Abstract

Lembaga pendidikan merupakan suatu organisasi yang harus memiliki visi dan misi untuk memudahkan dalam menjalankan tugas serta memiliki arah yang jelas untuk mencapai tujuan bersama. Dalam menyelesaikan konflik yang ada kepala sekolah harus memiliki kemampuan berpikir, merencanakan, menggerakkan serta mengarahkan, mengawasi/mengontrol, guru atau karyawan kearah tujuan yang ditetapkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Untuk memperoleh data dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan cara observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara dengan kepala sekolah, dan guru SMP Negeri 2 Kotamobagu. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa Persepsi guru terhadap manajerial kepala sekolah di SMP Negeri 2 Kotamobagu yaitu menggunakan jenis kepemimpinan demokratis yang mampu menerima segala kritik dan saran terhadap ide-ide bagi program yang bisa dilakukan kedepannya. Model manajerial kepala sekolah dalam mengelola konflik internal menggunakan cara kolaborasi, kompromi, dan secara kekeluargaan dalam menyelesaikan konflik yang terjadi di sekolah. Hambatan yang dialami yaitu kurang nya menggali informasi dan kurangnya waktu penyelesaian konflik.

Abstract

Theprogramof gamifies fabulor learning using mentimeter was supporting the students and teachers’ skill and creativity in designing IT-Based learning. The method employed utilizied the fabulous learning with Mentimeter. Based on the outcomes of the initial community empowerment activities, the following conclusions were drawn: 1) participants demonstrated high interest and motivation in learning English and actively participated in English lessons through applications like Mentimeter, Duolingo, Memrise, Quizlet, Quizizz, Kahoot, and Quizwhizzer; 2) participants developed an understanding of using Mentimeter synchronized with gamified English learning to improve students’ vocabulary, speaking, and reading skills; 3) participants successfully applied IT-based English learning applications via Mentimeter, Duolingo, Memrise, Quizlet, Quizizz, Kahoot, and Quizwhizzer; 4) participants grasped the concept of enjoyable learning, which helped increase students’ interest and English language proficiency; and 5) participants were able to develop teaching modules in the form of gamified e-modules.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze and examine differences in views between class IV, V and VI homeroom teachers regarding honesty and lies at SDN 02 Duhiadaa. This research uses a qualitative approach with a field research type of research. The data collection methods used in this research include in-depth interview methods to gain an understanding of a phenomenon or problem that is attracting attention in the school environment obtained from research information. The results of the research show that there are differences in views between teachers regarding their opinions about honesty and lies as well as strategies for forming an honest character but still caring about others.

Abstract

The Impact of Giving Appreciation on Learning Motivation Giving appreciation is an effective way to increase student learning motivation. Appreciation can be in the form of praise, awards, or recognition for the efforts and achievements achieved. When students receive appreciation, they tend to feel valued, motivated to learn better, and confident in developing their potential. Appreciation also has a positive impact on the learning atmosphere. Students who feel appreciated usually show higher involvement in the learning process, have a positive attitude towards learning, and are more persistent in facing challenges. Apart from that, giving appreciation can strengthen the relationship between educators and students, creating an environment that is supportive and conducive to learning. However, it is important for educators to give appreciation proportionally and sincerely. Excessive or inappropriate appreciation for student efforts can actually reduce their effectiveness. Therefore, appreciation must be given by considering students' efforts, processes and achievements objectively. Overall, giving appropriate appreciation can be an important strategy in building sustainable learning motivation and supporting students' academic and personal development.

Abstract

The habit of swearing and insulting can have a negative impact on students' social and emotional development, thus affecting the learning atmosphere at school. This study aims to find out the habit of swearing and insulting in the SDN 3 Buntulia environment and make efforts to prevent it. This study uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to students to collect data to analyze the frequency of these habits. The results of this study show that although most students know the meaning of swear words and many of them have heard their classmates, only a small percentage admit to using abusive words. This shows that awareness of the use of vulgar language is still low and the need to increase prevention in schools to limit such behavior. For further research, it is better to use a mixed method by adding interviews or group discussions to obtain results. Gain a deeper understanding of the reasoning behind abusive and offensive behavior in students.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to assess the influence of adolescent conformity on truant behavior at MTS Al-Mubarak Marisa. To collect data in research using case study techniques, students, guidance and counseling teachers, and homeroom teachers were observed and interviewed. These findings indicate that the main element influencing students' actual behavior is peer social pressure. Internal considerations are another component that influences actual behavior.

Abstract

This research examines the impact of implementing role playing learning strategies on increasing students' self-confidence. The research results show that the role playing method has a positive influence, especially in increasing students' enthusiasm and self-confidence. However, there are several challenges that must be faced, such as time constraints, the need for more thorough preparation, and managing students who tend to be passive. Abstract

In modern usage, the word "adolescence" or adolescence comes from the Latin word "adolescence", which means "to grow up" or "to grow into adulthood". The broader meaning of this term includes mental, emotional, social, and physical maturity. Piaget supports this idea by stating that "adolescence is an age at which individuals become integrated into adult society, an age at which they do not feel that they are below the level of older people but feel the same, or at least equal to older people". In simple terms, religion is belief. Based on the KBBI, belief can be interpreted as a control system for believing in and worshiping spiritual beings as well as rules relating to human life and the environment. Human relationships with God and each other are regulated by a system of beliefs and customs known as religion. Based on the research findings above regarding problems and solutions to increase youth participation in religious activities, there are many challenges faced by teenagers today in participating in religious activities in their surrounding environment. Therefore, researchers can conclude that to overcome this problem, material providers must deliver material in a way that is more innovative and relevant to teenagers' daily lives. Apart from that, schools and the community must help by providing supportive facilities. It is hoped that collaboration between mosques, schools and communities can create a positive environment that encourages teenagers to participate in religious activities.

Abstract

Pada usia dewasa muda, seorang guru sekolah dasar (SD) dihadapkan pada pilihan yang signifikan dalam hidup mereka, salah satunya adalah keputusan untuk melanjutkan kuliah atau memilih untuk bekerja lebih lanjut. Pilihan antara melanjutkan kuliah atau tetap bekerja bukan hanya berkaitan dengan faktor individu, tetapi juga dipengaruhi oleh faktor sosial, ekonomi, serta dukungan dari pihak lain, seperti keluarga, teman, atau institusi tempat mereka bekerja. Ketidakpastian dan keraguan yang dialami oleh guru SD dalam memilih antara kuliah atau bekerja dapat disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor. Salah satunya adalah kurangnya informasi mengenai manfaat jangka panjang dari pendidikan lanjutan. Metode penelitian Penelitian ini akan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara. Kesimpulan dapat disimpulkan bahwa ketidakpastian dan keraguan guru SD dalam memilih untuk melanjutkan kuliah atau tetap bekerja dipengaruhi oleh faktor ekonomi, dukungan sosial, ketidakpastian mengenai dampak pendidikan terhadap karier, kebijakan pendidikan, dan kesulitan dalam menyeimbangkan pekerjaan dan study

Abstract

The use of digital audiobooks as a solution to enhance reading interest among students has become a significant focus in modern education. Audiobooks offer an innovative way to access literature, with advantages including flexibility and ease of technology use. This study examines the impact of audiobook usage on students' reading interest, highlighting how this medium can accommodate various individual characteristics and learning preferences. The results indicate that audiobooks not only enrich the reading experience by presenting lively voices and intonations but also make reading materials more engaging and accessible for students with special needs. Furthermore, an individualized approach to implementing audiobooks, which involves collaboration among teachers, parents, and students, has proven effective in creating a supportive learning environment.
