Abstract

Currently, Telegram is an instant messaging application that is often used by the Indonesian people as a means of long-distance communication with other users. Telegram also has good security features to protect all data from its users. However, Telegram has a positive impact on its users. This security feature can be used by several people to protect against digital crimes, especially cases of sexual harassment. To overcome the existing crimes, analysis, and forensic methods are needed to help solve crimes. This research is guided by the investigation process using the National Institute Of Justice (NIJ) method and the Naïve Bayes method to classify the conversations found. It can be concluded that MOBILedit Forensic Express has a poor performance in finding digital evidence in the Telegram application and FTK Imager is very good at finding digital evidence in the Telegram application. In this research, the classification process using the Naïve Bayes method has been able to classify conversations that contain sexual harassment or not. Evaluation of the classification method uses a confusion matrix to determine the best classification model.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the information security governance of the Compensation information systems within the Department of Information Technology at Malang State Polytechnic, utilizing the COBIT 5 framework. Specifically, the evaluation focuses on the APO13 (Manage Security) and DSS05 (Manage Security Services) domains. By conducting interviews and observations, the research scrutinizes the proficiency level within both domains. The assessment findings reveal that the capability level of APO13 stands at level 1 (performed process), while DSS05 is at level 2 (managed process). Gap analysis exposes variances between the attained and anticipated levels. Recommendations for enhancement encompass the formulation of written documentation, devising risk management plans, conducting internal security audits, overseeing information system protection, and evaluating access rights utilization. The study’s conclusion furnishes a comprehensive portrayal of the state of information security governance concerning Compensation systems, laying the groundwork for future enhancement initiatives and scholarly inquiry.

Abstract

In Industry 4.0, where the internet and information technology have become primary needs, it is necessary to integrate information technology with the world of business and industry. The business world and industry need new skills. Higher Education, especially polytechnics as producers of expert workers, has not produced many graduates with competencies that are relevant to current conditions. Therefore, a curriculum is needed that can create graduates suitable for the needs of the business and industrial world. This research aims to design an integrated curriculum between business and industry that will be applied in the Applied Bachelor Program in Business Information Systems at the State Polytechnic of Malang. Qualitative research methods were used in this study, and literature studies and discussions were carried out with several industry curriculum experts and practitioners from the industry. The redesigned curriculum requires several analyses such as several data sources, namely curriculum evaluation which contains analysis from the previous curriculum, study materials or literature study and input from industry through tracer studies. The curriculum is made by paying attention to pedagogical learning and integrating industry, business and informatics. The redesigned curriculum also pays attention to the body of knowledge (BOK) by taking similar knowledge covering four main areas: information system strategy and management, information system development, operation, and evaluation of information system solutions. The results of this study are in the form of graduate profiles and a learning outcome matrix that is following the study material and the integration between business and informatics for applied undergraduate polytechnics.

Abstract

Saat ini WhatsApp merupakan aplikasi yang banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat Indonesia sebagai sarana komunikasi jarak jauh dengan pengguna lain. WhatsApp juga memiliki fitur yang dapat digunakan untuk kepentingan perlindungan dalam mengatasi tindak kejahatan digital yaitu penyebaran berita hoax presiden Joko Widodo 3 periode. Untuk mengatasi kejahatan yang ada maka diperlukan sebuah analisis sentimen agar dapat menyelesaikan tindak kejahatan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes untuk mengklasifikasikan percakapan yang ditemukan dan User Acceptence Test (UAT) untuk mengetahui tanggapan responden tentang kemudahan aplikasi desktop python terhadap penggunaan aplikasi tersebut. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah penggunaan aplikasi desktop dengan bahasa pemrograman Pyhton kurang maksimal dalam mendapatkan kalimat bukti percakapan berdasar file gambar yang ditentukan, dari 80 kalimat percakapan tersebut dapat dihasilkan berjumlah 75 kalimat percakapan. Kemudian, pada proses klasifikasi menggunakan Naïve Bayes dengan skenario 50:50 didapatkan akurasi 88%, precision 84%, dan recall 91,3%, sedangkan hasil dari pengujian UAT memiliki persentase 50% sangat setuju, 40% setuju, dan 7,1% tidak setuju. Dapat disimpulkan aplikasi desktop python berfungsi, sesuai dan layak untuk digunakan, akan tetapi untuk mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal perlu adanya pengembangan lebih lanjut dan disimpulkan juga aplikasi desktop python mudah dan layak digunakan, tetapi untuk mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal perlu adanya pengembangan lebih lanjut.

Abstract

Pengelolaan inventaris barang habis pakai (BHP) secara manual menggunakan kartu stok memiliki banyak kendala, seperti rentan terhadap kesalahan pencatatan, kehilangan data, dan inefisiensi waktu. Masalah ini sering menyebabkan ketidaktersediaan barang saat dibutuhkan, menghambat operasional, dan berpotensi menimbulkan kerugian organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis web dengan fitur visualisasi interaktif untuk mempermudah pengelolaan inventaris. Sistem ini dirancang untuk digunakan oleh staf operasional, pengelola gudang, dan manajer. Fitur visualisasi berupa grafik, diagram, dan dashboard memungkinkan pengguna melihat informasi penting, seperti jumlah stok, tingkat penggunaan, tren historis, dan prediksi kebutuhan mendatang. Sistem ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan akurasi data, efisiensi pengelolaan, serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Selain itu, visualisasi yang informatif membantu mendorong pengelolaan inventaris yang lebih terstruktur dan efektif.Kata Kunci: Inventaris, Sistem Informasi, Visualisasi   ABSTRACT Manual management of consumable goods (BHP) inventory using stock cards presents many challenges, such as vulnerability to recording errors, data loss, and time inefficiency. These issues often lead to the unavailability of goods when needed, disrupt operations, and potentially cause organizational losses. This research aims to develop a web-based information system with interactive visualization features to facilitate inventory management. The system is designed for use by operational staff, warehouse managers, and managers. Visualization features in the form of graphs, diagrams, and dashboards allow users to view essential information, such as stock quantities, usage levels, historical trends, and future demand predictions. The system is expected to improve data accuracy, management efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making. Additionally, informative visualizations help promote more structured and effective inventory management.. Keywords: Inventory, Information System, Visualization.

Abstract

In 2022, 67.88% of Indonesia's population owned mobile devices. BPJS Kesehatan responded to this trend by launching the Mobile JKN application to provide modern, accessible healthcare services. To drive continuous innovation, BPJS Kesehatan needs insights into user feedback regarding the Mobile JKN application. Given the large volume of reviews, sentiment analysis is employed to classify reviews into positive or negative categories. This study compares the performance of Naïve Bayes and SVM (Support Vector Machine) algorithms in sentiment classification using a dataset from the Mobile JKN application. The dataset consists of 200 reviews labeled by two different raters, yielding 110 positive and 90 negative reviews for the first set and 114 positive and 86 negative reviews for the second set. Testing was conducted using three data split scenarios for training and testing: 70:30, 80:20, and 90:10. Model performance was evaluated using a confusion matrix, with metrics including accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. The results show that the Naïve Bayes algorithm achieved its best performance with a 90:10 data split, yielding an accuracy of 85%, precision of 77%, recall of 100%, and F1-score of 87%. Conversely, the SVM algorithm performed best with an 80:20 data split, achieving 93% accuracy, 100% precision, 84% recall, and an F1-score of 91% for the first rater's dataset. For the second rater's dataset, SVM reached optimal performance with a 90:10 data split, yielding 90% accuracy, 100% precision, 80% recall, and an F1-score of 89%. Overall, the comparison highlights that SVM outperforms Naïve Bayes in terms of accuracy and precision, making it more effective for predicting positive sentiment in Mobile JKN application reviews.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan untuk mengatasi berbagai permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh TK Alfath, khususnya dalam hal kebutuhan akan sistem Point of Sale (POS) dan modul employee untuk manajemen administrasi yang lebih baik. Melalui program ini, dilakukan pendampingan kepada guru KB/TK Alfath selaku pemegang proses kegiatan. Selain itu, program ini juga mengembangkan dan implementasi sistem POS serta modul employee. Integrasi antara  POS dan Employee memiliki potensi besar untuk memudahkan pengelolaan persediaan, pemesanan barang, dan manajemen sumber daya manusia. Integrasi antara POS dan Employee akan menciptakan sistem yang terpadu, memungkinkan pemantauan yang lebih akurat terhadap pemesanan produk yang dibutuhkan dan manajemen karyawan yang lebih efisien. Tujuan dari program ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas manajemen serta meningkatkan efisiensi operasional sekolah. Hasil dari program ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di TK Alfath serta membantu dalam mengatasi berbagai permasalahan yang dihadapi.

Abstract

Electrical energy is one of the most important needs in the local area, concerning the provision of electrical power a transformer is needed to distribute electrical power to each house. The use of transformers in each area requires testing the oil content in them to assess the state of the transformer. The Duval Pentagon Method (DPM) and the Duval Triangle Method (DTM) can be used in tests to identify transformer interference. Owing to the vast quantity of transformers utilized in public energy distribution, the Adaboost machine learning method was applied to identify transformer disruptions. By categorizing test data on a dataset derived from tests conducted with the earlier DTM and DPM techniques, the AdaBoost algorithm predicts transformer disruptions. According to the findings of tests conducted using the best dataset, the division used 80% of the data for training and reserved 20% for testing, using a learning rate of 1 and an estimator of 400 for DTM. This resulted in an accuracy level of 91.1%, which is an excellent classification. In contrast, the DPM approach divides the dataset into 80% training and 20% testing, employs an estimator of 500, and has a learning rate of 0.5. This leads to an excellent classification accuracy rate of 84.9%.

Abstract

Saat ini sistem informasi dihadapkan pada pengembangan yang signifikan, dimana seketika dituntut perlu ada perubahan-perubahan kebijakan ataupun penambahan fitur-fitur sesuai kebutuhan business rule baik internal maupun eksternal sistem. Semisal ketika suatu sistem informasi yang telah berjalan lalu perlu dilakukan pengembangan modul ataupun fitur tertentu untuk menyesuaikan kebutuhan dan kebijakan internal, maka proses penambahan fitur tersebut dalam pengembangan business rules diharapkan tidak mengganggu kinerja dari proses sistem yang sudah berjalan. Aplikasi Kompen JTI Polinema saat ini masih mengadopsi arsitektur monolithic, dimana jika terjadi kegagalan pada saat pembaruan atau penambahan fitur baru pada aplikasi, maka seluruh fitur aplikasi akan mengalami kegagalan sistem. Permasalahan selanjutnya yakni seiring dengan bertambahnya jumlah mahasiswa Jurusan Teknologi Informasi Polinema dari waktu ke waktu, dan dalam kondisi tertentu seperti pada akhir semester atau masa kelulusan mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang sedang menyelesaikan tanggungan kompen. Sehingga akan mengakses sistem secara bersamaan, maka jumlah request yang diproses pada sistem semakin meningkat sehingga kinerja aplikasi semakin menurun. Dengan adanya permasalahan sebagaimana yang dijelaskan diatas, diperlukan proses refactoring aplikasi dari arsitektur monolithic menjadi arsitektur microservice. Hasil refactoring yang dilakukan pada aplikasi Kompen JTI Polinema menghasilkan empat service yang dapat dikembangkan pada arsitektur microservice. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dengan menggunakan load test, arsitektur microservice yang telah dibangun lebih optimal dibandingkan arsitektur monolithic.
