Abstract

Village funds that are quite large in number must be managed properly by the village government. However, there are indications of low accountability in the management and reporting of village funds by the village government. The purpose of this study was to analyze what factors influence the accountability of village fund financial management in Pantai Labu District, from the following four indicators: technical guidance, presentation of financial reports, perceptions of understanding of main tasks and management commitment. The urgency of the research results is as an evaluation material for the village administration and also to find out the obstacles in implementing village fund management accountability. This study uses SPSS to measure regression, correlation, and variable reliability testing. The hypothesis will be tested with SPSS which aims to examine the relationships between the four variables in this research model. The results of the research implementation show that together they influence the dependent variable, namely the Accountability of Village Fund Financial Management. Partially, 1) Technical Guidance has no effect on the accountability of Village Fund Financial Management, 2) Understanding of Main Tasks has no effect on the accountability of Village Fund Financial Management, 3) Management Commitment has an effect on Accountability of Village Fund Financial Management and 4) Presentation of Financial Statements has an effect on Accountability Village Fund Financial Management.

Abstract

This research article aims to examine the gender pay gap and its impact on women's economic empowerment. The study uses both qualitative and quantitative research methods to explore the relationship between the gender pay gap and women's economic empowerment. The findings suggest that the gender pay gap has a significant impact on women's economic empowerment, limiting their financial independence and autonomy. The study also highlights the need for policy interventions and cultural changes to reduce the gender pay gap and promote women's economic empowerment

Abstract

Abstract: Education has been identified as a crucial factor in women's empowerment, enabling them to participate fully in social, economic, and political spheres. However, women still face significant barriers to accessing education, particularly in developing countries. This paper provides a comprehensive review of the literature on women's access to education and its impact on their empowerment. It examines the various factors that affect women's access to education, including cultural norms, poverty, discrimination, and lack of resources. The paper also highlights the positive impacts of education on women's empowerment, such as improved health outcomes, increased economic opportunities, and greater political participation. Finally, the paper discusses the challenges that remain in ensuring women's access to education and the policies and programs that can help overcome these challenges.

Abstract

Abstract "Unforgettable Women of History in India: Untold Stories of Bravery, Resilience, and Empowerment" is a book that showcases the remarkable stories of women who have made significant contributions to Indian history. Through a collection of narratives, it presents the struggles and achievements of women from diverse backgrounds who have defied societal norms and expectations to pursue their goals and fight for their rights and the rights of others. This paper provides an overview of the book, highlighting its key themes and contributions to our understanding of the role of women in Indian history. Women have played a significant role in shaping Indian history, yet their stories are often overlooked or overshadowed. This research paper explores the lives of some of the unforgettable women in Indian history, who have shown exceptional bravery, resilience, and empowerment. Through a comprehensive analysis of their lives and accomplishments, this paper aims to shed light on the contribution of these women to India's rich and diverse cultural heritage. Abstract

ABSTRACT The notion of a green economy has gained popularity as an innovative strategy to attaining sustainable growth while limiting the negative environmental repercussions of human activities. This study seeks to give an in-depth examination of the green economy, including its definition, principles, advantages, obstacles, and prospective implementation options. The green economy, by encouraging environmentally friendly practises, resource efficiency, and social inclusion, provides a feasible answer to critical global concerns such as climate change, biodiversity loss, and socioeconomic inequality.
