??????????"). Keberhasilan ini didukung faktor kunci: desain visual atraktif (? engagement 78%), kontekstualisasi konten (e.g., kosakata ??????? sesuai fauna lokal), integrasi permainan ("Anak tak sadar menghafal"), dan dukungan lingkungan; namun dihambat oleh keterbatasan fonologis (e.g., pelafalan ?????? ?

Abstract. The purpose of this research is to understand how water relay activities can enhance the interpersonal intelligence of children aged 5-6 years at PAUD Al-Hidayah 1 Rempek Darussalam. The research method used is classroom action research (CAR) with the Milles and Huberman research model, utilizing data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the research findings and observations conducted from the pre-cycle, cycle I, and cycle II, there is an indication of change or improvement in the interpersonal intelligence abilities of children aged 5-6 years through playing water relay. This serves as evidence that there is a positive impact resulting from the learning done through water relay activities, as seen in the pre-cycle session where only 4 children achieved scores of 70-72%, which did not meet the classical completeness expected by the researcher, From the graph above, it shows that the majority of children received scores in the categories of Starting to Develop (MB) and Not Developing (BB). Then in Cycle I, there was an increase in children's interpersonal intelligence skills, which developed as expected (BSH) with 9 children or 50%, and there were also some children who had not yet reached the target expected by the researcher, which was still in the stage of Starting to Develop (MB) with 6 children or 33.3%. Meanwhile, in Cycle II, there was another increase, with 15 children or 83.3% meeting the criteria for completion and the remaining 3 children or 16.7% did not meet the criteria. Children aged 4-5 years are in a critical phase of emotional development, yet many early childhood education institutions still focus predominantly on cognitive aspects. This study aims to comprehensively describe the teacher's role in guiding children's emotional development, identify supporting and inhibiting factors, and analyze their impact on children's behavior. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through participatory observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation at TK Al Khuzamy. The results showed that teachers actively perform five main roles: as a model, motivator, facilitator, evaluator, and guide. Main supporting factors include support from the principal, colleague collaboration, parent participation, and high teacher commitment. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include inconsistent parenting styles, limited school facilities, and parents' lack of emotional literacy. The impact of structured emotional guidance is highly positive on emotion regulation, social interactions, self-confidence, empathy growth, and children's learning readiness. Language ability is a fundamental aspect of development that must be stimulated from an early age because it forms the basis for communication, social interaction, and academic readiness for children at subsequent educational levels. However, several obstacles are still found in the implementation of language learning at RA Al-Istiqomah Pemenang, such as limited variation of methods used by teachers, lack of children's self-confidence in speaking, and vocabulary mastery and instruction comprehension that have not been optimal in some children aged 5-6 years. This study aims to determine the implementation of the role-playing method in developing the language of children aged 5-6 years and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors at RA Al-Istiqomah Pemenang in the 2025/2026 academic year. This research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques included passive participatory observation, semi-structured interviews with two B-class teachers, and documentation. The study was conducted from May 25 to June 10, 2026. The results showed that: (1) The implementation of the role-playing method involved three stages: planning (preparing lesson plans, themes, and media), execution (six steps: explaining roles, demonstrating, guiding, providing speaking opportunities, asking prompting questions, motivating), and evaluation (direct observation, recording language indicators, reflection). This method effectively developed nine language aspects: vocabulary, language comprehension, oral expression, storytelling ability, sentence construction, interactive communication, speaking fluency, articulation, and self-confidence. (2) Supporting factors included children's enthusiasm, availability of media. Inhibiting factors included passive children and differences in children’s language development.
