakan untuk melihat usia lanjut.

Abstract

Every company has an absolute right to be able to achieve the target or mission that has been set, one of which is to increase productivity by optimizing the motivation of human resources in the company concerned. A foundation for the company's success is directed and effective human resources, thus creating an increase in work motivation. Motivation is the encouragement of individuals or groups to carry out a job that has a certain mission. Productivity is the desire of individuals or groups to improve the quality of activities in all fields. This study aims to see the effect of motivation on the work productivity of employees of PT Asuransi Takaful Umum. The study population is the employees of PT Asuransi Takaful Umum. The total study sample is 30 respondents. Data collection uses questionnaires, interviews, and literature studies. This study uses quantitative descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study stated that partially the variable of motivation had a significant positive effect on the work productivity of employees of PT Asuransi Takaful Umum. Moreover, simple linear regression states that the motivational variable has a positive effect on the work productivity of employees of PT Asuransi Takaful Umum.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of authentic leadership and work engagement on employee performance using the intervention variable PT Tritama Jaya Wisata. The research method used was quantitative, using saturated samples taken from 45 respondents from all company employees. Analysis was carried out using structural equation models and Partial Least Squares (PLS) software. The research results show that leadership and work involvement have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with an indirect influence on the competency variable.
