Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan Instrumen Penilaian untuk Mengukur kemampuan Penalaran Matematis Siswa kelas VIII--3 di SMP Negeri 2 Padangsidimpuan dan mengetahui kualitas Insstrumen Penilaian dilihat dari aspek kevalidan, kepraktisan dan keefektifannya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 siswa kelas VIII-3 SMP Negeri 2 Padangsidimpuan. Teknik Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah angket, pengukuran, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen yang digunakan diantaranya 1)lembar angket berupa angket validasi oleh ahli untuk melihat kevalidan produk yang dikembangkan, dan 2) angket respon siswa untuk mengetahui kepraktisan produk yang dikembangkan. Validasi dilakukukan oleh 3 ahli yaitu ahli materi, dan ahli bahasa dan kemudian diujicoobakan berdasarkan kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan didapatkan hasil kevalidan produk dengan rata-rata persentase 83% dalam kategori “Sangat Valid”, kepraktisan produk dengan rata-rata 84% dalam kategori 1“Sangat Praktis” dan keefektifan dengan rata-rata 83 % dalam kategori “Sangat Efektif”.

Abstract

This development research aims to 1) Knowing the validity of developing website-based twovariable linear equation system teaching materials, 2) Knowing the practicality of using web-based twovariable linear equation system development teaching materials in learning activities, and 3) Knowing the effectiveness of developing linear equation system teaching materials two website-based variables to teach students' mathematical problem solving skills. This research is a Research and Development (R&D) research with the ADDIE development model, where this research consists of 5 stages, namely, 1) Analysis Phase, 2) Design Phase, 3) Development Phase, 4) Implementation Phase and 5) Evaluation Phase. The instruments used include 1) a questionnaire sheet in the form of a validation questionnaire by an expert to see the validity of the product and student response questionnaires to see the practicality of the product, as well as 2) a test sheet to test the effectiveness of the developed product being tested on 24 students in class X MIA 1 SMA N 1 Angkola East. Based on the results of this study, the product validity was obtained with an average percentage of 89% in the " Valid" category, product practicality with an average percentage of 85% in the "Practical" category, and product effectiveness with an average percentage of 79,74% with the category "Effective".It can be concluded that the development of website-based two-variable linear equation system teaching materials to teach students' mathematical problem solving skills is valid, practical and effective.

Abstract

This study aims to create and test the quality of a math e-module that incorporates ethnomathematics to improve students' mathematical literacy. This is a development study that follows the ADDIE development model, which includes five stages: analyze, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research involved 25 students. The findings showed that the experts rated the e-module at an average score of 80.2%, which is considered valid. The e-module was also found to be very practical based on the student questionnaire score of 89.72%. Its effectiveness was proven with 100% of students achieving over 85% in the mathematical literacy test. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the developed ethnomathematics-based math e-module for the topic of systems of linear equations in two variables is suitable to be used as a learning material.
