Abstract

Sukabumi Regency is known as an agricultural producer, including cassava, which is the main commodity in Pasirdoton Village, Cidahu District. This village utilizes local wisdom in the agricultural sector to develop Mocaf Flour MSMEs. To increase competitiveness, sales results, and market share, empowerment and development of cassava flour-based products are very important. The Community Service (PkM) Team of Djuanda University applied observation, interview, socialization, and implementation methods to introduce derivative products such as Mocaf Noodles and Mocaf Cookies. The results showed a significant increase in brand awareness through social media and e-commerce, as well as an increase in sales with positive reviews from consumers. This program succeeded in introducing product innovation, expanding market access, and strengthening the brand identity of Mocaf Flour MSMEs, which are expected to survive and develop in the long term through the application of technology and digital marketing strategies.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Bank sampah Desa Kertaraharja masih menghadapi tantangan dalam sistem manajerial, dimana pencatatan transaksi yang masih bersifat manual, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan kesalahan pencatatan dan keterlambatan penyampaian informasi. Tujuan: memajukan manajemen bank sampah di Desa Kertaraharja berbasis digital. Metode: Metode yang digunakan dalam Studi ini yaitu persuasif, yang terdiri dari beberapa langkah, seperti pemahaman tentang kondisi masalah melalui pengamatan, wawancara, survei di lokasi, dan wawancara dengan pemangku kepentingan. Hasil: sistem manajerial bank sampah berbasis digitalisasi merupakan solusi efektif untuk memfasilitasi pencatatan dan pengelolaan transaksi sampah, terbukti mampu meningkatkan efisiensi serta keakuratan pengelolaa bank sampah sebagai solusi berkelanjutan bagi ekonomi sirkular. Kesimpulan: kesimpulan dari program ini menunjukkan bahwa Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat melalui program bank sampah di Desa Kertaraharja bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kepedulian dan peran serta masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology has greatly changed the marketing landscape in the world, where marketing methods that were previously completely traditional and conventional have now been integrated into the digital world. Understanding and awareness of the importance, role and influence of digital marketing in micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) is still low. Its implementation is still considered not that important, on the grounds that the business being run is not a large business that requires digital marketing. Including its implementation of sharia principles is still very minimal. Research that explores the role of digital marketing in MSMEs with sharia principles in a comprehensive manner has never been conducted before. The aim of the research is to explore the role of digital marketing in MSMEs with sharia principles. The method used is library research, using critical analysis techniques. The results of research regarding the role or impact or influence of digital marketing in MSMEs with sharia principles are on the following 15 things: (1) facilitate access to information; (2) marketing products; (3) become a superior product; (4) healthy competition; (5) expanding target/market share; (6) expanding geographic reach; (7) building trust and reputation; (8) purchasing decisions; (9) increase in income; (10) increase in sales; (11) increasing business performance; (12) business sustainability and success; (13) application of Islamic marketing ethics; (14) development of halal label MSMEs; and (15) development of MSMEs through cooperatives.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah memengaruhi proses akuntansi di perusahaan, yaitu  dengan penggunaan sistem akuntansi berbasis cloud. Sistem ini memungkinkan perusahaan untuk mengakses, menyimpan, dan mengelola data keuangan secara daring, yang meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan kolaborasi dalam mengelola informasi keuangan. Di mana informasi keuangan merupakan aspek penting yang memengaruhi pengambilan keputusan manajerial, kredibilitas perusahaan, dan kinerja secara keseluruhan, sehingga kualitas laporan keuangan menjadi hal yang penting. Kualitas ini meliputi akurasi, keandalan, dan relevansi laporan. Dengan penerapan sistem akuntansi berbasis cloud, banyak penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelaporannya melalui pengurangan kesalahan, akses data secara real-time, dan efisiensi proses pelaporan. Namun, tantangan dalam penerapan teknologi ini, seperti kebutuhan akan pelatihan dan masalah keamanan data, cukup signifikan dan perlu ditangani. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk memahami dampak sistem akuntansi berbasis cloud terhadap kualitas pelaporan keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak penggunaan sistem akuntansi berbasis cloud terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pencarian artikel ilmiah dalam basis data akademis. Kriteria inklusi ditetapkan untuk memilih artikel yang relevan dengan topik penelitian ini. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem akuntansi berbasis cloud dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelaporan keuangan secara signifikan melalui akses data yang lebih baik, otomatisasi proses, dan peningkatan kolaborasi dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan. Namun, analisis juga menemukan tantangan terkait keamanan data. Proses keamanan data dalam sistem akuntansi berbasis cloud melibatkan proses spesifik, yang dapat membantu mengurangi kekhawatiran tersebut. Kesiapan sumber daya manusia merupakan tantangan lain yang harus dihadapi.

Abstract

Usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) berfungsi sebagai tulang punggung dalam perekonomian. Pertumbuhan UMKM meningkat sangat pesat, namun terdapat berbagai hambatan dalam menjalankan usahanya. Kendala yang dihadapi pelaku usaha UMKM, seperti minimnya literasi penghitungan harga pokok produksi (HPP). Hal ini mengakibatkan kesalahan dalam menentukan harga jual produk yang mengakibatkan pelaku UMKM mengalami kerugian. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada UMKM daur ulang limbah di kecamatan Bogor Selatan, kota Bogor agar mampu melakukan penghitungan HPP, yang dapat dijadikan dasar penentuan harga jual produk. Kegiatan PkM diselenggarakan untuk pemecahan masalah ini. Pelatihan dan pendampingan dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku UMKM daur ulang limbah dalam menentukan HPP, sehingga dapat menentukan harga jual produk dengan tepat. Metode kegiatan dilaksanakan beberapa tahap: tahap persiapan, perencanaan, dan survey lokasi; tahap sosialisasi; tahap pelatihan; tahap penerapan teknologi; tahap pendampingan dan evaluasi; dan tahap keberlanjutan program. Hasil PkM ini menunjukkan antusiasme pelaku UMKM daur ulang limbah dalam menerima materi. Pemahaman dan keterampilan mereka meningkat setelah dilaksanakannya pelatihan dan pendampingan ini. Mereka mampu melakukan praktik dalam penghitungan biaya produksi, HPP, dan harga pokok penjualan. Jadi, mereka menentukan harga jual dengan menghitung biaya produksinya terlebih dahulu. Praktik dilakukan secara manual menggunakan lembaran pencatatan keuangan dan menggunakan aplikasi Catatan Keuangan Usaha UMKM: Toko Ku. Hasil kegiatan PkM ini sangat bermanfaat bagi UMKM daur ulang limbah khususnya kecamatan Bogor Selatan. Penelitian ini dapat dijadikan pedoman oleh akademisi dan pelaku usaha, dan diharapkan dapat dilakukan penelitian di masa yang akan datang pada sektor lain.

Abstract

Pada perkembangan era yang semakin disruptif, persaingan usaha semakin tinggi dan tidak bisa dihindari. Para pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) harus membuat strategi dalam menghadapi persaingan tersebut. Tuntutan teknologi informasi yang semakin masif, kenyataannya tidak diimbangi sumber daya pelaku UMKM. Usaha yang masih konvensional, kaku, dan statis, sangat sulit untuk meraih keuntungan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Tujuan program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada UMKM Kuliner di kecamatan Bogor Timur, kota Bogor agar mampu melakukan creative digital marketing sebagai media promosi penjualan produk UMKM menggunakan Canva dan CapCut. Kegiatan PkM ini diselenggarakan dalam pemecahan masalah tersebut. Pelatihan dan pendampingan dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku UMKM Kuliner dalam melakukan creative digital marketing sebagai media promosi penjualan produk UMKM sekaligus mempraktikkannya dengan menggunakan Canva dan CapCut, sehingga dapat bersaing dengan kompetitor lain. Metode kegiatan dilakukan beberapa tahap: tahap persiapan, perencanaan, dan survey lokasi; tahap sosialisasi; tahap pelatihan; tahap penerapan teknologi; tahap pendampingan dan evaluasi; dan tahap keberlanjutan program. Hasil PkM ini ditandai dengan antusiasme dan kemampuan pelaku UMKM dalam menerima materi dan mampu melakukan praktik creative digital marketing sebagai media promosi penjualan produk UMKM menggunakan Canva dan CapCut. PkM ini sangat bermanfaat untuk UMKM Kuliner, khususnya kecamatan Bogor Timur. Abstract

Many micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) remain conventional, hindering their business sustainability. A key strategy to achieve sustainability is digital marketing, which helps MSMEs adapt to digital transformation. Alongside this, entrepreneurial passion and self-efficacy are essential in improving competitiveness and performance. However, studies that examine the combined influence of digital marketing, entrepreneurial passion, and self-efficacy on MSMEs' sustainability—especially among cooperative members—are still limited. This study analyzes their influence on MSMEs in Cisarua and Cijeruk districts, Bogor Regency, using a quantitative approach with census sampling of 62 cooperative-member MSMEs. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS 19. The results show that digital marketing, entrepreneurial passion, and self-efficacy each significantly influence business sustainability, both partially and simultaneously. These findings offer insights for researchers, policymakers, and MSME actors, and encourage further studies across various sectors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of workload, education skills, and autonomy on job satisfaction, moderated by digital skills. This research is classified as quantitative research. The population of this study consists of employees at the Central Office of the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling, resulting in a sample size of 140 employees from the Central Office of the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries. The data analysis technique employed in this study uses Partial Least Squares (PLS). PLS is a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach. The results show that: 1) Workload has a significant and positive effect on Job Satisfaction; 2) Educational Skill has a significant and positive effect on Job Satisfaction; 3) Autonomy has a significant and positive effect on Job Satisfaction; 4) Digital Skill cannot moderate the effect of Workload on Job Satisfaction; 5) Digital Skill cannot moderate the effect of Educational Skill on Job Satisfaction; and 6) Digital Skill cannot moderate the effect of Autonomy on Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

The Community Service Program (PkM) in Karang Tengah Village, Babakan Madang District, Bogor Regency, addressed the challenges faced by local coffee-based MSMEs, particularly Kopi Gunung Wangun Dua, which lacked strong product identity, systematic financial management, and effective use of digital platforms. This program aimed to strengthen MSME capacity through integrated digital empowerment combining creative design, online marketing, and digital finance. The implementation followed five stages: observation, interviews, discussions, analysis, and direct training and mentoring. The results showed significant improvements: (1) stronger product branding through logos, trademarks, and professional packaging using Canva and CapCut, (2) wider market access via social media and marketplaces supported by digital marketing strategies, (3) improved financial literacy with training on bookkeeping, cost of production, and pricing, and (4) enhanced business legitimacy through the issuance of a Business Identification Number (NIB). These outcomes demonstrate that the PkM successfully fostered professional and sustainable business practices by integrating digital tools with participatory mentoring. The novelty of this program lies in the combined use of creative applications and digital finance training, which effectively increased the competitiveness and resilience of local MSMEs in a digital economy.

Abstract

In an increasingly disruptive era, businesses have yet to keep pace with the level of competition, particularly in digitalization. Their businesses remain traditional and conventional, necessitating solutions to achieve the desired success. The purpose of this Community Service program is to empower the digitalization of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) as members of the Koperasi Desa Merah Putih (KDMP) in achieving business success, in Bojong Koneng Village, Babakan Madang District, Bogor Regency. The utilization of digital platforms includes: digital training/competency (Canva, CapCut); digital marketing for social media (TikTok, Instagram) and marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia); and digital finance (simple bookkeeping, the BukuWarung app, and digital payments using QRIS). This Community Service activity aims to address these challenges. Empowerment is carried out to increase the understanding of MSMEs as members of the KDMP in carrying out digitalization as well as practicing it using several digital platforms, so they can compete with other competitors in achieving business success. The activity method is carried out in several stages, namely: planning, socialization, workshop, technology implementation, mentoring and evaluation, and program sustainability. The results of this Community Service are characterized by the enthusiasm and ability of MSMEs in receiving materials and being able to practice utilizing digital platforms. This Community Service is very important, impactful, and beneficial for MSMEs, especially in Bojong Koneng village. This research can be used as a guide by academics, business actors, and stakeholders, and it is hoped that in the future research can be conducted in other fields and sectors.
