Abstract

Penulis melakukan perencanaan manajemen konstruksi pada Pembangunan Kantor Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir Empat Lantai di Jalan Abdul Rahman Saleh, Kota Pontianak yang sebelumnya telah dilakukan perencanaan struktur dan gambar rencana. Oleh karena itu, untuk mewujudkan pembangunan Gedung Kantor Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir diperlukan perencanaan manajemen konstruksi yang tepat, agar proses pembangunan Gedung Kantor ini berjalan dengan lancar, tepat waktu, efisien dan mutu yang diinginkan dapat tercapai. Maka dari itu, Penulis merencanakan sistem manajemen konstruksi pembangunan Gedung Kantor Ekakurir yang dijadikan judul pada penelitian ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembahasan manajemen konstruksi ini adalah sistem manjemen biaya, mutu, waktu, Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dan Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) pada pekerjaan struktur yang meliputi pondasi, balok, kolom dan plat lantai. Berdasarkan hasil analisa metode di atas didapat biaya pekerjaan persiapan dan struktur yang diperlukan dalam penyelesaian proyek pembangunan Gedung Kantor Ekakurir adalah Rp. 18.500.000.000 dan dapat diselesaikan dalam waktu 25 minggu atau 222 hari kalender. Untuk perencanaan mutu hasilnya berupa pengendalian mutu dan daftar tabel spesifikasi. Pada perencanaan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) berupa jumlah kebutuhan tenaga kerja sebagai sarana untuk pelaksanaan kerja yang baik dan pada perencanaan manajemen K3 yang direncanakan berupa identifikasi dan pengendalian potensi bahaya K3 terhadap masing-masing jenis pekerjaan dan biaya untuk kebutuhan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) dan Alat Pelindung Kerja (APK) sebesar Rp. 38.820.000. Abstract

SMKN 4 SPP Singkawang is one of the vocational schools that provides education with a focus on agriculture and agribusiness. The purpose of providing education at this school is to produce graduates who are skilled in agriculture. One of the important skills to have in agriculture is topographic surveying. For this reason, students at school are expected to have these skills. These skills can later be used to support various activities in agriculture, such as irrigation planning and determining plant types based on topographic conditions. Topographic surveys can be carried out effectively and efficiently using optical tools such as auto levels. Based on this, Community Service (PKM) activities in the form of auto level training were carried out by students at SMKN 4 SPP Singkawang. The purpose of this training is for students to be able to use auto levels in mapping land contours for agricultural and agribusiness purposes. The training began by providing an explanation of the optical tools that would be used for the survey. The next stage is for students to practice using the optical tools accompanied by the Community Service (PKM) team. The result of this training is that students are able to understand and practice measuring land contours using auto levels. Finally, this training is expected to improve the skills of students of SMKN 4 SPP Singkawang, which will later be able to support various activities in the fields of agriculture and agribusiness, such as irrigation planning, determining plant types, and so on.

Abstract

Rapid developments in the construction era are shown by using the latest technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness in project implementation. One of the technologies widely used by construction experts today is Building Information Modeling (BIM). Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a digital-based concept that integrates 3D modeling and stores important information in the design, construction, and maintenance processes. Given the high demand for workers who are competent in BIM, there is a necessity for coaching or training on BIM applications to ensure that the developed workforce can fulfill the job market requirements. The purpose of this Community Service was to train students of SMK N 8 Pontianak with a concentration of expertise in Building Information and Modeling Design so that these students can better understand the concept of BIM. This training used AutoCAD and SketchUp software as tools for basic levels from 2D to 3D. The training results indicated that 74.18% of students at SMKN 8 Pontianak comprehended the concept of BIM, which they were previously unaware of, compared to a 28.64% percentage prior to the training. In addition, the ability of SMKN 8 Pontianak students to apply AutoCAD and SketchUp software has increased, as evidenced by the results of the images before and after the training. These results are anticipated to empower SMKN 8 Pontianak students to utilize their skills proficiently in the job market.

Abstract

The number of intersections with adjacent intersections in Pontianak City raises its own problems, one of which is the signalized intersection on Jalan KH. Ahmad Dahlan Pontianak. The short - term strategy to overcome these problems is traffic management and engineering to improve traffic flow based on field condition evaluation . Data collection was carried out by means of direct surveys at both intersections. The data obtained is used to obtain the existing conditions which will be a reference in planning a new cycle time by taking into account the coordination theory. Meanwhile, in calculating to get the best performance at each intersection, it is done using the MKJI approach. The best performance at each intersection is then coordinated using the green time between intersections. The results of the analysis of the performance of the existing conditions show that the degree of saturation is DS = 0.86 for signalized intersection 4 and DS = 0.68 for signalized intersection 3 which are not too different from what MKJI requires, DS = 0.75 , but it is not comfortable and safe to go through. From the queue length (QL) at the four intersection of 288 meters > the distance between the intersections which is 200 meters apart, and also from the delay time (DQ) of 66.03 seconds > from the green cycle time of 25 seconds, After knowing the performance of the existing intersection, then create a new cycle time planning for both intersections. The new cycle time with the best performance will be used to coordinate the two intersections. Selection of the best cycle time by comparing the values ​​of the degree of saturation (DS), the length of the queue (QL), and the delay (Delay) from several alternatives that were carried out. From the results of the study, a new cycle time of 95 seconds was obtained. The offset time used is 36 seconds, and the bandwidth from East to West and from West to East is 16 seconds. With the new cycle time the performance values ​​of the two intersections get better because the average delay and queue length decrease, for intersection 4 (DS = 0.76; QL = 136 m; DQ = 67 seconds) and intersection 3 (DS = 0, 67; QL = 94.5 m ; DQ = 65.37 seconds),

Abstract

Banyak Fly Ash yang dihasilkan dari pembangkit listrik tenaga uap masih terbuang begitu saja, sehingga potensi penggunaan Fly Ash sebagai pengganti semen perlu di dorong lebih lanjut untuk industri konstruksi. Selain itu, Penggunaan limbah bata merah juga dapat mengurangi kebutuhan akan agregat alam dan juga dampak terhadap lingkungan. Penelitian ini di maksud untuk mencari tahu sifat mekanik dan fisik beton yang akan diterapkan dalam plat lantai pada bangunan gedung dengan mensubstitusi antara limbah Fly Ash dan semen serta limbah bata merah dan batu pecah dengan persentase variasi (0%, 5%, 10% dan 15%). Dalam pembuatan beton ini menggunakan cetakan silinder berdiameter 15 cm serta tinggi 30 cm dan akan dilakukan uji tekan dengan melihat pengaruh dari 2 jenis air dalam perendaman yaitu air PDAM dan air gambut dengan mutu beton rencana 21 MPa. Pengujian kuat tekan beton dilakukan saat umur beton sudah mencapai 7 hari dan 28 hari. Dari hasil pengujian pada perendaman air PDAM 7 hari di dapat nilai maksimum kuat tekan 18,4 MPa pada variasi 0% dan nilai minimum 12,2 MPa pada variasi 15%. Untuk perendaman air gambut di dapat nilai maksimum 15,9 MPa pada variasi 0% dan nilai minimum 10,3 MPa pada variasi 15%. Kemudian untuk perendaman air PDAM 28 hari di dapat nilai maksimum kuat tekan 19,2 MPa pada variasi 0% dan nilai minimum 14 MPa pada variasi 15%. Untuk perendaman air gambut di dapat nilai maksimum 16,4 MPa pada variasi 0% dan nilai minimum 10,6 MPa pada variasi 15%.

Abstract

Polymer mortar is an alternative material developed by utilising epoxy resin as a binder and stone dust as a fine aggregate. This study aims to analyse the effect of epoxy resin variation on the compressive strength of stone dust-based polymer mortar. The epoxy resin variations used in this study were 10%, 15%, and 20% of the material weight. Compressive strength testing was conducted at ages of 1, 2, 7, 14, and 21 days. The results showed that an increase in the percentage of epoxy resin significantly improved the mechanical properties of polymer mortar. At a variation of 10%, a compressive strength of 9.03 MPa was obtained at 21 days. Meanwhile, a variation of 20% resulted in a compressive strength of 17.71 MPa. This study indicates that an increase in the epoxy mixture content and a longer testing age affect the increase in the compressive strength of stone dust-based polymer mortar. These results also support the application of sustainable construction principles through the use of alternative materials.

Abstract

Penelitian ini akan mengkaji dokumen mutu di Jurusan Teknik Sipil Politeknik Negeri Pontianak (Polnep) dikarenakan di Jurusan Teknik Sipil sudah tersedia dokumen mutu yang lengkap (hasil penelitian terdahulu Perancangan dan Evaluasi Penerapan Sistem Manajemen Mutu pada Jurusan Teknik Sipil Politeknik Negeri Pontianak) hanya sudah lebih dari lima sampai sepuluh tahun dokumen tersebut belum direvisi lebih lanjut untuk keterbaharuannya yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan peraturan yang terbaru dan sejauh mana pengaplikasian dokumen mutu tersebut telah diaplikasikan di Jurusan Teknik Sipil Polnep. Dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dalam mendapatkan data pengaplikasian dokumen mutu telah dilakukan atau belum sesuai dengan persyaratan mutu serta dilakukan revisi dokumen berdasarkan pengaplikasian tersebut dengan cara wawancara dan pembuatan kuesioner. Dalam era globalisasi mutu pendidikan sangatlah penting dalam dunia pendidikan khususnya dikalangan perguruan tinggi. Untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang dapat bersaing dengan dunia kerja penuh kompetitif maka penerapan manajemen mutu sangat diperlukan. Sehingga keutamaan penelitian ini memuat beberapa tujuan yang akan dicapai untuk mengkaji dokumen mutu di Jurusan Teknik Sipil Polnep, untuk mendapatkan penyelesaian masalah yaitu mengkaji pengaplikasian dokumen mutu Proses Belajar Mengajar (PBM) sehingga perlu tidaknya direvisi karena dokumen mutu PBM di Jurusan Teknik Sipil Polnep menjadi dasar dalam pelaksanaan mutu dan untuk menjamin konsistensi kegiatan untuk menghasilkan produk yang sesuai dengan persyaratan yang telah ditetapkan serta peningkatan mutu berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Even in Indonesia, people are starting to take notice of the growing problem of plastic waste in the environment. West Kalimantan is one of many areas in Indonesia that still struggles with garbage management. Waste production will rise in tandem with the population. Hence, one possible solution to this insufficient waste problem is the production of paving blocks from plastic waste. Based on the findings, high-density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic material can replace some of the cement in paving block production. This study employs an experimental approach by fabricating paving blocks with plastic as a partial substitute for cement. A type of plastic known as High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) is utilized. As part of the curing process, two kinds of water PDAM water and peat groundwater are used. Paving blocks made with 0%, 2.5%, 5%, 7.5%, 10%, or 12.5% HDPE plastic as a partial cement substitute have a significant impact on the compressive strength of the finished product. At 14 days, the highest compressive strength value was achieved with a 2.5% plastic mixture curing in PDAM water at 21.163 MPa, followed by 20.472 MPa with peat soil water; at 28 days, the highest value was 19.403 MPa with 0% PDAM water, and at 19.32 MPa with 2.5% peat water. Paving blocks made with plastic as a partial cement substitute have an even greater absorption capacity after 14 and 28 days. The plastic paving block with a 2.5% peat variation absorbed 5.1% of the groundwater and the plastic mixture with no PDAM absorbed 4.6% of the water. It follows that high-density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic is not very good at absorbing water.

Abstract

Benua Melayu Darat, located in South Pontianak Regency, relies heavily on artificial drainage systems to control surface runoff and flooding. However, the area still frequently experiences flooding during high rainfall intensity. Therefore, this study was conducted to evaluate the performance of the drainage system in Benua Melayu Darat District from a hydraulic and non-technical perspective and to identify the dominant factors contributing to channel dysfunction. The evaluation began with hydrological and domestic wastewater analyses to determine the total water volume to be accommodated by the existing channels. A hydraulic analysis was then conducted to determine the channel’s design discharge. Direct field measurements were performed to assess channel dimensions and flow velocity, and non-technical analyses were conducted of sedimentation, waste, and land cover. The results showed that 45% of channels in Benua Melayu Darat District had inadequate capacity to accommodate rainfall and domestic wastewater. Non-technical factors, such as uncontrolled sedimentation rates and garbage blockages, also significantly disrupted channel function. This study shows the need to normalise dimensions and channels, implement low-impact development systems, such as retention ponds, strengthen maintenance programs to ensure adequate drainage, and provide public education on how to maintain or protect the environment to prevent flooding.

Abstract

Fenomena Stop Out (SO) merupakan hal yang perlu mendapatkan perhatian yang serius bagi Perguruan Tinggi khususnya Jurusan Teknik Sipil Politeknik Negeri Pontianak. Di Jurusan Teknik Sipil Politeknik Negeri Pontianak terdapat 3 Program studi Tingginya jumlah mahasiswa yang mendapatkan SO terjadi pada mahasiswa Jurusan Tenik Sipil Politeknik Negeri Pontianak setiap semester semakin meningkat mengakibatkan permasalahan yang cukup serius di Jurusan Teknik sipil. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif, dimana pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan survey  dengan kuesioner untuk mengidentifikasi faktor utama yang menyebabkan mahasiswa SO. Sedangkan pendekatan kualitatif Menggunakan wawancara mendalam untuk memahami pengalaman mahasiswa yang mengalami SO. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas dilakukan pada kuesioner untuk memastikan data yang diperoleh akurat dan konsisten dan Triangulasi data dalam metode kualitatif.
