Abstract

ABSTRAK Hasil rekapitulasi data kesehatan pelajar Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Bogor sebanyak 921 remaja putri mengalami anemia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis perbedaan intervensi dan pengaruh kelompok kontrol, leaflet, dan video terhadap variabel pengetahuan, sikap dan niat dengan pendekatan peer educator terhadap kepatuhan remaja putri dalam mengonsumsi tablet tambah darah di SMA Negeri 1 Cigombong. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan desain one group pretest-posttest. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 389 remaja putri, sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 45 responden dengan rumus sampel Slovin. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu Uji Anova & Paired T-Test, dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Alat penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menyatakan terdapat pengaruh signifikan pada kelompok intervensi leaflet dan video terhadap variabel pengetahuan, sikap, niat, dan kepatuhan (P-Value < 0.05), namun pada kelompok kontrol tidak bepengaruh secara signifikan terhadap semua variabel. Hasil uji Anova menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan (P-Value < 0,05) terhadap variabel pengetahuan, sikap, niat, dan kepatuhan antara kelompok kontrol dengan kelompok leaflet, kelompok kontrol dengan kelompok video, kelompok video dan kelompok leaflet. Abstract

Keselamatan pasien sangat penting agar dapat dicegah dan dikurangi timbulnya kesalahan dan risiko yang terjadi pada pasien selama penyelengaraan pelayanan kesehatan. Sehingga apabila rumah sakit mau menyurutkan kejadian keselamatan pasien, rumah sakit diharapkan mengimplementasikan budaya keselamatan pasien. Tujuan dari penelitian mendapatkan pemahaman implementasi budaya keselamatan pasien dan insiden keselamatan pasien berbasis bukti. Peneliti memakai methode pengumpulan data berbentuk artikel ilmiah dari database google scholar. Kata kunci yang disertakan adalah sesuai dengan materi." Implementasi Budaya Keselamatan Pasien berdasarkan Agency of healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ)", dan "Insiden Keselamatan Pasien". Beberapa artikel pilihan, 10 artikel dijadikan satu dan sesuai sama topik. Berbagai artikel yang diteliti didapatkan budaya keselamatan pasien dekat kaitannya sama insiden keselamatan pasien. Dengan meningkatnya budaya keselamatan pasien, insiden keselamatan pasien dapat diminimalisir. Upaya yang dilakukan salah satunya berkembangnya impelementasi budaya keselamatan agar tidak timbulnya insiden keselamatan pasien adalah adanya laporan insiden keselamatan pasien.

Abstract

Perawatan pada alat reproduksi sangat penting karena berisiko terhadap infeksi. Tingkat pengetahuan yang rendah tentang Personal Hygiene saat menstruasi mampu memberikan dampak yang buruk terhadap kesehatan reproduksi terutama terhadap remaja putri. Perempuan yang mempunyai pengetahuan yang lebih baik tentang Personal Hygiene pada saat menstruasi berisiko lebih rendah untuk terkena Infeksi Saluran Reproduksi bila dibanding dengan wanita yang mempunyai pengetahuan kurang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Biblioterapi dan Peer Education Terhadap Peningkatan Pengetahuan dan Sikap Santriwati di Pesantren Tahfizh Al Quran Al Husna Jonggol. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Non Probability Sampling terhadap 90 responden yang dibagi dalam kelompok tahap 1 dan 2 eksperimen. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif pada tahap 1 dan Quasy Eksperimental dengan rancangan Non Equivalent Control Group dan menggunakan analisa data uji Wilcoxon dan Kruskal Wallis dengan hasil uji mendapatkan nilai Asymp. Sig. sebesar 0,000 < α (0,05) artinya untuk masing-masing kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan untuk peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap terhadap personal hygiene saat menstruasi.

Abstract

Background: Role of peer group support is one of important role in HIV/AIDS prevention system. Peer group can be implemented contiiously if sustainability program factors exist. Aim of Study:This study aimed to assess factors which effect peer group support sustainability in HIV/AIDS eradication both in district and provincial level. Method: The study collected qualitative data and literature review. Indepth interview was conducted to key informants. Result. Peer group support can be implemented in HIV/AIDS eradication system since factors that effect were developed. Those factors were 1) Internal factor includes group motivation, leadership, self help and group accountability. 2) External Factor includes participatory in HIV/AIDS eradication system, access to resources and referral system.

Abstract

Background. Quality sleep is a basic human need, but in college students, sleep will be disrupted due to student duties and changing lifestyles. If the quality of sleep is not fulfilled or a disturbance, it will affect the decrease in a person's quality of life and decrease the health function. Objective to determine the factors related to sleep quality in Campus A students University Muhammadiyah Prof. Dr. Hamka in 2020. Method. This study used a cross-sectional design with a proportional stratified random sampling technique. The study population was students of Campus A UHAMKA with a sample of 117 students. The data used are primary data using a questionnaire. Data analysis used the chi-square test. Results. The results showed that there were 69 people (59%) of respondents who had poor sleep quality. There is a relationship between the use of gadgets (p=0.001), physical activity (p=0.001), and stress (p=0.001) with sleep quality. Meanwhile, there was no relationship between gender (p= 0.313) and sleep quality. Conclusion. The sleep quality of campus A students at the University of Muhammadiyah Prof DR Hamka is related to the use of gadgets, physical activity and stress.

Abstract

Background: The cause of infant mortality in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) is 33% due to Low Birth Weight (LBW) infants, which is closely related to maternal nutrition and monitoring of pregnant women during pregnancy. This study aims to analyze the risk factors for LBW in East Nusa Tenggara Province in 2018 based on the 2018 Basic Health Research data results. Method: The research method used was quantitative with a Cross-sectional design. The population in the study totaled 1544 respondents. The sample in this study totaled 472 respondents. Univariate analysis aims to describe the data characteristics of each variable studied. Using the Chi-Square test, bivariate analysis was conducted to see the relationship between the independent and dependent variables.; Results: Variables associated significantly associated with the LBW infants in NTT Province in 2018 were the variables of education (ρ=0.034), parity (ρ=0.034), and gestational age (ρ=0.000). The dominant variable was Pregnancy Age (PR=2.613). The variable of gestational age was the most dominant risk factor associated with LBW infants with PR = 2.613 (95% CI = 1.525-4.478). The variable of gestational age has a three times greater risk of experiencing LBW infants in NTT Province in 2018. Conclusion: It is expected that health services and educational equality in rural areas in NTT Province should be further improved, especially maternal and child health. Maternal and child health, to improve the community's health status and reduce the morbidity and mortality rates of LBW infants

Abstract

Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) affect approximately 1.71 billion people globally, impacting individuals of all ages. The prevalence of MSDs varies by diagnosis and age, and more than 80% of cases occur among healthcare professionals, who are mainly at risk due to their daily work activities. This study aims to identify the individual and ergonomic factors associated with work-related musculoskeletal disorders among health workers in Indonesia. A scoping review focused on scientific journals published between January 2023 and June 2024. The research identified ten studies that met the inclusion criteria set by the authors. The findings indicate that individual risk factors include age and gender, while ergonomic risk factors encompass years of work, workload, work positions, work attitude, and working posture. To mitigate the risk of MSDs, health workers should be mindful of their body positions and take advantage of rest periods to recover, ensuring they can continue working effectively.

Abstract

Service quality can be used as an indicator to measure customer satisfaction. Satisfaction is assessed from service, and service is said to be suitable by patients if the reality is under what is expected. This study aimed to determine the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction at RSIA “X” in 2020. This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional study design. The population in this study were all inpatients and outpatients of children polyclinic. The research sample was obtained using the Accidental Sampling technique. The research was conducted using a questionnaire to determine the length of time for data collection, namely one month. The data analysis used was univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using the Spearman correlation test. Univariate results show that customer satisfaction, patients feel satisfied (58.4%), service quality in the dimension of reliability (reliability) is quite good (61.6%), service quality in the dimension of responsiveness (responsiveness) is quite good (53.0%), service quality in the assurance dimension (guarantee) was quite good (55.7%), service quality in the empathy dimension was good (55.7%), service quality in the tangible dimension (direct evidence) was quite good (62.2%) ). The Bivariate results show that the service quality dimensions of reliability pvalue 0,031 (≤ 0,05), responsiveness pvalue 0,028 (≤ 0,05), and assurance 0,022 028 (≤ 0,05), Tangible (Bukti Langsung) pvalue 0,041 (≤ 0,05) significantly. Keywords: Customer satisfaction, Service Quality, HospitalAbstrak Kualitas pelayanan dapat dijadikan sebagai indikator untuk mengukur kepuasaan pelanggan. Kepuasan dinilai dari pelayanan, suatu pelayanan dikatakan baik oleh pasien apabila kenyataan sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan. Oleh karenanya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  hubungan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di RSIA “X” tahun 2020. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian menggunakan desain cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pasien rawat inap dan rawat jalan poli anak. Sampel penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik Accidental Sampling. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dengan menentukan lamanya waktu pengumpulan data yaitu 1 bulan. Analisis data yang dilakukan adalah analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat dengan menggunakan uji korelasi spearman. Hasil Univariat menunjukan kepuasaan pelanggan, pasien merasa puas (58,4%), kualitas pelayanan dalam dimensi  reliability (kehandalan) cukup baik (61,6%), kualitas pelayanan dalam dimensi  responssiveness (daya tanggap) cukup baik (53,0%), kualitas pelayanan dalam dimensi  assurance (jaminan) cukup baik (55,7%), kualitas pelayanan dalam dimensi  emphaty (empati) baik (55,7%), kualitas pelayanan dalam dimensi  tangible (bukti langsung) cukup baik (62,2%). Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan kualitas pelayanan dimensi reliability (Kehandalan) pvalue 0,031 (≤ 0,05), Responsivenes (daya tanggap) pvalue 0,028(≤ 0,05),  Assurance (jaminan) pvalue 0,022 028(≤ 0,05), Tangible (Bukti Langsung) pvalue 0,041 (≤ 0,05)terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Pelanggan, Kualitas Pelayanan, Rumah Sakit

Abstract

Ideation is a new way of thinking involving the diffusion of these ideas through social interaction in local, culturally homogeneous communities. Making decisions about behavior depends on ideation factors. This study aimed to determine ideation factors associated with long-acting contraceptive behavior among family planning (FP) clients in East and North Jakarta. The data was derived from the "My Choice District Mini-Survey" conducted in East and North Jakarta between November and December 2016. The sample involved 720 women from both districts using a multi-stage cluster sampling process. An ideation factor was constructed from knowledge, attitude, social support, and interpersonal discussion on "Long Acting and Reversible Contraception" (LARC). A logistic regression analysis was performed to identify the most dominant factors associated with long-acting contraceptive behavior. This study found that the number of family planning clients who used LARC was 223 (30%). Of the percentage of using LARC attributed to each ideational score, the highest was 47%, and the lowest was 11%. The knowledge of LARC that can be used for spacing was the strongest ideation variable with Adjusted Odds Ratio (AOR) = 4.55 (95% CI = 3.13 -6.61; p-value =0.000); followed by limiting with AOR 3.46 (95% CI 1.61 - 7.45; p-value= 0.001). The study confirmed the correlation between ideation factors on LARC and its use. To increase the number of LARC users, we should improve the supply side program by increasing FP clients' knowledge about LARC and shifting attitudes on LARC into positives.

Abstract

Remaja merupakan seseorang dengan rasa ingin tahu yang sangat tinggi, sehingga sering sekali menyebabkan remaja terjerumus berbagai permasalahan kenakalan remaja. Demi menangani permasalahan tersebut, Kementerian Kesehatan menghadirkan strategi melalui program Pelayanan Kesehatan Peduli Remaja (PKPR). Walaupun program PKPR sudah dijalankan, namun masih terdapat berbagai kekurangan seperti akses waktu layanan yang sulit dijangkau, lokasi Puskesmas yang kurang strategis, kurangnya informasi remaja, serta masih terdapat layanan yang tidak ramah remaja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menggambarkan akses dan kesetaraan remaja terhadap layanan PKPR di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk dan Tamansari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengambilan data menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil dari penelitian ialah masih terdapat beberapa permasalahan layanan PKPR di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk dan Tamansari seperti masih ada Puskesmas yang cukup sulit dijangkau remaja, waktu layanan PKPR yang sulit dijangkau, akses informasi terkait layanan PKPR yang belum sesuai dengan kebutuhan remaja, serta layanan yang tidak ramah remaja seperti pelayanan yang kurang baik, adanya diskriminasi dan stigma yang dirasakan oleh remaja. Namun biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk mengakses layanan PKPR sangat terjangkau. Layanan PKPR yang berada di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk dan Tamansari masih terdapat beberapa permasalahan, seperti waktu layanan PKPR yang sulit di akses, akses akan informasi yang belum sesuai dengan kebutuhan remaja, serta masih terdapat pelayanan kesehatan yang tidak ramah remaja.
