Abstract

This study aims to explain the development of multimedia through project-based learning. The method used in this study is development research (R & D) depleted to analyze the learning products results. The object of this research is 30 students of PAI (Pendidikan Agama Islam/Islamic Education) study program in learning media. The data were collected using observation on students' presentation before using multimedia, doing an interview to identify students' argumentation in delivering the material before and after using multimedia presentation and product test through the individual test, small group test and field study test. Multimedia development procedures were using the ADDIE model, namely: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The results showed that the teaching of multimedia based on Project Based Learning could improve the student learning mastery as for the whole process is interactive and interesting, giving the students the opportunity to be creative and innovative in making multimedia teaching materials. Multimedia teaching materials were stored on youtube and can be viewed on web e-learning http: //www.elearning-ambarsrilestari.web. id. In addition, paper materials were uploaded on blogs, while module teaching materials were uploaded on Slideshare stored on e-portfolio on www.ambarsrilestari.web.id.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the application of TPACK during the Covid-19 pandemic in online learning. This research used narrative interviewing to analysis data.  The participants were students and lecture who participated in online learning, with data collection interview with some lecture and student. The student’s participants in this study were willing to respond utilized Google Forms with open questions for collecting data. The research findings that students’ responses to the learning plan, learning content, learning strategies, class management, learning assessments, and supporting skills. It can be seen that student responses to the application of TPACK were based on online learning during the pandemic. The results showed three issues i.e. pedagogy knowledge, content knowledge and technical knowledge which were described in several indicators i.e. lesson plan, content material, teaching strategies, assessment, class management, and supporting skills. The mastery of TPACK itself was still not fully understood and conducted by lecturers in integrating technology-based material due to time constraints, lack of creativity in designing, and lecturers are more comfortable using conventional methods in delivering material, namely PowerPoint. This research implied that online learning changes not yet increased the lecturers’ creativity in designing teaching materials. Even though they obtained knowledge from attending workshops on teaching material design, lecturers still need assistance designing teaching materials according to the TPACK consept.

Abstract

Media in teaching and learning is one module in the form of teachingmaterials. Teaching materials are all kinds of materials that are used tohelp teachers / instructors in carrying out teaching and learningactivities in the classroom. Modules can be viewed as a medium or asteaching material, but in this study modules are seen as the mediumused to convey the material teachers. The module is a tool or a learningtool containing materials, methods, limitations, and how to evaluatesystematically designed and appealing to attain competency / subcompetencies expected in accordance with the level of complexity.Keywords: Modules, Subjects, Learning Media

Abstract

This research is motivated by the author's interest in teachers' perceptions about the academic supervision of madrasah principals because in general these perceptions have not been conveyed equally. With teachers' insensitivity to the academic supervision of madrasah principals, teachers are still felt indifferent to the quality of their performance. The task and responsibility of the teacher is to provide learning in accordance with predetermined learning objectives. However, the word appropriate is not enough, teachers are required to improve the quality of their performance with all existing abilities. With teachers' perceptions of evenly distributed academic supervision, it will increase the potential and quality of teacher performance in learning. This study is based on a theory about teachers' perceptions of academic supervision carried out by madrasah principals and teacher performance in learning. This theory will directly influence teacher behavior in helping student learning to achieve organizational goals in the sense of improving teacher performance in learning. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive correlational methods. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires (questionnaires), observation and documentation. In data analysis techniques, researchers used test instruments, namely validity test (variable X 27 is valid and variable Y 30 is valid) and reliability (variables X and Y are all reliable), partial analysis of indicators (variable X value is 3.95 high category and variable value Y 4.30 high category), data normality test (variable X 0.2 is normally distributed and variable Y 0.185 is normally distributed), data linearity test (0.064> 0.05 both linear variables) and correlation analysis (0.590 both variables are moderately correlated). It can be concluded that the two variables are one-way, thus it can be interpreted that the increase in teacher perceptions about the academic supervision of madrasah principals will increase the performance of teachers in learning. .

Abstract

The aim of this research is to apply the Deming cycle to green environmental management to improve sustainable practices in schools. Using an inquiry-narrative approach by collecting data through semi-structured interviews with school principals, teachers, and students to explore green environmental management practices at Adiwiyata schools Analysis is carried out interpretatively by expanding, exploring, retelling, and fictionalising the data. The findings presented in green environmental management practices show four main themes in translating strategies into operational practices, including planning, implementation, learning, and action, to assist in identifying and analysing environmental practices reflectively. This research has implications for pro-environmental behaviour through a scientific approach to environmental management in schools.

Abstract

Abstrak. Era globalisasi yang ada di berbagai aspek kehidupan menjadi salah satu konsekuensi dari kemajuan teknologi yang mengakibatkan standar dari berbagai aspek kehidupan yang merujuk pada tuntutan perubahan zaman, begitupula dalam dunia pendidikan. Lembaga pendidikan juga perlu peka pada berbagai perkembangan IPTEK serta tuntutan konsumen. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui manajemen pemasaran berbasis ICT di Madrasah Interaktif Miftahul Huda (MIMHa) Tsanawiyah Informatika Kota Bandung, untuk mengetahui brand image di Madrasah Interaktif Miftahul Huda (MIMHa) Tsanawiyah Informatika Kota Bandung, untuk mengetahui hubungan antara manajemen pemasaran berbasis ICT dengan brand image di Madrasah Interaktif Miftahul Huda (MIMHa) Tsanawiyah Informatika Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang dilakukan terhadap 94 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket/kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pemasaran berbasis ICT mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan terhadap brand image madrasah, dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Selanjutnya juga terdapat jenis hubungan variabel yang mengarah pada sifat positif dikarenakan angka person correlation sebesar 0,836 yang mana tidak memiliki tanda (-) diangka tersebut maka hubungan kedua variabel adalah searah dan memiliki arti semakin tinggi manajemen pemasaran berbasis ICT maka semakin tinggi pula brand image madrasah. Kemudian koefisiensi determinasi (R square) yang diperoleh adalah sebesar 0,699 yang artinya kontribusi variabel manajemen pemasaran berbasis ICT terhadap brand image madrasah adalah sebesar 70%. Educational institutions also need to be sensitive to various developments in science and technology and consumer demands. This research is to find out ICT-based marketing management at the Miftahul Huda Interactive Madrasah (MIMHa) Tsanawiyah Informatics Bandung City, to find out the brand image at the Miftahul Huda Interactive Madrasah (MIMHa) Tsanawiyah Informatics Bandung City, to find out the relationship between ICT-based marketing management and brand image in Miftahul Huda Interactive Madrasah (MIMHa) Tsanawiyah Informatics Bandung City. This research used a descriptive method with a quantitative approach carried out on 94 students. The research results show that ICT-based marketing management has a significant relationship with madrasah brand image, with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. Furthermore, there is also a type of variable relationship that leads to positive characteristics because the person correlation figure is 0.836, which does not have a (-) sign in this number, so the relationship between the two variables is in the same direction and means that the higher the ICT-based marketing management, the higher the madrasa brand image. Then the coefficient of determination (R square) obtained is 0.699, which means that the contribution of ICT-based marketing management variables to the madrasa brand image is 70%. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan chatbot sebagai model pembelajaran berbasis Artificial Intelligence untuk menumbuhkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif rancangan chatbot ini menggunakan zplatform smojo.ai. Pengujian kelayakan chatbot menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) dan sebanyak tigapuluh mahasiswa fakultas pendidikan pada jurusan Manajemen Pendidikan Islam sebagai partisipan merespon penggunaan chatbot. Hasil pengujian chatbot berada pada skor 76 artinya chatbot dapat diterima oleh pengguna untuk menumbuhkan motivasi intrinsik dalam belajar. Chatbot yang dirancang mengambil konsep Visionary yaitu menggambarkan seorang individu yang memiliki visi untuk masa depan diantaranya meliputi inovasi, pengetahuan, kepemimpinan, kerjasama, komunikasi, dan komunitas. Penelitian ini berimplikasi pada pendidikan di era 5.0 berbasis AI menggunakan desain chatbot dalam interaksi antara manusia dengan mesin untuk mendorong kreativitas dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the reality of the leadership style of Madrasah heads and the performance of MAN education staff in Bandung City and Cimahi City and analyze the relationship between the two. The research uses a quantitative approach with correlational descriptive methods. The data collection technique is distributing questionnaires with analysis techniques using SPSS 26 to analyze instruments (validity and reliability), descriptive statistical analysis, assumption analysis (normality and linearity) and inferential statistics in the form of coefficient correlation tests. The research results explain that variable It can be concluded that the leadership style of the Madrasah head is considered good. Variable Y has a normal data distribution and the result of calculating the partial average of the indicators in the variable is 3.23 in the "high" category. It can be concluded that the performance of educational staff is considered good. The leadership style of the Madrasah head has a significant relationship with the performance of educational staff with a Sig value. (2-tailed) between variable X and variable Y is 0.008 < 0.05 so it can be concluded that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. The calculated r value of the Pearson Correlation is 0.466 > 0.344 (r table), so it can be concluded that there is a relationship or correlation between leadership style (X) and the performance of educational staff (Y) as well as the criteria for the strength of the relationship being moderate/sufficient.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh sistem informasi manajemen (SIM) pendidikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan administrasi di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 dan 3 Kabupaten Bandung. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengevaluasi implementasi SIM, menilai kualitas pelayanan administrasi, dan menganalisis hubungan antara keduanya. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode ex post facto, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, serta berbagai uji statistik termasuk regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan SIM berada pada kategori tinggi dengan nilai 4,23, sedangkan kualitas pelayanan administrasi juga berada pada kategori tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata 4,47. Uji signifikansi menunjukkan nilai T-test sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,05) dan thitung 8,520, mengindikasikan pengaruh signifikan SIM terhadap kualitas pelayanan administrasi dengan koefisien determinasi 78,4%. Kesimpulannya, SIM pendidikan berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kualitas pelayanan administrasi di madrasah tersebut.

Abstract

This research aims to create a chatbot as Artificial Intelligence learning in knowledge management.  The participants are teachers or lecturers engaging in the virtual education academic. Using machine learning technology on the https://m.chatboat.university platform, the result chatbot product development includes several steps, including: 1) using chatbot templates, 2) creating a self-contained chatbot. 3) modify the background and short description; 4) add chatbot content (image, text, video); 5) include quizzes and fun facts; and 6) create the chatbot design with thematic discussion. The development of the chatbot to provide students or users with a future learning that includes innovation, knowledge, learning community as displayed on the chatboat. This study has implications for learning innovation based on computational chatbots in interactive conversations as a transformation to support education in the 5.0 era.
