Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh self-efficacy, pengembangan karir, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Miniso Lifestyle Trading Indonesia Cabang Bandung. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 32 responden, yang mewakili sampel dan populasi penelitian ini. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Analisis statistik meliputi analisis verifikatif, koefisien determinasi, dan pengujian hipotesis baik secara individual maupun kumulatif dilakukan dengan bantuan SPSS 27. Temuan mengungkapkan bahwa self-efficacy secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sebaliknya, pengembangan karier dan disiplin kerja secara parsial menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jika dilihat secara simultan, self-efficacy, pengembangan karier, dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Mengidentifikasi pengaruh self-efficacy, motivasi, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Fastrata Buana cabang Bandung merupakan tujuan dari penelitian ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Kuesioner disebarkan kepada 117 responden yang merupakan sampel dari total populasi sebanyak 165 orang. Sampel dipilih menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Informasi tersebut diperiksa melalui berbagai metode statistik antara lain: analisis verifikatif, analisis koefisien determinasi, dan pengujian hipotesis secara individual dan kolektif dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 27.0. Penelitian ini membawa hasil bahwa self-efficacy, motivasi, dan, kepuasan kerja secara individual berpengaruh positif dan kuat terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara kolektif, self-efficacy, motivasi, dan kepuasan kerja menyumbang pengaruh positif dan kuat terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Keberhasilan suatu organisasi salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh kualitas sumber daya manusia yang berperan merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan mengendalikan organisasi yang bersangkutan. Sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang berkualitas tinggi mampu memaksimalkan penggunaan sumber daya lain seperti modal, bahan baku, dan teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompensasi Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Sales pada PT PLN ICONPLUS Kota Bandung). Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Pengambilan sampel ini menggunakan teknik total sampling dengan jumlah 39 karyawan. Pengukuran dalam kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert 5 butir. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi software SPSS v25 dengan metode analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan kompensasi dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sales PT PLN ICON PLUS Kota Bandung, secara simultan dan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 0,349 atau 34,9% sedangkan sisanya 60,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ditujukan dalam rangka melakukan identifikasi dampak self efficacy, disiplin kerja, serta lingkungan kerja kepada retensi di karyawan PT Multi Garmenjaya. Adapun pendekatannya berupa kuantitatif guna melakukan pengukuran seberapa jauh variabel-variabel tersebut memengaruhi keputusan karyawan untuk tetap bekerja di perusahaan. Kemudian, populasinya ialah semua pekerja di PT Multi Garmenjaya, dengan sampelnya berjumlah 30 responden, yang dihitung menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 10%. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden, sementara analisis datanya mempergunakan metode statistik regresi linier. Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan, self efficacy, dislin kerja, serta lingkungan kerja mempengaruhi signifikan kepada retensi karyawan.

Abstract

This study examines the feasibility of expanding the Pontianak traditional delicacy—bingke cake—to Bandung City. Employing a mixed-methods approach (qualitative and quantitative), it evaluates market dynamics, human resource requirements, and financial viability. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentary studies. Financial feasibility was analyzed using the Break-Even Point (BEP) method, while strategic readiness was assessed via SWOT analysis. The results indicate that sales volume in recent months has consistently exceeded the break-even point, signifying financial viability for expansion. The SWOT analysis revealed strengths in cultural appeal and market potential within Bandung, but also identified challenges such as limited production capacity and human resources. The study concludes that the bingke cake business is feasible for expansion and provides strategic recommendations, including workforce development and local marketing strategy adjustments. These findings contribute to entrepreneurship literature and offer practical guidance for MSMEs in developing traditional culinary businesses in urban markets.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kegiatan kewirausahaan merupakan sebuah solusi terbaik untuk meningkatkan perekonomian dan kapabilitas mahasiswa. Kegiatan kewirausahaan memberikan banyak manfaat untuk meningkatkan soft skill mahasiswa. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah mengoptimalkan potensi kewirausahaan UMKM mahasiswa dengan melengkapi aspek legal dari usaha mereka. Aspek legal ini sering dipandang sebelah mata karena berbagai faktor yang salah satunya adalah stigma negatif terhadap pengurusan aspek legal yang ada dibenak mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan merupakan praktik langsung yang sebelumnya diberikan penjelasan terkait pentingnya aspek legal dan dilanjut dengan proses pengajuan salah satu aspek legal yaitu Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) melalui situs Online Single Submission (OSS). Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah para pelaku UMKM mahasiswa dapat langsung mengajukan dan mendapatkan Nomor Induk Berusaha untuk bisnis mereka. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak pada patahnya stigma negatif pengajuan izin usaha atau aspek legal. Mahasiswa termotivasi untuk melanjutkan dan mengembangan kegiatan bisnis mereka karena mahasiswa merasa sudah memiliki legal standing untuk usaha mereka. Kata Kunci: Kewirausahaan, Aspek Legal, NIB Abstract: Entrepreneurship activities are an excellent solution for improving students' economic well-being and capabilities. Entrepreneurship activities offer numerous benefits for enhancing students' soft skills. The goal of this community service program is to optimize the entrepreneurial potential of student MSMEs by complementing the legal aspects of their businesses. This legal aspect is often overlooked due to various factors, one of which is the negative stigma surrounding legal matters. The method used is hands-on practice, which begins with an explanation of the importance of legal aspects and continues with the application process for one of the legal aspects, the Business Identification Number (NIB), through the Online Single Submission (OSS) website. The result of this activity is that student MSMEs can immediately apply for and obtain a Business Identification Number for their businesses. This activity has an impact on breaking the negative stigma surrounding business permit applications or legal aspects. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of professional discipline, intrinsic motivation, and workplace conditions on educator productivity at SMA Plus Assalaam Bandung. The basis for this study arose from the discrepancy in teacher performance, which is still less than optimal, as evidenced by the lack of creativity in assignments and signs of disruption in discipline and enthusiasm. The research approach employed quantitative methods that were descriptive and verifiable. The research subjects included all 32 educational staff at SMA Plus Assalaam Bandung, using a total sampling technique. Information processing used multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption checking, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination. The research findings revealed that separately, professional discipline and intrinsic motivation have a positive and significant effect on educator productivity. However, workplace conditions did not show a significant influence. Together, these three factors contributed a 54.3% impact on educator productivity. The study concluded that to improve educator productivity, school leaders need to prioritize steadfastness in implementing discipline and developing intrinsic motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the business sustainability strategy of PT Sandang Jaya Abadi after the merger with SGJB Group in facing competition in the baby garment industry in Bandung. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method through interviews, observations, and company document studies. The analysis was conducted using the PESTEL and Porter's Five Forces models to assess the external conditions of the industry, as well as the IFE and EFE matrices to identify the company's internal and external factors. Furthermore, SWOT and TOWS were used to formulate alternative business sustainability strategies, and the Business Model Canvas was used to describe the company's post-merger business model. The results show that the company has strengths in production flexibility and stable product quality, but weak digital integration, high COGS, and post-merger operational coordination are the main obstacles. Opportunities come from increasing demand in e-commerce and local product trends, while threats arise from cheap imported products and price competition. Recommended strategies include production cost efficiency, operational system digitization, strengthening quality control, and optimizing digital-based marketing. This study is expected to serve as a reference for management in determining the direction of future business development strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategy for developing green entrepreneurship through the sack recycling business at the Abadi DMA Depot. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with SWOT analysis and Business Model Canvas (BMC) tools. SWOT analysis is used to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced by the Abadi DMA Depot. Meanwhile, the Business Model Canvas helps in defining the main components of the business that must be improved in order to achieve sustainable growth. The results of the study indicate that the sack recycling business has good potential for development, supported by the availability of raw materials, production cost efficiency, and increasing public awareness of environmentally friendly products. However, this business also faces several obstacles, such as limited capital and a fairly high level of market competition. The results of the Business Model Canvas analysis indicate that the sack recycling business has a value proposition in the form of environmental benefits and economic value, so it is worthy of being developed as a green entrepreneurship with management and finance.
