Abstract

E-learning method is a learning process that utilizes sophisticated technology where learning activities are carried out online. online learning is equipped with various tools that can be used in learning activities or training for training institutions, such as communication and interaction activities, conducting question and answer sessions, and asking questions to trainers or vice versa. The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of the e-learning method as a training medium on the competence of participants from various groups. the research method uses a descriptive quantitative method, with sampling using saturated sampling (census), where the population is used as a research sample. to obtain data using a likert scale by distributing questionnaires to all participants who have participated in training with the e-learning system. the data that has been collected is then processed with the spss 25 application, using simple linear regression. for data analysis with validity and reliability tests, and classical assumption tests, normality tests, linearity tests and heteroscedasticity. based on the results of the research data processing, it can be concluded that the training system with the e-learning method has an effect on increasing the competence of training participants by 0.460 or 46%.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of SEO Strategy and Interactive Content Marketing on online visibility and sales in the e-commerce sector in West Java. A quantitative research design was employed, with data collected from 190 respondents using a Likert scale (1–5). Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Results reveal that Interactive Content Marketing significantly improves online visibility and sales, while SEO Strategy also contributes positively, albeit to a lesser degree. Online visibility plays a crucial role in driving sales. The study highlights the synergistic relationship between SEO and interactive content in enhancing e-commerce performance. These findings offer valuable insights for practitioners seeking to optimize digital marketing strategies in competitive online markets.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan mengkaji bagaimana harga dannpromosi memengaruhi perilaku pembelian konsumen di Restoran Panghegar, Depok. Pendekatan kuantitatif penelitian ini menggunakan survei terhadap 86 partisipan. Metode validitas, reliabilitas, regresi linier berganda, analisis individual (uji-t), dan analisis keseluruhan (uji-F) digunakan untuk memeriksa data. Penelitian tentang keinginan membeli menunjukkan pengaruh harga yang positif dan signifikan (t = 6,755; p<.0,001 Sementara itu, jika dilihat secara individual, promosi tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan (t = 0,030; Sig. = 0,976). Namun secara bersamaan, niat beli konsumen sangat dipengaruhi oleh harga dan promosi (F = 62,832;p<0.00,koefisien determinasi (R²) adalah 0,602. Ini menyiratkan bahwa 60,2% dari variasi minat beli dapat dijelaskan oleh harga dan promosi, sedangkan sisanya 39,8% dipengaruhi oleh aspek lain yang tidak tercakup dalam penelitian ini. Oleh karena itu, meskipun iklan merupakan komponen pelengkap yang efektivitasnya harus ditingkatkan, harga merupakan aspek kunci yang memengaruhi minat konsumen dalam melakukan pembelian.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi menjadi sumber data yang valid, khususnya untuk pendataan absensi karyawan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan absensi fingertprint terhadap peningkatan disiplin guru SMA Negeri 11 Depok. Proses penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan regresi linier-sederhana. Hasil penelitian ditemui bahwa penerapan fingerprint pada SMA Negri 11 Depok, dapat meningkatkan disiplin guru dilihat dari tingkat kehadiran dan dikuatkan oleh hasil olah data kuesioner yang diolah menggunakan SPSS25. Dimana hasil olah data memperlihatkan adanya pengaruh efektivitas penggunaan absensifinger print terhadap disiplin guru di SMA Negri 11 Depok. Nilai R-square sebesar 0,427, membuktikan bahwa pengaruh finger print terhadap kedisiplinan guru adalah sebesar 42,7%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the use of the System Application and Product in Data Processing (SAP) in warehouse management at PT Givaudan Indonesia, Depok. The main issue addressed is the discrepancy between system-recorded stock data and physical inventory, which is caused by human factors and technical constraints. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method supported by quantitative data obtained from questionnaires distributed to 12 warehouse operational respondents. The results indicate that the implementation of SAP at PT Givaudan Indonesia, Depok, is categorized as highly effective, with an average score of 4.31 out of 5.00. The primary strengths of the system are its support for the First Expired First Out (FEFO) principle (4.42) and the speed of data input (4.42). However, this effectiveness is still hindered by operator discipline in scanning activities (3.75) as well as network and system stability issues (3.75).
