Abstract

Abstract: With the rapid development of social media, makeup artists face the challenge of constantly adapting to changing digital trends that affect how they build relationships with their audiences and market their services effectively. This study discusses effective digital marketing management strategies for makeup artists (MUAs) in the era of social media, focusing on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This literature study found that personal branding, educational content, collaboration with influencers, and data analysis are essential for attracting and retaining audiences and increasing loyalty. The main challenges include fierce competition, algorithm changes, and consistently producing quality content. These findings highlight the importance of developing digital marketing skills for MUAs to strengthen their competitiveness and visibility in the beauty industry.Keywords: Social Media, Digital Marketing, Makeup Artist, Personal Branding, Challenges.

Abstract

Abstract: Staffing supervision is crucial in human resource management to improve organizational performance. This article evaluates the effectiveness of using personnel supervision instruments through a literature review. Supervision instruments, such as performance appraisal forms, interviews, and direct observations, have been proven to provide objective information about employee performance and support appropriate decision-making. This study shows that systematic supervision improves employee motivation and performance and creates deep job satisfaction. However, implementing supervision faces challenges such as a lack of supervisor training, employee resistance, and limited resources. With this analysis, the article recommends improving supervisor training, supporting organizational policies, and integrating technology into the supervision process. This strategy is expected to maximize the positive impact of supervision on individual and organizational performance.Keywords: personnel supervision, organizational performance, supervision instruments, human resource management, job satisfaction.

Abstract

This systematic literature review addresses the gap in understanding how self-efficacy, entrepreneurial motivation, and field experience influence students' entrepreneurship interest through entrepreneurial attitudes. Despite growing attention to student entrepreneurship, limited comprehensive analysis exists on these key predictors and their integration in educational contexts. Following PRISMA protocol, we systematically searched Scopus database for articles published between 2015-2025. Using predetermined keywords combining self-efficacy, entrepreneurial motivation, field experience, and entrepreneurial intention among students, we identified 482 articles. After rigorous screening applying inclusion and exclusion criteria, 74 articles were selected for comprehensive analysis (15.4% inclusion rate). Data extraction covered bibliographic information, study characteristics, theoretical frameworks, variables, and key findings. Analysis revealed significant temporal growth from 2 articles (2015) to 16 articles (2024), with average 27.92 citations per article and 18.9% high-impact publications (>50 citations). Variable distribution showed entrepreneurial intention dominance (89.2%), followed by entrepreneurial attitude (28.4%) and self-efficacy (23.0%), while entrepreneurial motivation and field experience were critically underexplored (1.4% each). Geographic analysis indicated global context dominance (82.4%) with limited Indonesian research (2.7%). Theoretical framework analysis revealed 91.9% articles lacked explicit theoretical foundation, with Theory of Planned Behavior used in only 5.4% studies. Self-efficacy emerges as the primary psychological predictor supporting Social Cognitive Theory, while entrepreneurial attitude functions as crucial mediator in Theory of Planned Behavior. Critical gaps include absence of integrative models combining all three variables, lack of longitudinal studies (0%), and limited contextual research in Indonesia. These findings provide essential guidance for developing comprehensive entrepreneurship curricula emphasizing self-efficacy development, practical experience integration, and motivation enhancement systems for fostering student entrepreneurship interest.

Abstract

This research presents the development and implementation of an innovative e-module that integrates flipped book technology with employability skills learning for body spa material in a Vocational High School. Using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4, this study examines the relationships between Integrated E-Modules, Learning Motivation, Self-Efficacy, Body SPA Skills, and Employability Skills. Data were collected from 64 vocational high school students specialising in the Body Spa subject (32 in the experimental group and 32 in the control group) using validated instruments. Results show that Integrated E-Modules significantly enhance students’ learning motivation and Self-Efficacy, with the experimental group demonstrating a 21.6% increase in skills compared to the control group (7.7%). Self-efficacy proved to be a key mediator in the relationship between Integrated E-Modules and Body Spa  Skills, while Learning Motivation did not show a significant mediating role. This research contributes to educational technology literature by identifying the psychological mechanisms underlying the effectiveness of learning technology in supporting quality education in practical vocational fields.

Abstract

Kecantikan bagi wanita merupakan hal yang sangat penting, sehingga seorang wanita selalu memperhatikan kecantikannya. Untuk mejaga kecantikan harus perawatan pada kulit dapat menggunakan kosmetika skincare agar terhindar dari masalah kulit seperti jerawat. Salah satu kosmetik skincare yaitu masker. Dalam uji fitokimia daun kelor kombinasi perasan mentimun mengadung senyawa aktif seperti: flavonoid, saponin tanin dan vitamin c yang terbukti sebagai antibakteri jerawat terhadap p.acne. Tujuan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kandungan senyawa yang ada di dalam ekstrak daun kelor kombinasi perasan mentimun dengan perbandingan yaitu: F1 (ekstrak daun kelor 1,50 : ekstrak perasan mentimun 0,50), F2 (ekstrak daun kelor 2,50 : ekstrak perasan mentimun 0,50), dan F3 (ekstrak daun kelor 3,50 : ekstrak perasan mentimun 0,50). Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan memeriksa kandungan senyawa ekstrak daun kelor kombinasi perasan mentimun. Hasil dari pemeriksaan skrining fitokimia didapatkan hasil Flavonoid (F1=+, F2=+, dan F3=+), Saponin (F1=+, F2=+, dan F3=+), Tanin (F1=+, F2=+, dan F3=+), dan Vitamin C (F1=+, F2=+, dan F3=+).

Abstract

National education is rooted in religious and cultural values and is responsive to the demands of changing times. With changing times, teachers are required to be able to adapt to changes in the education system which is also developing. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of using the Merdeka Mengajar Platform in improving teacher competency. This research used a qualitative descriptive method with the research subjects being all teachers at SMKN 1 Singingi Hilir. Data was collected using instruments in the form of questionnaires distributed via Google Form. The results of this research show that the Merdeka Mengajar Platform has a significant impact on improving the competency and performance of teachers at SMKN 1 Singingi Hilir. Through features such as Self-Training and Teaching Tools, this platform helps teachers develop pedagogical, technological, and professional competencies.

Abstract

Vocational education in Vocational High Schools (SMK) plays an essential role in equipping students with relevant skills. To ensure a successful learning process, regular evaluation is needed. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of using digital media as an evaluation tool in vocational education at SMK. Using a systematic literature review method, this study examines various relevant scholarly articles on the implementation of digital evaluation media in vocational subjects at SMK. The findings indicate that digital evaluation tools, such as Wordwall, Quizizz, Edmodo, Kahoot, and Google Forms, play a significant role in improving student outcomes, engagement, and motivation. These digital tools facilitate interactive and efficient evaluation, support more adaptive and objective assessment processes, and provide faster feedback.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur efektivitas penggunaan Kahoot dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran Informatika siswa kelas XI Akuntansi di SMKN 1 Singingi Hilir, Riau. Masalah yang diidentifikasi adalah rendahnya hasil belajar siswa yang disebabkan oleh penggunaan media pembelajaran yang kurang menarik, sehingga mempengaruhi keaktifan siswa dalam memahami materi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen yang dikategorikan sebagai kuasi-eksperimen dengan desain pretest-posttest control group. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI Akuntansi di SMKN 1 Singingi Hilir, Riau pada tahun ajaran 2023/2024, dengan total 25 siswa. Untuk mengukur efektivitas, dilakukan pretest sebelum penggunaan Kahoot dalam pembelajaran, dan posttest setelah pembelajaran menggunakan Kahoot. Hasil posttest dianalisis menggunakan uji prasyarat, N-Gain Score, dan effect size. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya peningkatan nilai siswa yang menggunakan Kahoot dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol. Dengan demikian, penggunaan Kahoot terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan hasil nilai effect size 1,5
