Abstract

Perubahan dan kebiasaan membaca Al-Qur'an (Mengaji) di Indonesia telah mengalami penurunan akibat rutinitas yang dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan zaman di era digital. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, Program Istiqomah adalah inisiatif untuk meningkatkan kebiasaan membaca Al-Qur'an di kalangan masyarakat Muslim melalui fitur interaktif dalam aplikasi. Program Istiqomah telah diperkenalkan sebagai langkah untuk merubah kebiasaan masyarakat Muslim Indonesia dalam membaca Al-Qur'an. Dalam rangka meningkatkan kebiasaan membaca Al-Qur'an, akan dilakukan riset yang menggunakan pendekatan design thinking dalam merancang aplikasi Istiqomah. Pendekatan design thinking melibatkan lima tahapan utama, yaitu emphatize, define, ideate, prototype, dan testing. Penelitian ini juga melibatkan observasi visual, wawancara dengan pengguna, dan penggunaan kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data yang relevan. Dari hasil penelitian awal, terlihat bahwa masyarakat lebih cenderung melibatkan diri dalam aktivitas digital seperti bermain game, media sosial atau menonton video daripada membaca Al-Qur'an. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan aplikasi Istiqomah yang memanfaatkan media digital dan menawarkan fitur menarik dapat menjadi solusi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan umat Islam dalam membaca Al-Qur'an. Berdasarkan hasil analisis user experience questionnaire (UEQ), diperoleh hasil yang positif dan di atas rata-rata pada aspek Daya Tarik, Kejelasan, Efisiensi, Keandalan, Stimulasi, dan Kebaruan.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Campaign Design for a Plastic Waste Processing Workshop in Bandung City". This research focuses on Olah Plastic, a business entity in Bandung City, which processes and recycles plastic waste. The study focuses on designing a digital campaign to enhance students' understanding and awareness of plastic waste processing. This design aims to produce design media in the form of a digital campaign so that it can attract students to be more aware of plastic waste processing. The design employs a design thinking method, including Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test, with a design approach. The data collection process involved literature studies, observations, and interviews. The research aimed to design a digital poster for social media accessibility for students. The poster that has been designed is also made in the form of a design mockup so that it can illustrate how the final product will look, giving the client a clear picture of the design.

Abstract

The waste problem in Indonesia is a problem that has not been resolved to date; this hurts the surrounding environment, one of which is 23.3 million tonnes annually produced from 202 districts or cities, of which only 15 are appropriately managed. 6 million tons annually. Therefore, it is necessary to process plastic waste to minimize the accumulation of plastic waste and its impact on the environment (Amanullah. G, 2023). Olah Plastic is one of the MSMEs located in Bandung that processes plastic waste into products. However, Olah Plastic has a problem in the form of remaining unprocessed production waste, so product innovation is needed that can minimize production waste and activities that can increase public knowledge about processing. plastic waste. The results of this research are block printing plates made from the remaining waste from Olah Plastic production, where the printing plates will be used as media in workshops to increase public awareness regarding the negative impact of plastic waste on the environment, which still has selling value

Abstract

Fashion waste is a global concern due to its large production volume. Therefore, waste management is a major concern in the industry to reduce negative impacts on the environment. The case study in this study is on a garment factory on Jalan Tamim. The waste produced by this garment needs to be considered in environmental management on Jalan Tamim Bandung. It highlights the urgency of implementing more sustainable production practice innovations by utilizing fabric scraps. The design approach method is used to provide a deep understanding of the problem's urgency that can produce design solutions with the Design Thinking stages, namely, emphasizing, defining, ideating, prototyping, and testing. The design results are expected to be an alternative strategy for utilizing fabric scraps in the context of sustainable fashion using fabric manipulation techniques

Abstract

A nursing home is a place that provides care and housing services for the elderly who need assistance in living their daily lives. Tresna Werdha Budi Pertiwi Social Home is one of the many nursing homes in Bandung. Supporting the welfare of the elderly, this Budi Pertiwi nursing home does not charge any fees from its residents, this allows them to face uncertain funding challenges because they are completely dependent on community donations. To increase public awareness of the importance of the existence of this nursing home and create a more comfortable atmosphere for the elderly, utilizing social media by presenting creative content that involves the elderly, such as video storytelling about their daily activities is a fairly effective problem solving. This orphanage seeks to build an emotional bond between the residents of the orphanage and the audience. Persuasive communication strategies are used to encourage more donors to contribute to meeting the needs of the elderly. This approach not only aims to attract the attention of the public, but also creates empathy and collective awareness of the importance of providing support to the elderly.

Abstract

Digital banking is the newest business model in the banking industry. These industries that implement this financial technology system, consumers are still hesitant and afraid to use digital banks because of the high number of cyber-attacks. In this case, digital banks need to build brand trust to gain the trust of their target consumers. The website is an effective communication channel to build brand trust in consumers. Each bank has a variety of digital communication strategies in adding aspects that are presented on the website. This study aims to analyze and review the burden of responsibility for digital bank websites in Indonesia. Purposively selected three digital bank brands: Neobank, Jenius, and Blu. Data were collected by observation and documentation methods on digital bank websites, then analyzed using comparative analysis and content analysis. The study results mention the content of relevant visual communication elements, consistent use of visual identity, and completeness of the information presented on digital bank brand websites to establish brand trust. Through this research, it is expected that industries that apply financial technology can optimize the website as a medium for forming brand trust and basic considerations to determine the company's competitive advantage strategy.
