Abstract

Purpose — To examine the influence of customer service quality on customer engagement to use Indosat Ooredoo products.Research method — This research employs a quantitative approach with simple linear regression analysis techniques. Primary data was obtained through distributing questionnaires. Samples in this study were 100 respondents from Indosat Ooredoo Store Wahidin Cirebon.Result — The findings indicated that customer service quality has a significant effect on customer decisions. R2 is called as the determinant coefficient which in this case is 51.2%. It can be interpreted that the influence of customer service quality reached 51.2% of on customer engagement at Indosat Ooredoo, while the remaining 48.8% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh iklim organisasi dan disiplin kerja secara simultan terhadap produktivitas kerja, pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap produktivitas kerja, dan pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai Badan Pengelolaan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Kuningan.Hipotesis yang diajukan pada penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh iklim organisasi dan disiplin kerja secara simultan terhadap produktivitas kerja, iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas kerja, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode survey dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai Badan Pengelolaan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Kuningan berjumlah 54 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh sehingga semua populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi lapangan menggunakan angket yang dianalisis dengan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh iklim organisasi dan disiplin kerja secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Hal tersebut mengindikasikan iklim organisasi dan disiplin kerja merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai pada suatu organisasi. Saran yang disampaikan yaitu pimpinan Badan Pengelolaan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Kuningan sebaiknya melakukan pembinaan yang lebih memadai kepada pegawai dan meningkatkan pengawasan kepada pegawai secara intensif.Kata Kunci: Iklim Organisasi, Disiplin Kerja, Produktivitas Kerja. This research aims to determine the effect of organizational climate and work discipline simultaneously on work productivity, the effect of organizational climate on work productivity, and the effect of work discipline on employees work productivity of Kuningan Regency Regional Revenue Management Agency.The hypothesis proposed in this research were that there was a simultaneous effect of organizational climate and work discipline on work productivity, organizational climate had a positive effect on work productivity, and work discipline had a positive effect on work productivity.The research method used was a survey method with a descriptive and verification approach. The research population was all of 54 employees of the Kuningan Regency Regional Revenue Management Agency. The sampling technique used saturated sampling so that the entire population was used as the research sample. The data collection techniques through field studies used questionnaires analyzed used multiple linear regression.The results of the research show that there was a simultaneous and significant effect of organizational climate and work discipline on work productivity, organizational climate had a significantly positive effect on work productivity, and work discipline had a significant positive effect on work productivity. This indicates that organizational climate and work discipline were factors that affect employee work productivity in an organization.The suggestion given was that the leadership of the Kuningan Regency Regional Revenue Management Agency should provide more adequate training to employees and increase intensive supervision of employees.Keywords: Organizational Climate, Work Discipline, Work Productivity.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberdayaan dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan terhadap semangat kerja, pengaruh pemberdayaan terhadap semangat kerja, dan pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap semangat kerja pegawai pada Badan Pengelolaan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Kuningan.Hipotesis yang diajukan pada penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh pemberdayaan dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan terhadap semangat kerja, pemberdayaan berpengaruh positif terhadap semangat kerja, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap semangat kerja.Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai Badan Pengelolaan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Kuningan sebanyak 54 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling sehingga semua populasi diteliti. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner berskala likert yang dianalisis dengan regresi linear berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pemberdayaan dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja, pemberdayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja.Saran yang disampaikan yaitu pimpinan selalu menyediakan waktu dalam mengkomunikasikan masalah kerja, berkomunikasi secara terbuka, menyediakan fasilitas kerja yang lebih memacu semangat kerja, memberikan kesempatan bagi pegawai untuk berkembang, serta melakukan pengawasan secara lebih intensif.Kata Kunci: Pemberdayaan, Lingkungan Kerja, Semangat Kerja. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of empowerment and work environment simultaneously on work morale, the effect of empowerment on work morale, and the effect of work environment on work morale of employees at the Kuningan Regency Regional Revenue Management Agency.The hypothesis proposed in this research was that there was a simultaneous effect of empowerment and work environment on work morale, empowerment had a positive effect on work morale, and work environment had a positive effect on work morale.The research method used was correlational descriptive method. The research population was all 54 employees of Kuningan Regency Regional Revenue Management Agency. Sampling used total sampling so that the entire population was studied. The data collection technique was through a likert scale questionnaire which was analyzed used multiple linear regression.The results of the research showed that there was a simultaneous and significant effect of empowerment and work environment on work morale, empowerment had a positive and significant effect on work morale, and work environment had a positive and significant effect on work morale.The advice given was that leaders always make time to communicate work problems, communicate openly, provide work facilities that stimulate work enthusiasm, provide opportunities for employees to develop, and carry out more intensive supervision.Keywords: Empowerment, Work Environment, Work Perfromance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh insentif, kepemimpinan transformasional dan karakteristik individu terhadap komitmen organisasi pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kuningan. Insentif merupan sesuatu hal yang sangat disenangi oleh setiap karyawan dari suatu lembaga maupun perusahaan karena dengan pemberian insentif yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan tersebut mampu memberikan semangat bagi karyawan sehingga dalam bekerja bisa menjadi lebih termotivasi. Sampel yang ditetapkan sejumlah 80 pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan cara observasi dan kuesioner. Penelitian ini dilakukan guna untuk mengetahui pengaruh Insentif, kepemimpinan transformasional dan karakteristik individu terhadap komitmen organisasi di lembaga Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kuningan. Dari penelitian didapat suatu kesimpulan bahwa peranan insentif ini menunjukan nilai tertinggi dengan dimensi Kinerja dengan nilai 3,766 yang dapat dikategorikan baik. Variabel kepemimpinan transformasional dengan nilai 3.726 dapat dikategorikan baik pula. Variabel karakteristik individu dengan nilai 3,675 dikategorikan baik pula serta variabel komitmen individu dengan nilai 3,655 dikatakan baik pula. Oleh karena itu peranan Insentif kepemimpinan transformasional dan karakteristik individu di Badan Pendapan Daerah Kota Kuningan berperan baik terhadap komitmen organisasi.Kata Kunci : Insentif, Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Karakteristik Individu, Komitmen Organisasi. This research aims to determine the influence of incentives, transformational leadership, and individual characteristics on organizational commitment at the Kuningan Regional Revenue Agency. Incentives are highly valued by employees of any institution or company because they can boost enthusiasm and motivation at work. The sample size for this study was 80 employees. This research employs descriptive analysis methods. The techniques used for data collection were observation and questionnaires. The study was conducted to assess the impact of incentives, transformational leadership, and individual characteristics on organizational commitment at the Kuningan Regional Revenue Agency. The research concluded that incentives play the most significant role in the performance dimension, with a value of 3.766, which is categorized as good. The transformational leadership variable, with a value of 3.726, is also categorized as good. The individual characteristics variable, with a value of 3.675, and the individual commitment variable, with a value of 3.655, are both categorized as good. Therefore, incentives, transformational leadership, and individual characteristics at the Kuningan Regional Revenue Agency positively contribute to organizational commitment.Keywords: Incentives, Transformational Leadership, Individual Characteristics, Organizational Commitment.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, dan motivasi baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Pengelolaan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Kuningan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode survey dengan pendekatakan deskriptif verifikatif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai Badan Pengelolaan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Kuningan berjumlah 54 orang. Semua populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian melalui teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang dianalisis melalui regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa ada pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, dan motivasi secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Motivasi, dan Kinerja Pegawai. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of transformational leadership and motivation both simultaneously and partially on the performance of employees of the Regional Revenue Management Agency of Kuningan Regency. The research method used is a survey method with a descriptive verification approach. The research population was all 54 employees of the Regional Revenue Management Agency of Kuningan Regency. All populations were used as research samples using saturated sampling techniques. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire which is analyzed through multiple linear regression. Based on the research results, it can be seen that there is a simultaneous and significant influence of transformational leadership, and motivation on employee performance, transformational leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, and motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Abstract

General Background: Cooperatives play a crucial role in enhancing member welfare, with factors like member performance, work motivation, and financial systems directly influencing outcomes. Specific Background: In Sharia-based cooperatives, the financing system adheres to Islamic principles, providing a distinct framework for assessing its impact on welfare. However, research on the combined effect of these variables in such cooperatives remains limited. Knowledge Gap: Despite the significance of performance and motivation in driving cooperative success, the relationship between these factors and welfare, alongside the role of the Sharia financing system, is underexplored in the cooperative context. Aims: This study aims to analyze the influence of member performance, work motivation, and the Sharia financing system on member welfare in the BMT Anugrah Cooperative, Cirebon. Results: A survey-based quantitative method was employed, with data collected from cooperative members and analyzed using multiple regression. Findings reveal that member performance and work motivation significantly and positively impact welfare. Additionally, the Sharia financing system contributes positively to welfare improvement. Novelty: This study highlights the critical role of the Sharia financing system, alongside performance and motivation, as key drivers of welfare in Sharia-compliant cooperatives, an area that has received limited attention in prior research. Implications: The results suggest that enhancing member performance and motivation, coupled with optimizing Sharia-based financial services, can serve as effective strategies for improving welfare. These insights offer valuable guidance for cooperative management in formulating policies aimed at sustainable welfare improvement in Sharia cooperatives.

Abstract

Effectiveness denotes the extent to which management operations successfully achieve predetermined objectives. The profitability and sustainability of a firm are largely dependent on the efficiency of its workforce. Therefore, ensuring that the organization's resources function as efficiently as possible is essential. Factors affecting employee productivity include leadership style, job discipline, and supervision. This study aims to evaluate the influence of leadership style, work discipline, and work supervision on employee effectiveness at the Cirebon Regency Regional Secretariat Office in the General Section. This research was conducted at the General Section of the Cirebon Regency Regional Secretariat office. This research is categorized as causal associative research utilizing a quantitative methodology, signifying that the entire population serves as the sample for the study. The employed data sources consist of primary and secondary data, utilizing data collection methods such as questionnaires, observation, and documentation. Data analysis methodologies encompass instrument evaluation (validity and reliability assessments), descriptive percentage analysis, classical assumption verification, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing utilizing SPSS for Windows version 22.0. The study results indicate that the three independent variables have a significantly positive effect on the dependent variable. The results suggest that the t count for all variables exceeds the t table value of 2.051, demonstrating a significant effect of variable X1 on variable Y at 4.085, variable X2 on variable Y at 4.014, and variable X3 on variable Y at 3.310, with a significance level of α = 5% (p < 0.05). Additionally, the findings of the hypothesis test yielded a value of 35.532, which exceeds 2.975. The R Square value of 0.804 indicates that Leadership Style (X1), Work Discipline (X2), and Work Supervision (X3) account for 80.4% of the variance in Employee Performance (Y). The remaining 19.6% is influenced by unassessed variables. The R-value indicates a strong correlation between the three independent factors and the dependent variable in this study.

Abstract

Budget efficiency is crucial for the financial sustainability and service quality of public healthcare institutions. This study examines the influence of employee satisfaction on budget efficiency performance in the Financial Department of Gunung Jati Regional Hospital, Cirebon City, with work motivation as an intervening variable. Utilizing an explanatory research design, data were collected from 42 financial department employees through questionnaires, employing a 5-point Likert scale. The study also incorporated secondary financial data to strengthen the analysis. Multiple regression and path analysis, conducted using SPSS and AMOS software, revealed a significant positive relationship between employee satisfaction and budget efficiency performance, with work motivation playing a mediating role. Findings indicate that higher employee satisfaction enhances work motivation, which in turn improves budget efficiency. These results highlight the importance of implementing policies that enhance job satisfaction and motivation, such as optimizing benefits, career development programs, and performance-based incentives. The study contributes to the existing literature on financial and human resource management in public healthcare settings and provides practical recommendations for improving budget performance at regional hospitals in Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract: Background. Real Work Lecture (KKN) has transformed, focusing on community empowerment and sustainable development. KKN provides benefits for students, the community, and universities. Methods. In Dusun III, Kedungjaya Village, STIE KKN students carried out a community service program, cleaning the environment and increasing awareness of cleanliness. Result. As a result, the environment is cleaner, social relations improve, and the risk of disease decreases. Conclusion.This activity instills the values of mutual cooperation and environmental awareness, proving the positive synergy between students, the community, and universities in advancing the village. Implementation. Mutual cooperation activities organized by KKN students in Dusun III, Kedungjaya Village has succeeded in achieving its main objective, namely creating a healthy environment. which is cleaner and healthier. Through the active involvement of students, village officials, and local community, this activity not only improves environmental cleanliness, but also strengthen social relations between residents.
