Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether the players of Ma Shirothul Fuqoha futsal team Malang Regency know about the dribbling skills of the step over technique because there is no data about it. This quantitative descriptive research was conducted. The subjects of this research were Ma Shirothul Fuqoha Malang Regency futsal players, consisting of 30 players. This researcher used descriptive method to conduct quantitative research. Questionnaires were used to determine student interest. In this study, the standard norms of interest classification were used to analyze the data. The results showed that the average answer was classified as "knowing enough", with a percentage value of 66.7%, or 20. This indicates that of the 30 players, the average "knows enough" about the skill of dribbling the step over technique in the Tumpang selection futsal team Malang Regency.

Abstract

Physical fitness is an essential component in supporting the development of children, including those with intellectual disabilities (ID), who face challenges in motor skills and cognitive abilities. The “Healthy Movement” program aims to partisipasi the physical and motor skills of children with Intellectual Disabiity through guided adaptive physical activities in a school setting. This program employs a participatory approach involving teacher, parents and program facilitators. The activities were implemented in three phases: planning, execution and evaluation. Physical activites included simple game, rhytmic movement and basic motor exercises tailored to the needs of children with Intellectual Disability. Data were colected through observation, fitnest test, interviews and documentation and analyzed descriptively. The results revealed significant improvements in balance, coordination and muscle strenght among children with Intellectual Disability. Additionally, the children exhibited increased confidence and enthusiasm in participating in the activities. Teachers and parent gained new insights into the importance of physical fitness and effective strategies for guiding chidren with Intellectual Disability. This program successfully created positive impact on children with Intellectual Disability and raised awareness of the impportance of physical fitness in supporting their well-being. The program’s sustainabillity is ensured through the integration of the “Healthy Movement” module into the physical education curriculum at schools.

Abstract

Until now, SSB Purwodadi is very burdensome for its owners and administrators because SSB still depends on the owner for its operational costs from SSB students. SSB Purwodadi is located in Purwodadi sub-district, located in Pasuruan district. This Ssb was founded from the awareness of the community around the location and football coaches who want to encourage the realization of positive habit activities in sports, especially football. In children's football, students who were initially physically and healthless through football became physically strong, physically fit, and their confidence and cooperation could be established. As well as spiritual values and honesty will emerge. And for trainers after this service is held, they can train and teach well, correctly and professionally, of course. And hopefully football seeds can be born with a good football magazine and a good training program and there is valid data in the football learning process. And from the student and coach questionnaire survey, we can find out that after doing service, there is a score of 22 out of a total score of 25 scores from 5 questions, which indicates that there is 88% of the total of 100 percent of the overall score and this service has a good impact Keywords: football school, curriculum, evaluation.
