Abstract

The research was conducted on Jl. SM Raja, Km. 5, 5, Harjosari 1 Village, Medan Amplas District. The aim is to describe what the management of incoming and outgoing mail looks like in improving the archival management of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Univa Medan. By conducting interviews with the Head of the Madrasah. Current developments in the field of technology are increasing, requiring an organization or educational institution to use a computerized system. Madrasah Tsanawiyah Univa Medan handles several letters every day from various parties such as research letters from students, letters from official offices, letters from foundations and other letters that are official and formal in nature. Research Methodology uses data collection methods and design methods to create and design information systems that are appropriate and effective as desired. The results achieved are the Administration Information System for Incoming and Outgoing Letters at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Univa Medan to simplify and improve the performance of employees who take care of mail management. In conclusion, managing incoming and outgoing mail is very important to improve performance and make it easier to find mail information. The data is presented and processed and presented using analytical methods

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan seperti apa metode pembelajaran dan bagaimana implementasi Pembelajaran Yang Efektif, Inovatif dan Kreatif di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Swasta Ex PGA Proyek Univa Medan. Dengan melakukan wawancara dengan wakil kepala madrasah kesiswaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan wawancara kemudian dijabarkan dalam bentuk deskripsi. Dalam penelitian ini ditunjukkan agar mengetahui bagaimana Metode Pembelajaran Di MTS EX PGA Proyek Univa Medan dan Implementasi Metode Pembelajaran efektif dan kreatif Di MTS EX PGA Proyek Univa Medan.

Abstract

Digitization of supercases is a strategic step to improve the efficiency and security of documents in educational institutions. This study assesses the implementation of increasing digitization of MTS Expga Univa Medan and its impact on the effectiveness of character and document management. This study uses a qualitative approach using data recording techniques through observation, interviews and documents. This study shows that digitization accelerates character distribution, minimizes the risk of document loss, and improves structured archiving systems. However, there are challenges in terms of human resources and digital infrastructure that need to be improved. Communication Digitization is an effective solution in supporting school management and administration in a modern and efficient way.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the evaluation of education and training programs organized by the Human Resources Development Agency of North Sumatra Province. The main focus of this study is to assess the effectiveness of training using the four-level evaluation approach developed by Kirkpatrick, namely evaluation at the level of reaction, learning, behavioral change, and final results. The methodological approach used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through direct observation and in-depth interviews with training participants and program organizers. The study shows that the training program makes a significant contribution to improving participant competence, especially in terms of technical skills and professional attitudes. In addition, there was also a positive shift in the work behavior of participants after participating in the training. However, the implementation process still faces several obstacles, such as limited facilities and less than optimal training time. This evaluation has a strategic role in ensuring the quality of the training program and becoming the basis for decision making for continuous improvement. Therefore, the results of this evaluation are not only useful in the context of the program being studied, but can also be a reference in designing training policies based on needs for human resource development in the public sector in general.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis strategi yang diterapkan oleh kepala sekolah dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja guru di MTS EXPGA UNIVA Medan, serta mengevaluasi faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat efektivitas implementasi strategi tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian mencakup kepala sekolah, guru, dan tenaga kependidikan yang relevan. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah menerapkan berbagai strategi terintegrasi, seperti pembinaan rutin melalui pertemuan reflektif, pelaksanaan supervisi akademik yang berorientasi pada perbaikan instruksional, pemberian motivasi melalui pendekatan personal dan kolektif, serta fasilitasi pelatihan dan pengembangan profesional guru secara berkelanjutan. Strategi ini mencerminkan pelaksanaan fungsi-fungsi kepemimpinan EMASLIM yang efektif dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan institusi. Adapun faktor pendukung dalam pelaksanaan strategi tersebut meliputi tingginya komitmen guru dalam mengembangkan diri, partisipasi aktif komite sekolah, serta budaya kerja kolaboratif di lingkungan sekolah. Sementara itu, faktor penghambatnya meliputi keterbatasan fasilitas pembelajaran, beban administratif guru, dan alokasi waktu yang kurang memadai untuk kegiatan pengembangan. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa kepemimpinan strategis kepala sekolah memainkan peran sentral dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang profesional, inovatif, dan adaptif terhadap dinamika pendidikan. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi lembaga pendidikan lain dalam merumuskan kebijakan peningkatan kinerja guru yang berkelanjutan..
