This study aims to determine how the influence of the financial soundness of banks based on the RGEC (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings and Capital aspects) method and Market Share, on the level of liquidity in state-owned banks listed on the IDX for the period 2012 to 2020. This study was carried out by processing secondary data, the analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the financial soundness of banks using the RGEC method has no effect on liquidity, and the market share of both Loan market share and Deposit Market share has a negative effect on liquidity. The effect of financial soundness of banks and market share only affects about 30% of the Loan to Deposit Ratio, and about 70% is influenced by other factors.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh Pelayanan Tenaga Pendidik dan Promosi Jasa terhadap terhadap Minat Daftar Siswa di SD Swasta Keenkids. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat kausalitas dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling sebanyak 60 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS for Windows Versi 23.00 melalui tahapan statistik deskriptif, uji validitas dan reliabilitas data, uji asumsi klasik serta uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan dan parsial terdapat pengaruh positif atas Pelayanan Tenaga Pendidik dan Jasa Promosi terhadap Minat Daftar Siswa di SD Swasta Keenkids.

Many factors are deemed influencing team or group performance. This research identifies influence of variables of leadership, followership and loyalty on team performance. This research is quantitative research on path analysis by using SPSS program. The result is loyalty and followers don’t have direct positive effect on team performance, but through leadership variable as intervening variable. Leadership variable has direct positive effect on team performance and loyalty, and followership variable has direct positive effect on leadership variable.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil analisis mengenai manfaat adopsi fintech, kepercayaan adopsi fintech, dan risiko adopsi fintech terhadap revolusi fintech dimana variabel inklusi keuangan digunakan sebagai novelty sekaligus variabel moderasi dalam penelitian ini. Populasi dari penelitian ini meliputi masyarakat di Kota Bekasi yang berprofesi sebagai wirausahawan, pelajar/mahasiswa, ibu rumah tangga, pegawai/pekerja. Dalam penelitian ini telah dipilih 420 responden dari berbagai wilayah di Kota Bekasi dengan menggunakan metodologi pengumpulan data purposive sampling serta penyebaran kuesioner kepada objek penelitian. Aplikasi olah data yang digunakan dalam analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis adalah Microsoft Excel 2019 dan SPSS versi 27. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa manfaat dan kepercayaan adopsi fintech mempunyai pengaruh positif yang cukup besar terhadap revolusi fintech, namun berbeda dengan risiko adopsi fintech mempunyai pengaruh negatif yang cukup besar terhadap revolusi fintech. Selain itu,variabel moderasi inklusi keuangan dapat memoderasi manfaat, kepercayaan, dan risiko adopsi fintech pada masyarakat di Kota Bekasi.

The Community Service (PKM) program, themed "Moral Ethics Education for the Community to Support National Resilience in East Jakarta," will be conducted from March 2024 to December 2024. This program is an integral component of the project-based learning curriculum of Universitas Darma Persada, East Jakarta. The objective is to improve the community's comprehension of moral ethics and the significance of national resilience within the framework of effective governance. The deployed strategies consist of distributing banners, leaflets, providing direct education to the community, and disseminating educational content via YouTube. The program's effectiveness is underpinned by cooperation among the academic community of Universitas Darma Persada, government agencies in East Jakarta, the populace in ten sub-districts, and business entities. A poll of 527 students revealed a necessity for community service programs aimed at bolstering national resilience and governance, namely in the areas of improving the national legal system and anti-corruption initiatives.

The purpose of this research is to find out what factors influence the learning motivation of students at AlHikmah Pulo Gadung High School, East Jakarta during the pandemic period, and to determine which factors significantly influence learning motivation at Al-Hikmah Pulo Gadung High School, East Jakarta during the pandemic period. This research was conducted by collecting data by distributing questionnaires to students Al-Hikmah Pulo Gadung High School, East Jakarta. The sample is taking by using saturated sampling technique. Data were analyzed using factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that of the several variables studied there were two factors. These factors are ideals and conditions of students, and students abilities. Of the two factors formed significantly influence the learning motivation at Al-Hikmah Pulo Gadung High School during the pandemic period.

This community service activity aimed to improve green economy literacy and accelerate the economic activities of coastal communities through the sustainable utilization of local resources. The program was conducted in Pantai Bahagia Village, Muara Gembong District, Bekasi Regency, using participatory and experiential learning approaches. The activities included green economy literacy training, batik-making practice using natural dyes derived from mangrove leaves, group discussions, and post-training assistance. The participants were coastal community members, particularly women involved in micro-scale economic activities. The results showed an improvement in participants’ understanding of green economy concepts, enhanced technical skills in producing environmentally friendly batik products, and increased awareness of sustainable resource management. In addition, participants were able to produce batik products with market value and demonstrated motivation to develop green economy-based businesses. Although there were still limitations in production scale and market access, the program made a tangible contribution to community empowerment and may serve as a replicable model for sustainable economic development in coastal areas.
