Abstract

This article explores the history of thoughts and movements of the Front Pembela Islam (FPI) in Indonesia between 1998 and 2012. The study concludes that since many government regulations are violated by the public, including the prohibition of gambling, prostitution and other forms of disobedience and lack of firmness of the government, FPI feels the need to take the initiative to help the government fight against immorality in order to enforce amr ma‘rûf nahy munkar. This is done through the movement run by the military force of the FPI who often uses means of violence. In line with this study, FPI should not perform nahy munkar movement using any violent means, such as damaging public facilities, hurting people, and other destructive deeds. The reason is that by doing such violent actions, FPI will not even help resolving the moral problems that occur in Indonesia. In addition, the violent movement does not reflect the image of Islam as a religion of peace.

Abstract

Pariwisata merupakan hal yang sangat penting untuk meningaktkan pendapatan daerah dan melalui pariwisata perekonimian disebuah daerah akan berjalan. Kabupaten Bojonegoro memiliki banyak potensi wisata, salah satunya di Kecamatan Ngraho di Desa Payaman yakni Wisata Kracakan. Wisata Kracakan ini menyimpan banyak pesona keindahan, akan tetapi wisata ini masih belum terkelola dengan baik. Dari permasalah inilah perlu dilakukan pendampingan untuk memaksimalkan potensi wisata Kracakan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah ABCD (Asset Based Community Development). Dalam pengabdian ini tim melakukan pelatihan, pendampingan dan pembuatan spot-spot foto selfie di sekitar wisata Kracakan.

Abstract

Kerajinan anyaman bambu merupakah karya seni tradisional asli Indonesia yang dapat dijumpai hampir diseluruh pelosok pulau jawa, salah satunya adalah desa Temu, kecamatan Kanor, kabupaten Bojonegoro, Jawa Timur. Desa Temu memiliki 6 RW dan 28 RT dengan jumlah penduduk 4.123 jiwa dengan keunggulan anyaman bambu berupa rembesek¸ sehingga masyarakat luar seringkali menjulukinya dengan desa anyaman. Mindest masyarakat terhadap nilai jual anyaman yang rendah, kebergantungan pengrajin kepada pengepul serta hasil kerajinan yang monoton berupa rembesek tentu berdampak pada perekonomian yang stagnan. Fenomena ini mendukung perlunya kegiatan pengabdian ini agar masyarakat lebih kreatif, produktif dan aware akan potensi desa. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan perekonomian masyarakat, khususnya pengrajin anyaman bambu. Pengabdian ini berlangsung selama satu bulan dan menggunakan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat. Kegiatan yang dilakukan selama pengabdian diawali dengan sarasehan (talk show), pelatihan pelbagai olahan anyaman bambu dan pemasarannya. Hasil dari pengabdian ini, masyarakat lebih melek dan aware terhadap aset desa, yaitu kerajinan anyaman bambu; meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kreatifitas pengrajin sehingga tidak hanya menghasilkan rembesek saja, melainkan pelbagai aksesoris dan furniture anyaman bambu; terlepas dari pengepul yang membeli dengan harga rendah dan mampu memasarkannya dengan tepat, sehingga mampu meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat serta terwujudnya transformasi sosial yang lebih baik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the SAVI learning model (Somatic, Auditory, Visualization, Intellectual) on students' learning interests and critical thinking skills in the Balaghah subject at the Adnan Al-Charis Bojonegoro Islamic Boarding School. This study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental research type with a non-equivalent control group design. Class A is the control class with 15 students, and class B is the experimental class with 15 students. Data collection methods include observation, questionnaires, tests, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis used descriptive statistics, sample t-test, and the N-Gain test. From the results of this study, it was obtained 1) The SAVI learning model was effective in increasing students' interest in learning. The results of the independent sample t-test (2-tailed) < 0.05, which is 0.000; 2) The SAVI learning model is less effective in improving students' critical thinking skills. The N-Gain result for the experimental class is 59%; 3) There is an influence between the SAVI learning model on students' learning interest, the results of Sig (2-tailed) < 0.05, which is equal to 0.000, while the SAVI learning model has no influence on students' critical thinking skills, the results of Sig (2-tailed) > 0.05, namely of 0.903.

Abstract

The Industrial Period 5.0 is predicted to have the potential to benefit from the rapid expansion of the use of digital technology. However, some challenges must be faced with the emergence of changes in demographic and social aspects and demands for the application of environmentally friendly technologies. While Generation Alpha is a child born from the millennial generation. The term was put forward by Mark McCrindle through Business Insider Magazine. Generation Alpha (2011 – 2025) is most familiar with digital technology and is claimed to be the smartest generation of the previous generation. Generation Alpha is the most familiar with the internet of all time. The digital era has brought many changes in various aspects of human life, including in Islamic education. This paper aims to describe the role of the alpha generation in Islamic education in the digital era. The type of method in this research is qualitative and descriptive research with question and answer methods and discussions with children totaling 10 people in Kolong Village and conducted on June 19, 2023, aged 5-11 years. The results of this study indicate that children aged 5 to 11 years of the alpha generation obtained religious activities carried out during the development of digital technology as follows uploading videos of religious broadcasts and memorizing videos on short video platforms such as TikTok and Instagram, participating in online-based religious competitions such as Musabaqah Tilawatil Qur`an (MTQ) and Musabaqah Hifzhul Qur`an (MHQ) competitions which are held via zoom or upload works via google drive, help explain their peers if there are questions in social media groups related to material that has been taught by the chaplain when there are friends who do not understand, participate in online tausyiyah held by an Islamic boarding school and actively ask questions in a question and answer session related to the latest problems of the Islamic religion, and access material related to Islamic religious learning through trusted sources

Abstract

This study examines the impact of the educational game Bamboozle on Arabic vocabulary comprehension skills among students in the Arabic Language and Literature program at Sunan Giri Nahdlatul Ulama University (UNUGIRI). Using a pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design, the research involved 18 fourth-semester students. Data were collected through vocabulary tests, classroom observations, and student perception questionnaires. Results showed a significant improvement in vocabulary skills, with average scores increasing by 25.6% from pretest to posttest (Cohen's d = 1.99). Student participation rose from 70% in the first session to 95% in the final session. Additionally, over 90% of students reported positive perceptions of Bamboozle, citing increased motivation and easier vocabulary comprehension. These findings suggest that educational games like Bamboozle can effectively enhance Arabic vocabulary learning in higher education, offering an interactive and engaging alternative to conventional methods. This study contributes to the development of innovative Arabic language teaching strategies in the digital era.المستخلص: تبحث هذه الدراسة في تأثير لعبة بامبوزل التعليمية على تحسين مهارات فهم المفردات العربية لدى طلاب برنامج دراسة اللغة العربية وآدابها في جامعة الأمم المتحدة. إن استخدام التكنولوجيا في تعلم اللغة العربية مهم في العصر الرقمي لزيادة الدافعية وفعالية التعلم. وقد شملت الدراسة 18 طالبًا وطالبة من طلاب الفصل الدراسي الرابع، باستخدام تصميم ما قبل الاختبار التجريبي من مجموعة واحدة قبل الاختبار وبعده، وتم جمع البيانات من خلال اختبارات المفردات والملاحظات الصفية واستبيانات إدراك الطلاب. أظهرت النتائج تحسنًا ملحوظًا في مهارات المفردات، حيث ارتفع متوسط الدرجات بنسبة 25.6% من الاختبار القبلي إلى الاختبار البعدي (معامل كوهين د = 1.99). زادت مشاركة الطلاب من 70% في الجلسة الأولى إلى 95% في الجلسة الأخيرة. أبلغ أكثر من 90% من الطلاب عن تصورات إيجابية عن بامبوزل، مشيرين إلى زيادة الدافعية وسهولة فهم المفردات. تشير النتائج إلى أن الألعاب التعليمية مثل بامبوزل يمكن أن تعزز بشكل فعال تعلم المفردات العربية في التعليم العالي، وتقدم بديلاً تفاعليًا وجذابًا عن الأساليب التقليدية.

Abstract

Background: Desa Mori  mempunyai  BUM Desa Gunung Jaya Mori yang sudah  beroperasi  dengan  unit  usaha  pembenihan ikan air tawar serta usaha penampungan dan penyaluran air baku. Kendala  yang  dihadapi  oleh BUM Desa Gunung Jaya Mori adalah belum  adanya legalitas hukum. Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini   adalah   untuk   membantu   legalitas   BUM Desa Gunung Jaya Mori. Metode: yuridis  normatif  dengan pendekatan  perundang-undangan  (statute  approach)  dan  metode empiris  dengan  pendekatan  wawancara. Hasil: adanya penyelenggaraan Musyawarah Desa, penataan  dan  penyesuaian  AD/ART,  Perdes tentang  BUM Desa  dan  tata  lembaga  BUM Desa  sesuai  dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan, yang selanjutnya  dilakukan  pendaftaran  legalitas BUM Desa melalui  sistem  informasi  kementerian  desa. Kesimpulan: Dalam pendaftaran legalitas BUM Desa diperlukan sinergitas antara para pihak yang terlibat, yakni kepala desa, BPD, pengurus BUM Desa serta dukungan dari pendamping BUM Desa tingkat kecamatan.

Abstract

The pesantren education model still maintains the tradition of learning the yellow book, the learning methods used are Sorogan, Bandongan and Weton. in the educational model so that it continues to exist in society, therefore Islamic boarding schools need to experience a shift in this research so that they can become examples of other Islamic boarding schools. The method used in this research is qualitative research. The purpose of this study was to describe the transformation of the yellow book-based Islamic boarding school education model into a digital platform at the Al-Ma'ruf Islamic boarding school, Kendal Village, Dander District, Bojonegoro Regency. This research was conducted on July 6, 2022. Data collection techniques used interviews to find out the transformation of the yellow book-based Islamic boarding school education model into a digital platform at the Al-Ma'ruf Islamic boarding school, as well as additional data in the form of observation and documentation. Data analysis in this research uses data triangulation. The results of this study examine the transformation of the Islamic boarding school education model based on the yellow book at the Al-Ma'ruf Islamic Boarding School, where formerly the kyai recited the yellow book, only carried out by students in the Islamic boarding school environment. the general public through digital platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. Factors that influence this transformation are the leadership of the kyai and modernization which is marked by the swift flow of information and the encouragement of students and alumni. The inhibiting factor is the conservative view of some people that the educational model applied is the best and does not need to be changed anymore

Abstract

“Tulisan ini hendak memberikan gambaran respon umat Islam terhadap munculnya revolusi industri 4.0. Industri 4.0 juga di kenal dengan Istilah lain disrupsi (disruption), situasi dimana pergerakan dunia industri tidak lagi linier. Perubahanya berjalan sangat cepat, fundamental dan mengacak pola tatanan lama dan menciptakan tatanan baru. Disrupsi menginisiasi lahirnya model bisnis baru dengan strategi yang lebih inovatif dan disruptif. Cakupan perubahanya sangat luas dari dunia bisni, tranportasi hingga pendidikan. Fenomena tersebut merupakan sesuatu yang tidak bisa dihindari, menjadi tantangan tersendiri, namun dapat juga menjadi peluang baru sehingga Indonesia mempersiapkan diri untuk bersaing dalam menyambut revolusi industri tersebut. Basis dari era ini adalah digitalisasi dengan menggunakan analisa data yang menyeluruh sehingga membutuhkan literasi baru. Umat Islam secara global juga tidak dapat menghindari era tersebut. Sebagian umat Islam telah berhasil merespon dengan cepat dan berhasil juga memanfaatkan digitalisasi sebagai objek lahan baru dalam melakukan keputusan-keputusan strategis seperti berbisnis busana muslim online, berdakwah menggali kekuatan dalam menyatukan umat Islam, memunculkan dakwah sosmed dan lainya. Umat muslim sepert di ataslah mereka yang paling dapat menangkap peluang dan bisa menghadapi tantangan revolusi industri 4.0.”

Abstract

This article entitled the dynamics of the existence of a network of radical Islamic group movements of Indonesia, tried to give an overview of the initial group that did the first Islamic radicalism in Indonesia, namely the Padri movement do violence not only against people outside of Islam, but also against fellow Muslims who do not want to follow their teachings. Violence and such action is not necessarily the case, but more refer to the movement and the view of Saudi Arabia wahabisme idiologis. The radical Islamic movement in post-independence Indonesia itself appeared since the Islamic Sharia enforcement of exacting formalist formally in the Constitution of Indonesia and want the formation of Indonesia into an Islamic State. in this movement the TII/leading kartosoewiryo in West Java and continues in some areas of indonesia. The idea of radical Islam in Indonesia is actually heavily influenced by the views of Islamic scholars such as Ibn Taymiyyah, Muhammad ibn Abdul Wahhab and also radical Islamist thinker Sayid Qutb Muslim Brotherhood Egypt through Ma'alim fi at Thorieq, Shaykh Abdullah Azzam in his work entitled Ayatur Rahman fi Jihadi Afghanistan with the concept of staging, and Osama bin Laden who then managed to influence the muslim activists Indonesia to go to Jihad to Afghanistan.
