Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatan kemampuan motorik halus anak dengan kegiatan mencetak menggunakan bahan alam pelepah pisang di kelompok B2 usia 5-6 tahun pada Taman kanak-kanak Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal II Palopo, penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Tindakan kelas, dengan jumlah anak didik sebanyak 14 orang anak yang terdiri dari 4 orang anak berjenis kelamin laki-laki, dan 10 orang anak berjenis kelamin perempuan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara dokumentasi, wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dengan menggunakan media cetak pelepah pisang dapat meningkatkan perkembagan kemampuan motorik halus anak, hal ini terlihat dari capaian perkembangan kemampuan motorik halus anak kelompok B2 dengan kegiatan mencetak menggunakan media pelepah pisang, hasil observasi motorik halus anak fase prasiklus rata-rata nilai persentasenya yaitu sebesar 36,9% berada pada kategori kurang berkembang sehingga tidak mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan yaitu antara 76% sampai dengan 100%. nilai persentase kemampuan motorik halus anak pada siklus I rata-rata 67,8% dan berada pada kategori berkembang sesuai harapan namun belum mencapai target indikator keberhasilan yang telah ditentukan yaitu 76%-100%. Dan pada siklus tahap kedua rata-rata persentase kemampuan motorik halus anak sebesar 91,7% yang sudah memenuhi kriteria berkembang sangat baik dan mencapai indikator keberhasilan yang telah ditentukan yaitu 76%-100%.

Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT PDAM Tirta Bukae Luwu Utara. Jenis penelitian yang di gunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan tehnik pengumpulan data yang di gunakan yaitu opservasi, kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh karyawan PT. PDAM Tirta Bukae Luwu Utara. Penentuan jumlah sampel yaitu jumlah populasi 75 dan sampel 75 dengan menggunakan pertimbangan sampel minimum. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu regresi linier. Hasil penelitian yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja memberikan pengaruh positif tetapi tidak memiliki peran signifikan dalam menentukan kinerja karyawan.

The role of teachers is very important not only in stimulating children's cognition but also in terms of being role models to shape the character of students so that they have commendable morals. This study aims to describe the application of teacher exemplary methods in the formation of commendable morals of students at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Minasa Upa Kindergarten. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data were collected through student observations and interviews with teachers. The focus of the study is on the application of teacher exemplary methods in everyday life in the school environment. Data analysis uses descriptive. The study results indicate that applying teacher exemplary methods at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Minasa Upa Kindergarten is implemented through various habituation programs integrated into daily activities. The program includes the habit of praying on time in the congregation, speaking well and politely to friends and teachers, maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of oneself and the school environment, instilling an attitude of helping each other in everyday life, and cultivating an attitude of forgiving each other to create harmonious relationships. In addition, commendable moral values such as honesty, responsibility, patience, discipline, and respect for others are also instilled through consistent role models from teachers. These programs are designed not only to shape the character of students with commendable morals but also to create a conducive school atmosphere as a learning environment based on moral and spiritual values.

This study explores the role of digital leadership and digital capabilities in improving employee dynamic capabilities and employee digital performance in the micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) sector in Indonesia. With an integrative approach, this study tests the relationship between these variables using a theoretical model based on quantitative methods. The results of the study show that digital leadership has a significant influence in creating an adaptive and collaborative work culture, while employee digital capabilities increase innovation and productivity. Employee dynamic capabilities were found to be a key mediator that strengthens the relationship between digital capabilities and employee digital performance. This study provides theoretical contributions by integrating these variables in the context of MSMEs and offers practical implications for MSME leaders in optimizing digital technology for business sustainability in the era of digital transformation. This study also underlines the need for strategic policies and training that support digitalization to improve the competitiveness of MSMEs.

This research aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, organizational culture and work environment on employee performance at PT. Bank Sulselbar Palopo Branch. By using a quantitative approach and multiple linear analysis techniques, the population used was 50 employees, where the entire population was sampled through census techniques with data collection methods using questionnaires. The research results show that (1) Work Discipline has a significant and influential effect on Employee Performance at PT. Bank Sulselbar Palopo Branch. (2) Organizational culture does not have a significant influence on employee performance at PT. Bank Sulselbar Palopo Branch. (3) The work environment has an influence, but not significantly, on employee performance at PT. Bank Sulselbar Palopo Branch.

Financial literacy has an important role in family financial planning and management, especially among housewives who are responsible for managing family finances. This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy on family financial planning and management among housewives. Using a quantitative survey method, data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 211 housewife respondents in Tede Hamlet, and analyzed using linear regression. The results of the study show that the level of financial literacy has a significant and positive effect on the ability of housewives to prepare budgets, manage income and expenses, and make wise financial decisions. These findings confirm the importance of financial literacy education for housewives to improve family welfare.

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial attitudes and financial abilities on financial welfare through digital financial literacy in MSME actors in Pancasila Field, Palopo City. Using a quantitative approach with a sample of 138 MSME actors, this study examined the direct and indirect relationships between variables using the PLS-SEM analysis technique. The results show that financial attitudes and financial ability have a significant positive influence on digital financial literacy, which in turn has a positive impact on financial well-being. A positive financial attitude can increase digital financial literacy, which then improves financial management and financial welfare of MSME actors. In addition, financial ability also plays an important role in facilitating the understanding of digital financial technology, which ultimately supports the improvement of financial well-being. This study suggests the importance of digital financial literacy education to empower MSME actors in managing their finances more efficiently and effectively.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menentukan bagaimana gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan budaya organisasi memengaruhi kinerja pegawai di Kantor Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Luwu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan populasi seluruh pegawai berjumlah 72. Dikarenakan populasi kurang dari 100, maka metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan sampling jenuh dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 72 pegawai. Regresi linear berganda adalah metode analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa (1) gaya kepemimpinan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai di Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Luwu secara positif dan signifikan; (2) motivasi kerja mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai di Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Luwu secara positif dan signifikan; dan (3) budaya organisasi mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai di Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Luwu secara positif dan signifikan.
