Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of Lean Hospital in the Outpatient unit of Mutiara Hati Hospital Pagaden Kab. Subang. This research was conducted to identify activities in the work process in the outpatient unit, and to analyze the value stream map of the outpatient unit. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the results of the patient's value assessment starting from the registration process to getting the drug at the pharmacy still show that the wasting time is too long. This is due to the many obstacles that occur throughout the service process in the outpatient unit. The results identified that activities and activities during the work process of the outpatient unit were found to be wasteful, so that the ratio of value added activities (value added assessment) was less than 30%. As a form of the problem lies in humans, machine methods and environment. Proposed improvements are made by analyzing the root cause of the problem, making corrective steps by estimating the hospital's capabilities and the factors that influence it.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the Green Productivity framework in a mixed duck-farming enterprise managed by Fery Wahyudi in Subang, West Java. The research integrates economic productivity analysis with an environmental impact assessment to derive three principal indicators, namely the Economic Indicator, the Environmental Index (EI), and the Green Productivity Index (GPI). These indicators serve as the basis for evaluating the sustainability performance of the farming system. The findings indicate that the economic productivity score reaches 1.317, while the EI is calculated at 250.27, resulting in a GPI value of 0.00526. Two improvement scenarios are assessed to enhance sustainability outcomes: (1) the application of EM4 for the fermentation of livestock waste and (2) the production of organic fertilizer as an added-value product. The first scenario leads to an 11.6% increase in the GPI and an 8.09% reduction in the EI, demonstrating measurable gains in both productivity and environmental performance. The second scenario contributes to product diversification, strengthens the enterprise’s green value proposition, and supports the development of environmentally responsible branding. Overall, the study demonstrates that the Green Productivity approach is both feasible and beneficial for small-scale livestock operations. The results provide evidence-based insights and practical recommendations that can support local farmers in improving operational efficiency while simultaneously advancing environmental stewardship.

Abstract

The rapid growth of e-commerce in Indonesia has reshaped shopping behavior. Shopee remains the most-used marketplace, yet customer loyalty in areas like Subang District is still inconsistent. Price competition, similar promotions, and uneven digital services make users easily switch to other platforms. This study examines the effect of Social Media Marketing (SMM) and E-Service Quality (ESQ) on customer loyalty. SMM builds engagement through social media content, while ESQ emphasizes digital service quality such as speed, reliability, and security. A quantitative method was applied by distributing questionnaires to 70 Shopee users in Subang District and analyzing data using multiple linear regression. Findings reveal that both SMM and ESQ have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. Better social media strategies and service quality lead to stronger user commitment. The results highlight the importance of improving customer relationships and retention in regional e-commerce markets.
