Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, ancaman, untuk menyusun IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary) dan EFAS (Eksternal Factor Analysis Summary). Penelitian ini merupakan jenis kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode analisis SWOT yaitu analisis yang mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal usaha. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, kepada Informan Kunci dan Informan Utama lutfhi Mart dan komputer. Pada strategi stabilitas, strategi yang diterapkan meningkatkan kualitas produk, memepertahankan harga dan ketersediaan produk yang ada, mengembangkan promosi dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang lebih canggih. Hasil dari analisis SWOT Lutfhi Mart dan Komputer ini mempunyai strategi pertama yaitu strategi S-O dimana strategi ini memanfaatkan kekuatan perusahaan untuk meraih peluang yang ada pada lingkungan luar, guna memperoleh keuntungan bagi perusahaan, berikut beberapa strateginya, kelengkapan produk tetap dijaga, memanfaatkan lokasi yang strategis untuk membuka cabang serta menarik konsumen, meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan.

Abstract

This Community Service aims to determine the effect of changes in increasing buying and selling to meet customer satisfaction at the Taplau Helmet Shop. Changes are very influential in the productivity of buying and selling in this shop, especially changes in weather conditions, good productivity really determines customer satisfaction. Problems found when conducting research are: sales and purchases at this shop are uncertain, there are many competitors who have similar businesses. The solution to this problem is to increase sales both offline and online, set a wiser strategy, provide more varied prices than competitors. This article was prepared by observation, collecting data in interviews, and documentation. The research results show that customer satisfaction depends on the buying and selling productivity provided by the shop

Abstract

This Community Service aims to find out J&T Cargo efforts to make changes in the era of digital technology. Change is the change of situation from the old to the new. Change is a difference in circumstances from a certain phase to another phase. Changes made by J&T Cargo Padang in digital technology such as e-commerce platforms. for example shopee, lazada, olx, etc. with the development of this technology, it has made quite good changes by increasing the delivery of goods, as well as the payment system with mobile banking and QRIS barcodes, so that payments from both customers and J&T Cargo are easier and faster, there is a COD (Cash On) system Delivery) check first, and there is a new system, namely, a real time or recession system. This article was prepared by observation, collecting data in interviews, and documentation. The research results show that J&T Cargo Marapalam Padang adheres to the Emergent Change theory, which shows that J&T Cargo is able to make critical or sudden changes by having to adapt and this is a must considering current technological developments which provide quite large advantages and benefits.

Abstract

This Community Service aims to find out the Change Management Strategy to Increase Customer Interest by Utilizing Technology at Café Greete Lubeg. Technology plays a crucial role in facing these challenges. The use of technology can not only improve operational efficiency, but also provide a better experience for customers. From online ordering systems, loyalty apps, to social media for promotions, the use of technology can create closer interactions between cafes and customers. Change management at Greete Café aims to ensure businesses are able to adapt to evolving market dynamics, technology, and customer needs.

Abstract

The Amrizal Daily Shop in Lubuk Begalung, Padang City, faces challenges in maintaining competitiveness amidst increasingly competitive market dynamics. This research aims to design an effective change management strategy to increase store competitiveness. A qualitative descriptive approach was used in this research, with data collection methods in the form of interviews, observation and document analysis. The research results show that the success of change management depends on five main aspects: analysis of the internal and external environment, establishing a clear change vision, employee empowerment, use of digital technology, and customization of customer service. Implementation of this strategy succeeded in increasing operational efficiency, customer satisfaction and the store's competitive advantage. With a planned strategy and active participation from all parties, Toko Harian Amrizal can adapt to market changes and create added value for customers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pengembangan karir dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada Kantor BPBD Kabupaten Agam. Metode yang digunakan adalah Structur Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. Dengan mengedarkan kuesioner sebanyak 56 responden. Hasil analisis data menyimpulkan, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengembangan karir terhadap motivasi kerja. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap motivasi kerja. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of human resource planning and development in the small enterprise Kripik Balado Salsabila, located in Kubu Dalam Parak Karakah. In the face of market competition and the need for business sustainability, human resource management becomes a crucial aspect. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. The results show that human resource planning is carried out informally based on production needs, while human resource development is implemented through on-the-job training. The main supporting factors include a harmonious work environment and operational flexibility, while inhibiting factors consist of limited funding and the absence of a structured HR management system. In conclusion, human resource planning and development play a significant role in improving productivity and sustaining the business operations of this small enterprise.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how big the influence of organizational culture and leadership on employee performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variable at the KUD Sinar Makmur Dharmasraya Office. The research variables are Organizational Culture (X1), Leadership (X2), Employee Performance (Y), and Organizational Commitment (Z). The method of collecting data is through surveys and distributing questionnaires to employees as respondents. The analytical method used is the test of the outer model and the inner model using the SmartPLS 3.0 data processing tool. The results show (a) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment of 7.771 with a significant level (0.000 <0.05) (b) Leadership has a positive and insignificant effect on Organizational Commitment of 1.672 with a significant level (0.067>0.05) (c) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance of 2,321 with a significant level (0.027 <0.05) (d) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, of 12,993 with a significant level (0.000 <0.05) (e) Organizational Commitment has a positive effect and not significant to Employee Performance of 2,095 with a significant level (0.049 <0.05) (f) Organizational Culture has a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance through Organizational Commitment of 1.883 with a significant level (0.070> 0.05) (g) Leadership positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance Through Organizational Commitment r 1.486 with a significant level (0.162>0.05). Based on the results of this study, it is expected that KUD Sinar Makmur Dharmasraya employees can improve their performance by improving leadership, and increasing organizational commitment.
