Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi lima besar negara asing pengunjung jurnal online Indonesia fokus pendidikan bahasa dan sastra Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei terhadap visitor jurnal online per peringkat. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama 12 jam pada satu rentang waktu pada 29 Juni 2024 khusus untuk aktivitas pengumpulan data. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 7 jurnal online bahasa dan sastra Indonesia. Jurnal online yang dipilih adalah jurnal yang melakukan publikasi artikel minimal 2 tahun atau sudah memasuki volume 3. Pemilihan jurnal dilakukan menggunakan teknik insidental per kelompok yakni: 1) Indonesian Journal of Aplied Linguistics (Q2); 2) Basastra: Jurnal Kajian Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia (Sinta 3); 3) Indonesia: Jurnal Pembelajaran Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia (Sinta 4); 4) Logat: Jurnal Pendidikan Bahasa dan Pembelajaran (Sinta 4); 5) Jurnal Pendidikan dan Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia (Sinta 5); 6) JUrnal Ilmiah: Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia dan Sastra (Pendistra); 7) Tuah: Jurnal Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra (Belum Terakreditasi); 8) Jurnal PembelajaranBahasa dan Sastra (Belum Terakreditasi). Instrumen penelitian ini adalah pedoman observasi untuk fitur statistics visitors. Selain itu, pedoman cek-ricek digunakan juga untuk memvalidasi data dan hasil analisis data. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian: 1) peringkat ke-1 pengunjung jurnal online adalah Amerika Serikat (skor 40); 2) peringkat ke-2 pengunjung jurnal online adalah Singapura (skor 33); 3) peringkat ke-3 pengunjung jurnal online adalah Cina (skor 25); 4) peringkat ke-4 pengunjung jurnal online adalah Malaysia (skor 21); 5) peringkat ke-5 pengunjung jurnal online adalah Filipina (skor 5). Dari perspektif rasio jumlah pengunjung dan jumlah penduduk, Singapura menempati peringkat pertama sedangkan Amerika Serikat menempati peringkat kedua.

Abstract

This article explains the aesthetics of language in the Randai Kuantan performing arts in Pangean District of Kuantan Singingi Regency and its implications in learning at schools. The type of research is qualitative research using descriptive methods. The research was conducted in Pangean District of Kuantan Singingi Regency. The instruments used were searching, obtaining, and collecting data through watching and recording the Randai Kuantan performing art recorded by a recording device. Data collection techniques used are recording techniques, interviews, and transcripts. The data source of the research comes directly from the Randai Kuantan performing art in Pangean District, Kuantan of Singingi Regency. The results of the research indicate that there are five types of diction found in the performing arts of Randai Kuantan, namely: a) denotation, b) connotation, c) abstract, d) concrete, and e) characteristic.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effective reading speed of non-fiction scientific articles among eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 5 Ukui using a descriptive quantitative approach. Data were obtained through reading speed tests and comprehension tests using cognitive aspects of reading literacy. Data analysis was performed using the formula reading speed x reading comprehension, then categorizing the KEM level at the junior high school level. The results of the study indicate that the students' KEM is very high, with an average of 124 kpm, and their reading comprehension is categorized as high, with an average of 67. These findings suggest that although students can read quickly, comprehension still needs to be improved through regular practice and strategies that balance both aspects in learning.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the validity level of interactive learning media based on the Genially platform for descriptive text material for seventh-grade junior high school students. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model. After the development process, the learning media was validated by three validators: a material expert, a media expert, and a language expert. The research instrument used was a validation sheet, which was then analyzed to obtain a validation score. Based on the data analysis results, the interactive learning media based on the Genially platform was declared valid with an average validation percentage of 91%, thus categorized as highly valid. Therefore, the Genially-based learning media for teaching descriptive texts is considered suitable for use in the teaching and learning process by both students and teachers.

Abstract

Background: Media pembelajaran berbasis website memiliki peranan penting dan mampu memenuhi standar pedagogis serta estetika yang mendukung pembelajaran mendalam. Kemampuan tenaga pendidik yang baik terkait pengembangan media membantu dalam mencipta pembelajaran yang kreatif, inovatif, dan konkret. Tujuan kegiatan berupa workshop pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis website dalam mendukung pembelajaran mendalam. Metode: Kegiatan workshop terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 3 Siak Hulu dengan peserta 50 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa tes dan teknik analisis menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif-inferensial dengan uji Wilcoxon menggunakan SPSS. Hasil: Analisis data diketahui rata-rata pretest sebesar 50,6 pada kategori rendah dan rata-rata post test meningkat menjadi 96,2 dengan kategori sangat tinggi. Data ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi peserta workshop mengalami peningkatan yang sangat signifikan baik secara konseptual maupun praktis dalam hal pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis website. Hasil ini diperkuat dengan uji signifikansi melalui Wilcoxon pada nilai signifikansi 0,00 (< 0,05). Kesimpulan: Kegiatan workshop terbukti efektif dan berdampak positif dalam membekali kompetensi tenaga pendidik menciptakan media pembelajaran berbasis website yang mendukung pembelajaran mendalam.

Abstract

UNIESCO and WHO records show Covid-19 has a major impact on learning activities. This condition changes the learning order of students. So the role of creative and critical thinking is needed in fostering the quality of learning. Students must maximize themselves in order to remain knowledgeable and insightful in accordance with the target learning outcomes. This observation was carried out on a sample of 73 students of the Indonesian Language and Literature Study Program. The analysis was carried out with descriptive statistics, namely substituting all respondents' answers for processing. To see the relevance and relevance of the instrument to the problem of fostering learning quality through creative and critical thinking using the Product Moment correlation method, normality with chi squared, variable role predictions through ANOVA. The results of the analysis show that the role of the creative and critical thinking variables provides a significant contribution in fostering the quality of learning up to 97.5% at an average standard of 4.168. Overall the observed variables were at a very high standard. Students have been doing creative and critical thinking activities to build or maintain the quality of their learning during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This research is motivated by learning activities that cannot be done arbitrarily but must refer to the applicable curriculum. A teacher must be able to conduct orientation activities in implementing the curriculum in educational units to meet the maximum curriculum demands. The aim is to find out the orientation capabilities of the teacher. The action was carried out with a descriptive qualitative approach. The main instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire. The research sample was 108 teachers of senior high schools in Pekanbaru. Data analysis was performed by observing each questionnaire item that was filled out by the respondents. The results of the analysis showed that running the applicable curriculum in the education unit scored 3.93; sorting out content according to future demands scored 3.92; looking for material according to curriculum demands scored 4.50; adjusting curriculum requirements to the conditions and environment scored 4.51; and preparing various learning devices scored 4.70. The average teacher's ability in the context of orienting the implementation of the learning curriculum was 4.31, categorized as very high. The teachers try positively and significantly to carry out the demands of the curriculum to the maximum. The success of the learning curriculum lies in the success of the teacher in following and implementing it in the field. Various skills, knowledge, and experience also influence the teacher in carrying out the demands of the curriculum.Keywords: , , ,
