Abstract

This study aims to conduct a scientometric analysis of "Analitika Big Data in Halal Supply Chain Management" between 2018 and 2024 In this study, keyword analysis and citation analysis were carried out using Dimensions and VOS viewer software, as well as identifying the most commonly used keywords. In addition, this study also conducted a co-author analysis, co-citation analysis, and analysis of countries and organizations involved in the study. The keyword analysis results show that the most discussed topics in this field are information management, the Internet of Things (IoT), sustainable development, and competition. The countries most active in Analitika Big Data in supply chain management are Malaysia, The United Kingdom, India, Italy, China, the United States, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Germany, New Zealand, Australia, and Bangladesh. This study recommends a thorough Scientometrics Analysis as a future research direction. In addition, the importance of the application of evolutionary computing and interdisciplinary work in dealing with practical problems related to big data was also identified. Abstract

The global coffee supply primarily depends on smallholder farmers, with millions relying on coffee as their main income. Many of these farmers live below the poverty line, face challenges with mechanization due to hilly terrain, and lack access to stable contracts, credit, and knowledge for long-term investment. Climate change further threatens coffee production, potentially halving supply by 2050. Indonesia's leadership in the halal economy is driven by its large Muslim population, rising awareness of the halal lifestyle, and government support. In the Fourth Industrial Revolution, halal supply chain management now covers all stages, from raw materials to product distribution, ensuring comprehensive halal compliance. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a descriptive research type. The population in this study includes all consumers of Kenangan Coffee. The sampling technique used is Non-Probability Sampling with a sample of 123 Kenangan Coffee consumers from all age groups who purchased coffee at Kenangan Coffee outlets throughout Indonesia. The results of the analysis indicate that sustainability practices are identified through four main factors, which include energy consumption efficiency, waste reduction, the use of sustainable materials, environmentally friendly products, commitment to the local community, financial sustainability, and gender equality in the workforce. Meanwhile, the analysis of halal practices resulted in three main factors, focusing on compliance with halal standards, cleanliness and quality in the production process, as well as consumer trust and satisfaction with halal products, including a willingness to pay more for certified halal products.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Halal food Supply Chain Management and Halal Certification on Customer Perception in the coffee industry in Indonesia and Malaysia on Kopi Kenangan The method used in this study is quantitative descriptive with data collection through a questionnaire distributed to 100 consumers who have purchased or consumed Kopi Kenangan. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression techniques to test the relationship between the variables studied using SPSS version 25. The results of this study show that Halal food supply chain management and Halal certification have a significant effect on Customer Perception to buy or consume Kopi Kenangan. This finding indicates that the management of the Kopi Kenangan industry in Indonesia and Malaysia needs to design an operational strategy on the management from raw materials to products to consumers so that consumer perception of transparency can increase consumer perception with the halal logo on Kopi Kenangan. This research provides the importance of halal supply chain management which involves the process from raw materials to products by emphasizing the halal logo in the packaging on Kopi Kenangan products so that consumer perception believes in halal certification as a guarantee logo for a product process at Kopi Kenangan.

Abstract

The halal food industry involves the processing and handling of food in accordance with Islamic law, requiring the implementation of halal supply chain management (HSCM) to ensure integrity and food safety throughout the supply chain. Waste management and environmental considerations are increasingly important to minimize food waste and support sustainable economic, social, and environmental value creation. This study aims to examine the relationship between halal supply chain management practices and environmental sustainability, as well as the suitability of HSCM in supporting sustainability, using a systematic literature review (SLR) approach. The findings indicate that research integrating HSCM and environmental sustainability remains limited. Stakeholder collaboration and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) practices are identified as key enablers of sustainability in the halal food industry. Supply-related risks emerge as the most significant risk category, requiring coordinated efforts from governments, suppliers, companies, and distributors, particularly in infrastructure, technology, and human resources. Notably, only 26% of the reviewed studies explicitly address environmental sustainability, highlighting substantial opportunities for future research.

Abstract

Sustainable tourism and halal tourism have emerged as prominent discourses in tourism studies; however, they are often examined as separate domains within the literature. While sustainable tourism emphasizes the balance between environmental, social, and economic dimensions, halal tourism has predominantly been framed in terms of Sharia compliance and market segmentation. This article aims to conceptualize green halal tourism as an integrative framework for supporting sustainable tourism through a conceptual literature review approach. Drawing on a systematic synthesis of peer-reviewed literature on halal tourism, green tourism, and sustainable tourism, this study identifies conceptual intersections, theoretical gaps, and opportunities for integration across these domains. The synthesis indicates that green halal tourism can be understood as a conceptual framework that integrates halal values as an ethical foundation, green tourism practices as operational mechanisms, and sustainable tourism as a strategic outcome. This framework highlights the potential role of halal values in strengthening the internalization of sustainability principles within tourism practices, particularly across environmental, social, and economic dimensions. Theoretically, this study contributes to the sustainable tourism literature by explicitly incorporating value-based and ethical perspectives into sustainability frameworks. The proposed conceptualization also provides a foundation for future empirical research to operationalize and examine green halal tourism across diverse tourism contexts

Abstract

Their technology brings ease of information to the public. Through an application, a variety of information about the city can be accessed quickly by society and the government through the Program called Smart City. Smart City is already implemented in many cities in the world and has proven able to resolve problems as quickly as well. The information can also be utilized Government to create comfort, safety, and order and, a better life. Smart people are the basis of the realization of Smart Cities. This relates to the formation of smart cities, which must have intelligent human resources and be supported by policies and infrastructure of mobility, governance, economy, and environment that are also smart to produce the quality of life as intelligent as desired. A smart city is a smart city concept designed to help various community activities and provide easy access to information to the public. This concept emphasizes three concepts, first, a concept applied by the local government system in managing urban society, the second, a concept that required the management of the region against all resources effectively and efficiently and the thet is smart city is expected to be able to carry out the information provider function appropriately to the community and be able to anticipate unexpected events. The study formulated the Subang Regency strategies towards a smart city in each smart city's dimensions. These strategies include accelerating public services, quick decision-making on Subang's problems, and supporting the Subang area monitoring system; hence regional heads and related agencies can obtain the latest information and act responsively.

Abstract

The level of contribution to the performance of SMEs is needed by the Subang regional government as a booster of the Subang economy, but the fact is that the contribution of MSME performance in Subang Regency has not been evenly distributed which is possible due to differences in information, knowledge, and access to capital. The Covid-19 pandemic period triggered a decline in MSME performance and an increase in the risk of bankruptcy. Business feasibility is an important point for MSMEs to decide on the choice of strategy to survive in competition. Errors in analyzing business performance can cause MSMEs to fall due to decision errors such as segment determination errors, inability to compete, and losses due to poor financial management. The practice of socialization and mapping of the business feasibility of Subang MSMEs is needed by academics, practitioners, and local governments to information on the constraints and obstacles to the performance of Subang SMEs. The implementation of socialization practices and business feasibility mapping was carried out in August 2020 with 30 randomly selected respondents in Subang Regency whose businesses have been running for at least 2 (two) years. The stages of implementing activities are the delivery of material through workshops, structured questionnaires, and feedback evaluation with quantitative, descriptive, and exploratory approaches. The results of socialization and mapping practices show the main obstacles to MSME business in Subang Regency based on rankings, namely capital, product/service marketing, human resources, and fulfillment of formal licenses. Furthermore, MSMEs in Subang Regency need assistance in improving performance to be sustainable both financially and non-financially, including the fields of marketing products/services such as digital marketing, finance in the form of simple recording and accounting, HR management through increasing employee skills and competencies according to the business field, and assistance in the formal licensing application process.

Abstract

Industri tradisional menghadapi tantangan signifikan untuk beradaptasi dengan perubahan teknologi di era digital yang berkembang pesat. Studi ini menganalisis strategi manajemen operasional yang memanfaatkan peluang transformasi digital dan menyelidiki bagaimana perusahaan industri tradisional mengatasi perubahan lingkungan yang disebabkan oleh era digital. Metodologi penelitian kualitatif menggunakan beberapa studi kasus digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sektor industri tradisional, dan pendekatan induktif digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi tema dan kesimpulan berulang dari adaptasi manajemen operasional dan inisiatif inovasi. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa bisnis di sektor tradisional menggunakan berbagai strategi adaptasi, seperti menata ulang proses internal, mengadopsi teknologi baru, dan mengubah budaya perusahaan untuk mendorong inovasi. Selain itu, teknologi canggih seperti kecerdasan buatan (AI), analitik big data, dan Internet of Things (IoT) meningkatkan daya tanggap, fleksibilitas, dan efisiensi operasional. Studi ini memberikan wawasan berharga tentang bagaimana bisnis industri tradisional merangkul inovasi dan kemampuan beradaptasi dalam praktik manajemen operasional mereka untuk berkembang di era digital. Abstract

Dampak dari globalisasi yang terus meningkat mengakibatkan lingkungan bisnis modern telah menjadi lebih kompleks, rumit, dan penuh persaingan. Peternakan unggas adalah salah satu industri yang berusaha untuk tetap mampu bersaing. Salah satu dari banyak jenis bebek pedaging yang diternakkan di Indonesia adalah hibrida. Bebek hibrida memiliki rasa daging yang gurih dan empuk, dan bertelur lebih awal daripada jenis lain. Para peternak bebek biasanya melakukan survei tentang kebiasaan masyarakat dan apa yang menjadi permintaan pasar. Di sinilah pentingnya dalam menjalankan bisnis karena semakin sulit untuk memprediksi perubahan situasi dan kondisi eksternal yang terus berubah. perusahaan dituntut untuk bisa mengikuti kondisi yang terus dinamis. Rancangan formulasi dan Implementasi strategi memiliki posisi penting dalam perumusan strategi langkah awal, sistem perumusan strategi merupakan tahap pertama yang terpisah dari tahap perencanan stratejik, penyusunan program, dan penyusunan anggaran. Untuk itu diperlukan sebuah perencanaan strategi yang sesuai dengan konteks yang akan di hadapi oleh Usaha Peternakan Bebek Pedaging "Sanjaya Hibrida". Penelitian ini bersifat perancangan karena memerlukan penggalian data secara mendalam melalui serangkaian wawancara dan diskusi, serta eksplorasi sumber informasi di berbagai situs web. Dalam penelitian ini, data dan informasi dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi dari literatur dan kebijakan pemerintah. hasil analisis SWOT yang dilakukan pada Peternakan Bebek Pedaging Sanjaya Hibrida, diketahui dari lingkungan eksternal-nya bahwa peternakan Sanjaya Hibrida ini memiliki peluang yang baik untuk pengembangan bisnis. Dari segi internal, peternakan Sanjaya Hibrida ini memiliki lebih banyak kekuatan daripada kelemahan. hasil analisis Matriks SWOT, terbentuklah Visi, Misi, dan Strategi Peternakan Bebek Pedaging Sanjaya Hibrida.
