Abstract

Wilayah pesisir memiliki peran penting dalam keragaman alam dan mata pencaharian, namun teknologi pembelajaran di daerah ini masih kurang berkembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi Augmented Reality (AR) dengan elemen gamifikasi guna meningkatkan pemahaman tentang sistem gerak manusia di daerah pesisir. Pengembangan aplikasi mengikuti metode Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC), meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perencanaan, perancangan, akuisisi data, perakitan, dan pengujian. Validasi oleh ahli media menunjukkan aplikasi ini sangat sesuai dengan skor rata-rata 4,24%, menunjukkan daya tarik visual dan desain yang baik. Validasi oleh ahli materi menghasilkan skor rata-rata 4,84%, menunjukkan kesesuaian tinggi dengan pedoman pengajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam. Uji coba dengan 20 siswa menunjukkan keterlibatan tinggi dengan persentase 95%. Pengujian jarak marker menunjukkan aplikasi ini efektif dalam mendeteksi marker pada rentang 25 cm hingga 500 cm, dengan visibilitas optimal pada 25 cm hingga 200 cm. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan keberhasilan aplikasi AR dalam meningkatkan daya tarik dan kualitas pembelajaran sistem gerak manusia di wilayah pesisir, menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang interaktif. Disarankan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk mengembangkan dan menguji aplikasi ini di berbagai sekolah pesisir guna mengukur dampaknya dan menambah fitur untuk meningkatkan efektivitas aplikasi. Abstract

Batik is a highly valuable cultural heritage in Indonesia, showcasing a rich diversity of motifs with deep meaning and aesthetics. To enhance the accessibility and utilization of batik collections, an efficient image retrieval system is essential. This study compares distance measurement methods in a batik image retrieval system: Euclidean, Cityblock, Minkowski, Canberra, and Chebyshev, using a combination of color and texture features. The dataset comprises 50 types of batik images. The results show that the Cityblock method achieves the highest Mean Average Precision (MAP) of 97.71, followed by Canberra with MAP 96.87. The Euclidean method also performs well with a MAP of 94.56, while Minkowski and Chebyshev have lower MAP values of 92.93 and 90.89, respectively. Chebyshev experiences the largest MAP drop when images are rotated (5.98), while Cityblock demonstrates the best resistance to rotation with the smallest MAP drop (1.51). This research successfully developed a Content-Based Image Retrieval (CBIR) system with a GUI in MATLAB and suggests integrating the latest image processing and machine learning techniques for further enhancement.

Abstract

Student attendance monitoring during industrial internship programs (Prakerin) is still commonly carried out manually, leading to potential data inaccuracy, reporting delays, and inefficiency in school administration. The issue becomes more complex when a large number of students are placed in different locations, making it difficult for supervising teachers to monitor attendance in real time. This study aims to design and develop the PRAKERIN Monitoring Web-Based Information System with QR Code Implementation at SMK Negeri 3 Kolaka. The system was developed using the Waterfall model, which consists of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. Black-box testing confirmed that all system functions operated validly as intended. External evaluation using a Likert-scale questionnaire with 15 respondents indicated an average satisfaction rate of 82%, with 78% agreeing that the interface facilitated attendance access, 80% stating that the system improved real-time tracking, and 86% confirming that automated reporting supported evaluation. The findings demonstrate that the system is feasible, effective, and capable of enhancing transparency, accuracy, and efficiency in Prakerin monitoring.

Abstract

Teknologi menjadi bagian penting dalam pelayanan publik, termasuk aparatur daerah, terutama Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Kabupaten Bombana. Sebagai lembaga yang bertanggung jawab untuk menyusun pedoman teknis pengelolaan SDM, berbagai layanan TI telah diimplementasikan untuk mendukung proses bisnis dan memastikan peningkatan kinerja yang berkelanjutan. Kajian ini berfokus pada evaluasi pengelolaan layanan E-tukin di BKD Kabupaten Bombana menggunakan framework Cobit 5 sebagai best practice tata kelola TI dan MEA (Monitoring, Evaluation, Assess) dan APO (Align, Plan and Organize). proses. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan saat ini untuk MEA01 dan APO011 adalah 0,68, sedangkan keterampilan yang diharapkan adalah 3,0 dan nilai selisihnya adalah 2,33. Kajian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan pengelolaan TI yang tertata dan terstandarisasi.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pelatihan Web Programming di SMAN 06 Bombana ini bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan siswa dalam pengembangan web. Pelatihan dilakukan oleh tim dosen dan mahasiswa dari Universitas Sembilanbelas November Kolaka selama empat hari. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam bentuk workshop yang melibatkan siswa-siswi SMAN 06 Bombana sebagai peserta. Latar belakang kegiatan ini adalah kebutuhan akan pemahaman mendalam dalam bidang pemrograman web untuk meningkatkan daya saing siswa menghadapi dunia teknologi. Kegiatan terdiri dari empat sesi, mencakup konsep dasar web programming, praktik langsung menggunakan XAMPP, dan penerapan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan JavaScript. Setiap sesi berdurasi 2,5 jam, memberikan ruang bagi interaksi intensif antara tim dosen dan siswa. Selain itu, laporan mencatat partisipasi aktif siswa dan antusiasme mereka dalam mengaplikasikan pengetahuan yang diperoleh. Keberlanjutan program diusulkan melalui pemantauan siswa, pengembangan proyek kolaboratif, dan pemberdayaan guru sebagai fasilitator pembelajaran berkelanjutan. Keberhasilan pelatihan ini tercermin dalam peningkatan keterampilan web programming siswa yang dapat menjadi pondasi yang kuat untuk pengembangan potensi teknologi mereka di masa depan.

Abstract

Information technology has become a fundamental skill that is essential for the younger generation to master in order to keep up with the advancements of the times. This basic computer and Office application training aims to enhance the skills of MTs.S Annurain Tondowolio students in operating computer hardware as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications. The training was conducted by a team of lecturers and students from the Universitas Sembilanbelas November Kolaka using a teaching method that includes theoretical explanations, demonstrations, and hands-on practice. The students were equipped with knowledge about computer hardware, including input and output devices, as well as how to use Office applications for academic and administrative purposes. Evaluation was carried out through practical tests and filling out questionnaires to assess students' understanding of the training material. The evaluation results showed that the majority of students were able to master the basic skills in using the applications taught and understood the use of computer hardware well. Based on these results, it can be concluded that this training successfully improved students' abilities in using information technology and can serve as a foundation for further skill development in the future.

Abstract

This study discusses the measurement of the quality of motor vehicle tax of information system services at the SAMSAT Kolaka office using the servqual method by emphasizing the five dimensions of servqual namely Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and empathy. This study aims to understand the level of user satisfaction by comparing expectations and expectations and updating the standards provided by SAMSAT Kolaka through the application of the SIZ application. Data collection activities were carried out by distributing 100 questionnaires to all SIZ service users. The results of this study indicate that the use of SIZ is not by customer needs; this can be demonstrated by the high value of the gap between expectations and perceptions. The Assurance dimension obtaining the most top difference is the Tangibles dimension indicating that the limitations of the IT facilities used are still limited. It is evidenced by the continued complaints of customers regarding queue buildup due to a system that suddenly goes down while the service is in progress. It is necessary to improve IT infrastructure that can improve customer satisfaction in the future.
